• amy sarah (10/5): Perfect. - We loved everything about the property! The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. It was equipped with everything you could need, and was just outside the busier, more expensive area. Allowing us to experience the local charm a little better which was a big bonus. Sam was also so lovely, super responsive and helpful. I absolutely recommend sams apartment to anyone on any budget as I feel it’s as good as it gets. Thankyou Sam, we hope to stay here again sometime ♥️ Nothing
• SOPHIE (10/5): A very cosy apartment. - A great Sicilian café opposite the flat was perfect for breakfast. We also used the San Jacopino Trattoria which was lovely. It is easy to walk into central Florence.

Gestore Sam molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Materasso un po' troppo morbido, ma ovviamente è un mio parere personale. Difficoltà di parcheggio come in tutta la città,
• Katrina (10/5): - Lovely small apartment outside centre, amazing neighborhood with great places right next to your doorstep. 30 min walk to the Duamo and central station, we just walked everyday. The mattress is super soft so it wasn’t too great for my back but that is personal preference. -

• Greta (8/5): Nice short-term stay - Is nearby to the T2 station that brings from the airport; pasticceria right across the street. Walkable distance from the oldtown. Full kitchen with everything you might need; Check-in was clear and smooth, even though we arrived very late. Cosy Rather dark room; we needed to navigate ourselves with the pictures of the facade, the provided google maps link was bringing us to another place. The furnishing of the room is fine, not very new but functional

• Harry (9/5): Superb - The host was super kind and responsive all of the time. All utensils and furniture were in perfect state, the kitchen had everything we needed and a nice couch and tv to relax after a long summer day. The place is fresh, and they kindly stored our baggage upon checking out.

• Yunqi (10/5): Exceptional - We had a perfect stay at Sam’s apartment! The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk to the tram stop, and super easy to get to the city center. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Sam is a fantastic host, super friendly, quick to reply, and very easy to communicate with. He made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The place really felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

Sam was interested in how we are doing during the trip. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for the stay in Florence.

• Hunor (10/5): Cozy apartment - The place is at a very good distance from the center area(not in the crowded area, but not far from the center)[around 20-30 min. walking) and the train station is also close by. Stores are close by, especially coffee shops. The area is nice, quiet. The apartment is fully equipped and spacious enough for two people. The outside locker opened a little bit hard, but the provided code was the right one and the owner(even some neighbor) was helpful to assist with help. All in all is a nice place at a fair price and a good location.
• John (10/5): Great space just outside of downtown Florence - The location. So convenient to get to the city center, bus terminal, and airport. Also, Varadero is an amazing restaurant right around the corner from the apartment
• Bartosz (9/5): Superb - It's independent apartment on the first floor with windows on both sides of the building. Apartment is quiet and spacious for two people. The biggest advantage are various small coffee places and retaurants in this area. One is just exactly on the other side of the street and open from early morning till evening. You can see it from bedroom. Second advantage is washing machine and all needed washing powder, antimosquito, kitchen supplies. No problem with administrator, he answers quickly via app. Hard to say, maybe there was something but forgot now :)

• Liz (9/5): Superb - Sam's flat is on a peaceful street, but there are plenty of eateries in the area, along with a pharmacy and grocery stores. Sam gave us detailed instructions on how to reach the flat and kept checking in on us. The flat was spotless and had all the appliances we required. A bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away, and the tram stop is 5 minutes away. The tram connects to the city center and the train station in less than 10 minutes. If you prefer walking, it takes about 40 minutes to reach the center. I highly recommend this place, and if we come back, Sam's flat will be our first choice! I would say the mattress felt a bit soft for our liking, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely wonderful!
• Przemyslaw (10/5): Perfect quiet and cosy place to tour Firenze - Host is super friendly and helpful. We were greeted by a bottle of wine. During our stay he even texted us if everything was OK (it was perfect, indeed) and let us stay a couple of hours longer on the day of our departure (thanks a lot!). This property is a perfect place to start touring Firenze. The flat itself is very functional, cosy and quiet. You can find within very short waliking distance perfect cafes for breakfast (or glass of wine). It is just perfect! None :-)
• Miles (10/5): Exceptional - The neighborhood is quiet, though it is easy to quickly get to the city center by walking or hopping on the tram via the nearby stop. The apartment itself was clean and the utilities and appliances were all in working order. Sam is very responsive to any questions you may have about your stay. The pull-out couch is a pretty small futon, not really fit for an adult to sleep on comfortably.
