De plus nous nous sommes acquittes de 25 e de taxe de séjour pour 2 nuits et 2 personnes. C est à rajouter au prix de la chambre payé.
• Lisa (8/5): Lovely room in a beautiful house - A lovely place with funky decor in a student area, but down a private gated road, full of 1920's townhouses. Comfy bed, spacious room with a clean stylish bathroom. Friendly host with lots of good recommendations and neighbourhood places to eat nearby. We enjoyed a generous breakfast. An old black friendly labrador completed the home from home vibe, lazing around the place. Metro station nearby easy to reach and a few stops from central station. We liked it all.
• Richard (10/5): Beautiful Private Property, Convenient location, Perfect host. - Booked Casa Maria as we valued the safety of the gated on street parking for our campervan in Milan. Close to metro, nice neighbourhood, beautiful classic Italian town house surperbly presented. A very different and pleasurable alternative to a hotel. We were the only guests and the owners were not intrusive and it felt like we had the house to ourselves the majority of the time. Yet, Alexandro was the perfect host and we enjoyed engaging over breakfast. Some people might expect more for breakfast (choice of hot drink, juice, cereals, crossiants, yoghurts) though we did not expect or ask for anything else. I suspect if we did Alessandro would have accomodated. The bathroom is not en-suite, (in room) but it is next door. Not really an issue when no other guests and no else on the same floor, but some people might be slightly uncomfortable with that.

The host was very friendly and helpful, which made for a warm welcome right away. Breakfast on the terrace was both tasty and pleasant, and the room was beautiful and well maintained. A true recommendation for couples looking to explore Milan in a relaxed atmosphere. Just a small note: the metro is not a 3-minute walk away, as is mentioned, but rather 5 to 10 minutes. Not a big issue, but good to be aware of. All in all, a great place to escape the bustle of the city while still having easy access to everything! Nothing special.

Here is a little island of Italian culture and real family traditions in the ocean of modern multicultural Milan. This is not an ordinary hotel, but a private property; however, there is everything to make your stay complete and calm. Plus the attention of the owner; Thank you Alessandro!
• Julian (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed our stay, A home with character. Alessandro could not be more responsive and helpful. The owners have a very quiet and well behaved dog which will be fine with dog lovers but may not be to everyone's liking.
