• Shani (8/5): A nice place to stay with a good host. - The host was very kind. All information is provided beforehand. It's a very nice flat and it has a lot of facilities. The room was clean, but the tub and the couch could have used some more attention.
• Perotti (9/5): - Posizione ottima, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana di fulham broadway, quartiere tranquillo e con tutto quanto necessario vicino all'abitazione (supermecati, ristoranti e fermata di autobus e metro). La casa è completamente nuova, fornita di tutti i servizi e molto spaziosa. Unica attenzione da tenere in cosiderazione è che essendo al secondo piano per entrare ci sono da fare parecchie scale, può essere un limite per chi fa fatica ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema. Direi nulla.

• Carolina (9/5): Excelente flat y ubicacion - Excelente flat super cómodo y amplio, super equipado todo nuevo. El barrio muy lindo y la ubicación a 5min del metro excelente. Un supermercado excelente cruzando la calle y varios lugares para comer. Zona tranquila sin ruidos Lo unico que tiene son varias escaleras, si vas con mucho equipaje, pero volveria.

Accolti da James, una persona gentile e disponibile, siamo stati condotti in questo bellissimo appartamento, nuovo, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Letto e divano nuovi e comodi. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro, con servizi a pochi minuti di distanza e quartiere tranquillo.
• Andrii (10/5): Super - We came to London for five days. I planned our routes and sightseeing in advance. We managed to see everything and more. The location is very convenient, with all forms of transportation available. The accommodations were comfortable. We tried to treat the apartment like our own home. Thanks to James and his wife for the comfort. The flush button for the toilet installation is inconveniently located and low.

• Carmen (9/5): - El apartamento estaba todo nuevo y limpio, decorado moderno y cuidado. Temperatura muy agradable. Los propietarios estuvieron atentos y correctos. Nos dejaron incluso recomendaciones de sitios para desayunar y comer que utilizamos y fueron un acierto. La ubicación es muy cómoda para coger metro o autobuses de líneas muy céntricas. Supermercados al lado y variedad de sitios para desayunar y comer. Calle tranquila y segura.
• Sabrina (9/5): Struttura promossa a pieni voti. Tutto molto comodo per brevi soggiorni. - Posizione comodissima ai mezzi, bus e metro, per tutte le direzioni (compreso arrivare dall'aeroporto). Vicino a supermarket, bar, ristoranti, farmacia. Appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo, pulito e ben riscaldato. Zona giorno attrezzatissima. I proprietari molto disponibili con informazioni chiare. Da tornare. Prezzo adeguato. Bisogna segnalare che ci sono 5 rampe di scale (fattibilissime) da fare (con i bagagli) . Torna utile saperlo se ci fossero bambini o persone con qualche difficoltà. E la caldaia del riscaldamento è un pò troppo rumorosa e quindi fastidiosa di notte o al mattino presto quando attacca. Comunque struttura promossa.

James was responsive and helpful and provided all the basic amenities to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and well equipped. No doubt we would stay here again when we return to London! Nothing.

The location was perfect also, there were many restaurants around, a supermarket, great bus lines, but also the tube station. We could not ask for more. It was absolutely NOT an issue for us at all but there is the equivalent of around 3 floors to climb up to reach the apartment which can be problematic for families with babies/toddlers or limited mobility.

• Stuart (10/5): Wonderfully comfortable home away from home in the heart of Fulham - Wonderful apartment. All mod cons, warm and cosy, great natural light and lots of sky/city views. Lovely little touches (washing machine and detergent, tea and coffee etc). Modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and great water pressure/temperature. Location is awesome; minutes from the tube and plenty of shops and restaurants and pubs nearby. The hosts are lovely and helpful and very welcoming. Can’t wait to stay again sometime! It’s at the top of a period townhouse so a few stairs! Fine for me but my wife wasn’t well when we stayed. Can’t be helped and not a reason to avoid in itself.

James is responsive with any Messages since booking. Highly recommend Stairs. Heavy suitcase can be hard to be carried up

James met us at the door and helped with our bags and showed us the facilities. The apartment was large, modern, clean, bed was comfortable. We stayed 3 nights following a week in Scotland. We absolutely loved the washing machine and dryer!! The location was very important to us as it was close to the Underground, which we used every day. This is NOT a criticism - Our room was on the top floor and we had to navigate the stairs. I should have checked with James at booking time. It was only tricky bringing luggage up the stairs at arrival. If you have mobility issues, check before booking.

The host was a gentleman and let us stay extra hours for check out. definitely will came back whein in London. Well located , easy to get bus and tube to anywere! Everithing was perfect, just as sugestion, among the amenities, one botle of water at the fridge would be great!
