- James (8/5): Good and convenient for short stays. - Convenient location, generally clean and pleasant. Bathroom (maybe floor trap) is sometimes smelly.

- Aravindh (8/5): Perfect for single or couple for a night stay - Location. Just next to KSL mall and super convenient. Guidance from the property people and WhatsApp support was good. Good room for a night stay for single or couples. Projector made theatre feel👍🏼 Nothing much to complain except the foul smell coming out of toilet every time when opened the door. Please look into this..really!

- alice teo (1/5): disppointing. - location its our repeated stay but this time was terrible. When we check in to the room, the bed was messy. Someone must be sleeping before we arrived. i message the host and cleaning was arranged in a bit of time. Though room was cleaned, we still feel very uncomfortable and lack of security. We can't sleep the whole night keep thinking how did the person managed to open the room?

- Della Chintia (8/5): A good place to stay in short time! Close to food places - The items in the room are quite complete, like iron, hair dryer, mug and electric kettle. The instructions of get in to the room is clear Kinda dusty, and the projector camera is dirty, so we can’t use it

- Bernard Soh (8/5): - Great location. It doesn't get any nearer to KSL than within KSL itself. Room had a bit of smoke smell, not enough to irritate me but it was there. Pillows are waaaay too soft. There should be a smaller light somewhere as the top lights were too bright for anything and every thing (leaving the toilet door open was one option, also I think the owner tried to do something about it by hanging some Christmasy light decor which I have to give him an extra half star for it). Instructions was sent on the day itself which means I was already in JB... connecting in Wifi while in front of the house, figuring out instructions of opening the door and locks. Once I have it figured, it was a breeze though.

- Ho (1/5): Disappointed - Management was bad. Not inform check-in instruction before 3pm. Customer service number not working at all. Wait for almost one hour(around 4pm) only get the check-in instruction. Disappointed with the service.

- v1nsv1ns (6/5): I hope the managment can fixed the youtube app when i come back next round to stay - The only reason i will book again is Location, location , location - Just outside KSL mall/ Hotel The Projector doesn't seem to work. As there is NO TV- so i could use the projector to watch Youtube video etc. And i couldn't connect. I texted the host - The host ask me to use the browser to access youtube . Oh forget it, since there is a youtube app installed - y must i go to the browser ??? As i stayed for only 1 night . i just rest in the room without anything.... If ur a light sleeper like me- i jus woke up at 6am - hearing the cats meowing

- S (6/5): Bad sewage smell - The property was in a great location. Shopping malls, food stalls, etc. The room was clean. Good for a 1 night stay. The property had a bad sewage smell when I entered the room. And throughout the stay. I had to keep the toilet door closed. And also bought an air freshener for the room.Sewage needs deep cleaning. The toilet door was left open when I entered the room and so the whole room was filled with very bad Bad smell. I am unable to take photos of the smell.

- Eunice (5/5): Convenient stay which was clean and basic, the projector lens need to be cleaned - We like how close it was to KSL, and there was no need to take a lift to reach the unit Room needs to be bigger as it is too small. Check out timing was also pushed to earlier timing. Projector lens needed cleaning as we could not watch TV. There was also no option to watch netflix or disney channels.

- Yap (5/5): Passable - Near ksl walking distance 5 min Nobody infront assist u check in hotel. I keep call almost 1 hour to get password get entry door.should be management sent guide entry previous day. The projector in the room no guide line, don't know how to start.

Provide drinking water 2 x 500 ml per room or provide an indoor Drinking Water dispenser labelled with expiry date on Bottled or due date for filter maintenance for pipe-in dispenser. So that residents are aware that water is not stale or expired 咋们可以安心的饮用 5 Yellowish.Pillow covers and blanket cover seems old 6. Property (outdoor) main gate No sense of security. Main gate shld like the door, to key in password/ pass numbers b4 enter 7. Unnecessary Fade window n unnecessary "Cloth Painting" (black cloth) 8. The owner replied late on our date of arrival, difficult to reach out to the owner on check in registration, wait outside the property an hour with no information. The property sound proofs are so lousy, can clearly listen ppl talk and walk outside corridor, non stop of ring bells and noisy sound from washing machine, gate can't lock obviously have safety concerns, low cost performance.
