• Antonia (10/5): Tolles Appartement in zentraler Lage - Ungewöhnlich freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wohnung liebevoll und top eingerichtet, sehr sauber, großzügig und geschmackvoll. Küche super ausgestattet, es gibt extra Polster für die Balkonmöbel. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten in Form von Chips, Spaghetti, Pesto, etc. fanden wir sehr sympathisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben 😉 Preis-Leistung unschlagbar. Alles bestens, nichts zu beanstanden.

• haijen (10/5): I truly felt very comfortable during our two-week stay here—it really felt like coming home. - I really like the layout of the apartment itself, especially the high ceilings and the wooden doors. The overall color scheme and decor are also very simple and elegant. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and tableware, allowing us to fully enjoy cooking and dining during our stay. There wasn’t really anything we disliked. The only minor issue was that we occasionally saw small mice on the back balcony looking for food, but aside from that, we were very satisfied with everything. Oh! If possible, it would be more user-friendly for Asian travelers to include instructions for using the microwave. Since we’re not familiar with that brand, we weren’t quite sure how to operate it.

• Jarovik (8/5): - Die gesamte ausstatung und die netten Mitarbeiter die stets weitergeholfen haben. Keine Prakmöglichkeit ohne über 30€ tägöich im parkhaus zu lassen. Aufgrund des bahnhofs war ein unangenehmes Klientel vor dem Haus bereich, alles aber nur persönliche schwierigkeiten und nicht von der Unterkunft beeinflussbar.

• Beate (9/5): Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!👍 - Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich sofort richtig wohl. Alles ist super sauber und man bekommt ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk (Wasser, Gummibärchen,Chips, Nudeln, Pesto). Sehr nett! Das Bett ist sehr bequem! Ich fand alles gut.

• Verena (8/5): Aber allen in allem sehr schön - Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider waren in Küche und Badezimmer kleine Tiere manchmal waren sie auch größer. Ich habe nochmal alles geputzt und immer wenn wir abends heimkamen oder morgens aufgestanden sind waren diese Tiere ( so ähnlich wie Schaben) wieder da. Vorallem an der Spüle. Keine Ahnung wo die hergekommen sind. War schon etwas eklig

• Kathrin (3/5): Leider war der Customer Service und Support absolut unzureichend. - Leider wurde ich in mehrfacher Hinsicht enttäuscht. Bei Anreise fand ich im Schlüsselfach keinen Schlüssel vor. Barsch wurde mir erklärt, mein Apartment sei ja auch schließlich Apartment 6 (wieso hatte man mir dann die Nummer für das Schlüsselfach 3 gegeben?), und ich begab mich also dort hin. Leider war das überhaupt nicht das Apartment, das ich gebucht hatte, meines sollte einen Balkon haben. Ich habe absichtlich mit Balkon gebucht, um nicht ebenerdig nah eines Bahnhofes einer fremden Stadt wohnen zu müssen, genau da bin ich aber gelandet. Meine Beschwerde Email wurden genauso inkompetent wie trocken beantwortet und geschehen ist dann: rein gar nichts.

• lirong (10/5): Highly Recommended! - We had a great stay here! The rooms were very clean and there’re all the amenities needed for our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had several special requests during the stay and the Arbio team solved them perfectly. The location is close to the central station and easy to find. There’re many restaurants and kiosks nearby. The only slight problem we had was sink drainage.

• Steffen (9/5): Ruhige Wohnung mitten in der Stadt - Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles funktioniert wie beschrieben. Super nett: In der Küche waren "Notfall-Nudeln" und Pesto vorhanden, die war auch tatsächlich gebraucht haben. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt auch nett mit dem Zugang zum Garten.

Sehr sauber, Kaffeemaschine mit Tabs, Wasser und Chips, sowie eine Portion Spaghetti waren für uns zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt worden. Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit 👍 Leider hat der zugesendete Code für die Tür nicht funktioniert. Allerdings wurde uns zügig übers Telefon ein neuer Code mitgeteilt und das hat dann geklappt 🍀

J'ai du appeler pendant 15mn pour pouvoir entrer dans ce logement cher (120€ la nuit!) qui n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Quand une entreprise est incapable de fournir le bon code d'accès au client et qu'il n'y a personne sur place, c'est qu'il y a un problème.

• Dennis (9/5): Toll für Kurzaufenthalt - Tolle Unterkunft, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Für unseren Aufenthalt als 4köpfige Familie völlig ausreichend 👍 Parkplatzsituation vor dem Haus, allerdings durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof wahrscheinlich auch schwierig zu verbessern
