- Jane (7/5): Great location, could be fabulous, but not. - The location is fabulous. Walk to shops and restaurants in coal drops yard and to King’s Cross/ St Pancras.
Nicely furnished. One of the bedrooms had no bedside light or mirror.
The apartment wasn’t particularly clean, dust under the beds, toilet not cleaned very well.
Not enough toilet paper or shower gel.
No in room information to find out how to use the Wi-Fi or the air conditioning. It was cool, so we just needed a bit of heat. Had the fans going all night disturbed our sleep.
All so easily solved. £600 a night? Come on, do better.
- ALISON (4/5): Facilities not as advertised and poor responses from the owner. - The location was central. Booked this apartment for a group of 6 friends so that we could have a lovely sociable wknd together. We planned to watch a film and chill with a bottle of wine on our first night after a long days travel however there was no sign of the remote for the tv so couldn't watch a film (messaged the owners who just said it should be there!!! helpful). There was also no corkscrew to open the bottle of wine!
This apartment was advertised to include a dishwasher but there were no tablets so had to wash up in the sink (messaged owner who said there was soap available! Again helpful!!). Not quite the luxurious / sociable apartment we were expecting.
To top it all, on the morning of departure we were sat having a leisurely coffee before packing and heading for the train station when we had a knock at the door (check out 11am - knock at 10am) to find the cleaner stood there insisting we should have checked out at 10am. We showed him the check out confirmation on our phone but he still said he needed to start the cleaning straight away and would start while we were packing! It was only after we refused and insisted he come back at 11am that he eventually left. We felt extremely uncomfortable and won't be returning.
- Numa (10/5): Brilliant...book it! - Everything, this apartment is amazing! And the location is perfect for exploring the fantastic Kings Cross area and further London areas! Book it....you won't be disappointed! The only improvement, would be larger bath towels...they were a bit small!

Dish washer tablets were not provided so ended up washing by hand during our short stay.
Some light fittings did not work.
Shower screen in ensuite leaky - puddles on floor
No WiFi instructions (we had to message the property).
Towels were a bit small.
Cleaner came into flat early on checkout day. They apologised and waited.
Only one full length mirror.

Good kitchen, bath rooms. We really enjoy it. Location is good, close supermarkets, restaurants & train station. It is very convenient. The host was helpful too & allow us to check in early around 12:00pm. The facility was not completely cleaned. The floor was so dusty that we have to vacuum ourselves. I am not sure if the housekeeper did not have enough time to clean or not or due to accommodate our early check in request.

Gym was excellent Very basic furniture - not the same as the photos. Massive dining table that fits 10 people but small sofa and only seating for 3/4 people
Rubbish bin was full when we arrived, pillows were uncomfortable and basic and flat had not been cleaned to a very high standard. Disappointing given the fact that it had been described as ‘luxury’

The check-in process was incredibly easy and quick, and the host was kind enough to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. It had three good-sized double bedrooms, each comfortable and perfect for our group of 5. Ideal location a close walk to the station. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended! Nohting everything was great.

Someone complained we were dragging the kitchen chairs across the floor. There was no other way to get in and out of the chairs!! I would suggest a large area rug under chairs to ansorb the noise.

- Sarah (10/5): Great family stay - Modern clean apartment with lovely views in a good location. My little boy loved watching the trains come and go, being close to St Pancras and the canal gave a sense of space and views that are rare in central London.
We were able to have an early check in which was a fantastic start to our break.
- Marko (6/5): Worse than expected - There was two of us using the apartment, but there are 3 rooms so there was a lot of space. The table in the living room is very big. The beds were comfortable, but pillows were too high for us (I guess that is per-person preference). There is a gym well equipped and nice area in lobby to work or chill. The apartment was clean and modern look. Poor amenities. The towels were small and easily wet. There was no shampoo provided, we had to buy it in the supermarket. There is no electric socket nearby if you need it while sitting on the living room table for laptop or smth else. Kitchen did not include anything, only salt and oil. We had to buy coffee capsules, and then we realized they don't have coffee machine for capsule system, only for cooking coffee (but still host didn't provide at least 2 packs of grounded coffee to cook).
The location is not that good since you need a 15 min walk to train station (also there is no supermarket close by, only small convenience store, we had to use UberEats for everything). The staff was not nice at the reception.
When you pay such a high price for apartment you expect all these small details to be perfect. Nice and big towels, equipped kitchen with coffee, shampoo and body wash and other small stuff. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this apartment considering the price, if it was lower price then I guess it is a good apartment. We will not be coming back, although we loved London <3.

- Man (10/5): Booking Again Next Year! - Had an amazing stay here and couldn’t be happier! The gym was perfect – super clean, modern equipment, and nice and quiet, which made it so much better for a peaceful workout. The concierge team was fantastic, always friendly and helpful with recommendations and making reservations. And let me tell you, the sky lounge was the cherry on top – stunning views and such a great vibe to unwind after a long day. Honestly, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend staying here! Couldn’t find any mistakes or negligence from the owners. Really great stay.
- Gregory (10/5): Exceptional - Had a great stay at this Airbnb! Spacious apartment which was very clean. Great views all round and especially with the balcony where you can see the trains come in and out of the station.
Great gym and sky lounge, enjoyed using all the facilities available. Superb location also, with everything you need at your doorstep.
5/5 all round, will definitely use again.
