• İÇEN (3/5): Rezalet ve kirlilik içerisinde bir deneyim. - Tesiste neredeyse beğeneceğim diyeceğim hiçbir şey yok. Tesis inanılmaz pisti. Mutfaktaki koltuk hem kırık hem de o kadar pisti ki üzerine oturulmuyordu. İki yataklı almamıza rağmen tek yatağın nevresimleri serilmiş diğerininki ise serilmemişti. Daha sonra talebimiz üzerine serdiler. Duvarlar kir içerisindeydi. Banyoda sabun yoktu ve o kadar küçük bir şampuan vardı ki tek kullanımlıktı. Yastıklar kılıfsızdı. Mutfak malzemeleri yetersiz, eski ve temiz değildi. Tekrar hepsini biz temizlemek zorunda kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Aynı fiyata çok daha güzel konaklama imkanı var.

• KYRIAKI (1/5): Απογοητευτική, βρόμικο , χωρίς σαμπουάν,αφρόλουτρο και χαρτιά υγείας. Φτάσαμε βράδυ διαπιστώσαμε ότι δεν είχε τίποτα από - Βρώμικο και μικρό και καθόλου εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης. Δεν απαντούσε στα τηλέφωνα ούτε στα μηνύματα.

• Guest (10/5): Ottimo appartamento a poco prezzo. Gestore molto disponibile. Parcheggio gratis non tanto ok - Per il prezzo (170€ per 6 persone) l’appartamento era ottimo, pulito e moderno. Le camere erano ben spaziose mentre il salotto era abbastanza piccolo per un divano letto. C’era tutto il necessario tra cui phon, asciugamani (sebbene ce ne fossero solo per 4 persone), e cose per la cucina. Infine il gestore è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Dopo aver dimenticato il caricatore dell’iphone mi ha assicurato di spedirmelo a casa. Tuttavia per motivi ignoti non è arrivato, ma il gestore ha offerto un rimborso di 50€ per il caricatore.

• Trix (4/5): Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe einer Metrostation - Top Lage Obwohl angepriesen, gab es nicht genügend Privatparkplätze wegen Bauarbeiten. Für die Bettdecke gab es keinen Anzug. Nach zwei Nächten erhielten wir wenigstens ein zweites Leintuch. Die Wohnung hat ein Zimmer. Das Schlafsofa steht in der Küche ;-). Es gibt alles, was man für einen kurzen Städtetripp braucht. Insgesamt wirkt es seelenlos, nur auf den ersten Blick sauber, vor allem Dreck, Haare und Staub in den Ecken und unter den Möbeln. Wegen Bauarbeiten in der Wohnung unterhalb, war es am dritten Morgen sehr laut.

• ΕΛΕΝΗ (9/5): Καλή επιλογή - Το διαμέρισμα είναι ανακαινισμένο σε οικοδομή όπου γίνονται εργασίες. Ο χώρος θα μπορούσε να έχει καλύτερη διαρρύθμιση για περισσότερη άνεση ειδικά στην κουζίνα όταν ο καναπές γίνεται κρεβάτι. Το ίδιο κρεβάτι δεν είναι άνετο για ύπνο σε αντίθεση με το διπλό κρεβάτι στο δωμάτιο που είναι καλό. Εσωτερικό parking στην αυλή στο πίσω μέρος. ΟΙ οδηγίες είναι επαρκέστατες. Η τοποθεσία είναι ήσυχη πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια από στάση Μ1 του μετρό που βγάζει σε 10 λεπτά στο Duomo. Τα προϊόντα στο μπάνιο είναι οριακά. Λείπει ένα ραφάκι από την ντουζιέρα για να ακουμπάς το σαμπουάν. Επίσης το self check-in που απαιτείται στην Ιταλία καλό είναι να αποστέλλεται νωρίτερα τις προηγούμενες μέρες για να συμπληρώνεται έγκαιρα όπως γίνεται και σε άλλα καταλύματα και όχι την ημέρα της άφιξης διαφορετικά χρειάζεται ίσως να συμπληρωθεί ενώ ταξιδεύετε.

Ввечері написав повідомлення про це , але відповідь отримав зранку з вибаченнями.Пообіцяли частково відшкодувати але так ніхто це не зробив .В туалеті не було навіть туалетного паперу, на кухні не було рушників, дощечки для нарізання,диван коло розкладаєш стає мало місця на кухні, дуже незручно.Поряд з будинком спортивний майданчик де дуже шумно до пізнього вечора, а зранку в будинку проводяться ремонтні роботи.

• Mauro (7/5): Appartamento carino e accogliente - L'appartamento è in posizione strategica per le attività lavorative che sono andato a svolgere a Milano. Accogliente e con un bel terrazzo. Le stanze sono spaziose come anche il bagno. Mancavano alcune cose basilari che normalmente trovo negli altri b&b come ad esempio almeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Non sono riuscito a trovare i cucchiaini e le posate (questo è più grave) ed ho dovuto girare il caffe con il manico del mestolo.

Appartement für 5 Personen bezahlt und gebucht. Nur für 4 Personen gerichtet. Keine ordentliche Bettwäsche für 5. Person vorhanden gewesen. Der Boden, der gesamten Wohnung ist verdreckt. Der Staub wird beim Aufwaschen in die Ecke gewischt, sodass diese komplett schwarz sind. Schimmel. Badezimmer ist nicht wie am Foto dargestellt. Fliesen desolat. Gebrauchte Duschgel Packungen am Fensterbrett. Es wurden uns angebrauchte Toilettenpapierrollen zu Verfügung gestellt. Ameisen in der Dusche. In den Ecken Schimmel. In der ganzen Wohnung lange Haare vom Vormieter. Im Kühlschrank Essensreste. In der Waschmaschine Taschentücher. In den Laden Ameisen und Insekten. Balkonfotos entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit. Zigarettenstummel auf den Balkonmöbel. Vermieter war nicht mehr erreichbar für uns.

Unterkunft frisch renoviert, gute Ausstattung, auch Klimaanlage und Fliegenpilze vorhanden. Parkplatz im Innenhof der Unterkunft. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und sehr gut erreichbar. Hat alles super mit dem Check in geklappt. War nur für 3 Personen Geschirr vorhanden, aber man konnte sich arrangieren, also kein großes Thema.

• liu (1/5): La mia esperienza di soggiorno è stata estremamente negativa. - Ho affittato questo alloggio e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto negativa. Appena entrato, l’intero appartamento era invaso da un odore sgradevole, una miscela di sudore, fumo e altri cattivi odori. Il bagno era in condizioni igieniche scarse: il WC, il rubinetto e il soffione della doccia erano pieni di macchie di calcare e il vetro del box doccia coperto di aloni. la sedia presentava macchie secche di sostanze non identificate. In generale, le condizioni igieniche e l’ambiente sono stati i peggiori che abbia mai trovato in un alloggio.

• Freddy (5/5): - The location is one block from the subway. The sofa bed is in the kitchen and, when opened, takes up half the room, making it very uncomfortable to move around. Cleanliness is average; we found underwear from previous guests inside the sofa bed, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom has mold because water leaks out of the shower. The building is undergoing renovations, the stairs are narrow, there is no lighting at night, and there is no elevator, which is something to keep in mind for your stay.

• Jan (6/5): Prima voor nachtje Milaan - Prima locatie, eigen parking. Goede prijs / kwaliteit. Heeft alleen nog wat werk nodig. Eigenaar was wel heel open voor feedback en denk dat het alleen maar beter zal worden. Geen licht in de gang, wordt nog verbouwd. Is ook er luidruchtig doordat gang grenst aan muur. In de kamers mogen nog wat plakkers onder de stoelen, zou ook schelen in geluid overlast. Echter blijft Milaan :-)

Wohnung braucht Handwerker, Dusche funktioniert nicht richtig, Türrahmen fallen auseinander. Hatten keine richtige Bettdecken. Nachfrage beim Vermieter blieb unbeantwortet. Am ersten Abend mussten wir 1 Stunde Stech Mücken jagen bevor wir in Ruhe schlafen konnten.

• Marta (5/5): Mieszkanie na jedną noc - Blisko do metra i dobry internet Mieszkanie wymaga generalnego sprzątania, mieszkanie było na 3 piętrze i wszędzie było mnóstwo mrówek. Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja. Na tarasie tynk odpadał z dachu, meble na tarasie bardzo zniszczone i nogi od krzeseł były przekrzywione tak, że lepiej było na nich nie siadać, (materace na kanapie miały zacieki). Bark naczyń na daną liczbę osób. Zbyt mały parking (dostępne są tylko 3 miejsca postojowe dla 5 mieszkań).

• Veronica (5/5): - El apartamento es nuevo , con buen aire acondicionado, buena wifi y bastante nuevo. edificio, tiene aparcamiento, lo que es un plus interesante El edificio está descuidado, no funcionan las luces de la escalera y la zona exterior y de aparcamiento está abandonada , mucha basura . El apartamento no estaba listo a la hora del check in y tuvimos que esperar. Del personal no supimos mucho o nada, no cogieron el teléfono y pocas explicaciones vía WhatsApp. Una vez salimos si te llaman para asegurarse una buena reseña, pero ni durante tu estadia... El menaje de cocina muy escaso, sin tendedero para poder usar la lavadora y el lavaplatos sin jabón y con falta de limpieza por dentro. Falta limpieza en general. La vajilla y cazuelas hubo que lavarla entera

• Kinga Oliwia (9/5): Super! Ale na zewnątrz 39,2😛 - Bardzo dobre położenie- 150 metrów od stacji metra M1, która dojeżdża do Duomo bez przesiadek. Dobrze zorganizowana kuchnia- piekarnik, mikrofala, a także pralka. Wygodne łóżka. Rolety w oknach (ale tak ciepło na zewnątrz, że są spuszczone cały dzień), balkon, parking na dziedzińcu (własny, bezpłatny, bezpieczny). Właściciel kontaktowy 😛 Dobry i stabilny internet. Netflix. Konieczność wypełniania „check in” gdy jest się już w drodze do obiektu… Gdy rozłożysz w kuchni sofę to nie usiądziesz przy stole ani nie włożysz rzeczy do pralki. Uwaga- drzwi od łazienki uderzają w kabinę prysznicową i może się to marnie skończyć. Nie otwierać ich zamaszyście 😝😝😝😝!!!!!
• Aline (9/5): - Mooi en nieuw appartement, hele goede locatie tov metro. Netjes en schoon. Goed contact met host. Goede parkeergelegenheid voor onze auto met aanhanger. Tweepersoonsbed was goed. Goede airco, zonnewering en wifi. De kwaliteit van de slaapbank voor de kinderen viel tegen. Als de slaapbank uitgeklapt staat kun je niet meer in de keuken lopen. De keukeninventaris was erg minimaal.

The bedroom was the only thing that matched the picture. The apartment was mentioned like suitable for 4 people to stay, but the sofa bed was right in the tiny kitchen, along with the dining table. So it was impossible for 4 people to be in the kitchen at the same time and there was no space to leave the bags and stuff. It was also hard to access some stuff and a washing machine because of the sofa, even when it's not folded out.

• Virginie (8/5): Logement pratique proche commodités - Appartement très bien situé avec métro et supermarché à proximité. Parking gratuit. Très propre et literie confortable. Climatisation bien appréciée. Logement parfait pour dormir et prendre le petit déjeuner au calme tout en étant proche du centre en métro. La terrasse est un gros plus. Très bien pour 2-3 jours. Petit désagrément à notre arrivée prévue à 15h, le logement n’était pas près il a fallut attendre 45 min pour le récupérer. Et manque d’équipement dans la cuisine, pas de poêle qui fonctionne sur la plaque à induction.

• Alexandra (9/5): Für eine Kurzreise(2-3 Tage) absolut zu empfehlen - Modern eingerichtet, schön hell, bequeme Betten, sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden, Fön, Bügeleisen ebenfalls, Klimaanlage, Jalousien in allen Räumen, nah zur Metro und somit zum Zentrum, Schlüsselbox und somit unkomplizierte Ankunft möglich, kostenloser Parkplatz Nicht genügend Küchenutensilien (nur wenige Teller, Tassen, Besteck, Töpfe etc), kein Duschvorhang und dadurch Überschwemmung im Bad nach dem Duschen, Besen, Handfeger und Bodenabzieher fehlen, WLAN-Passwort gab es auf Nachfrage aber dennoch hatten wir kein Internet

• Guest (1/5): I do not recommend staying in these apartments. Lies at every step - - Lies at every step. The apartment had no hand soap, no shampoo, and no shower gel. There is not a single shelf in the bathroom for hygiene products. If you bring your own toiletries, you’ll have to place them on the floor — even your toothbrush and toothpaste. The listing promises an iron, but in reality, there is only an empty box where the iron should be. They also promise a baby crib for a newborn, but no crib will be provided. If you rent this apartment with a small child, you and your partner will have to sleep in separate beds and wake up several times a night to check if your baby has fallen off the bed. When I contacted the host to ask why there was no baby crib or iron, I was promised that everything would be delivered very soon. But after two days, no one brought anything. However, the most shocking part happened after we checked out. The lies continued. After check-out, someone called me and asked what I didn’t like. After our conversation, they promised a refund and begged us not to leave a bad review. Do you think anyone refunded the money? You can expect deception at every turn if you rent this apartment. Now I understand why people are surprised by the high rating of this place. The high rating is a scam. They offer refunds to people in exchange for not leaving negative reviews. Do not rent this apartment!!!

• Abdullah (1/5): - مع الأسف أني لم أقيم في هذا على الرغم من حجزي له ودفع كامل المبلغ وقمت بإجراء الدخول واستلمت المفتاح ولكن تفاجأت بأن الشقه صغيرة جدا والموقع ليس فيه أي تأمين حيث أني وجدت البوابات مفتوحة وليس عليها أمان وتواصلت مع صاحب العقار ووعدني أني بإمكاني الغي الحجز وسيعيد لي كامل المبلغ ولكن مع الأسف لم يلتزم بوعده وتواصلت مع بوكنج لكن مع الأسف لم أجد إستجابه
• Rose (8/5): Goede locatie, schoon en comfortabel! - We hebben twee nachten verbleven in dit appartement met z’n drieën en dat is ons goed bevallen. Het appartement is vrij ruim, schoon en voorzien van goede bedden. De kamers zijn ruim en het internet werkte prima. Ook fijn: de ligging vlakbij een metrostation en een Carrefour supermarkt die 24 uur per dag open is. Prijs metro 2,20 per rit pp. Er zijn drie gratis parkeerplekken voor het gebouw, maar in de buurt is het verder behoorlijk druk met parkeren. Al met al een prima verblijf voor een korte trip. Goede locatie, schoon en comfortabel! Overdag is het wel wat gehorig; je hoort bijvoorbeeld het schuiven van stoelen bij de buren. ’s Nachts is het gelukkig rustig. Er is een wasmachine aanwezig, maar er is geen plek om kleding op te hangen – misschien een tip om een droogrek aan de inventaris toe te voegen. De keukeninventaris is erg basic, maar voldoende voor een kort verblijf.

The parking plot is very small, only 3 cars could be parked at one same time. The service team did not respond in time. We’ve arrived the apartment, but haven’t got the information for how to get the key and how to park.

• Sumeyye (1/5): WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - Niks WORST COMMUNICATION EVER!! I booked this apartment for MY BIRTHDAY. I REQUESTED A BABY CRIB when I made the booking, and I even sent an email AFTER the booking was completed to DOUBLE-CHECK. The listing clearly stated: “BABY CRIB AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.” On the day of my reservation, we received NO INFORMATION about the self check-in or the lock code. AGAIN, I HAD TO CALL THE OWNER to ask for the access details. When we entered the apartment, we were SHOCKED. The room was MUCH SMALLER than in the photos — SMALL bathroom, TINY kitchen, and NO BALCONY, although the pictures clearly showed one. And of course... NO BABY CRIB. We checked in at 16:30 and immediately asked AGAIN for the crib. NO ANSWER. I called him at 19:30 and he said he would “LOOK INTO IT.” Almost an hour later... STILL NOTHING. I CALLED AGAIN. AND AGAIN. NO RESPONSE. He COMPLETELY IGNORED MY CALLS while we were left waiting with A CRYING BABY WHO JUST NEEDED TO SLEEP. When I FINALLY reached him, he said it was OUR FAULT, and claimed he might look for a crib the NEXT DAY — even though he WASN’T EVEN SURE there was one in the building! HE LIED TO US. We told him it was IMPOSSIBLE to stay under these conditions — JUST A SMALL BED for two people — and he DIDN’T CARE AT ALL. I ASKED HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO COME TO THE APARTMENT SO WE COULD CHECK OUT, and he REFUSED. We ended up checking out at 22:00 — WITH A CRYING BABY, NOWHERE TO SLEEP, and MY BIRTHDAY RUINED — THANKS TO MATEO. Days later, he forwarded me to a “colleague,” who actually admitted we were RIGHT and promised we’d receive a REFUND. Well... IT’S BEEN OVER A MONTH and STILL NO MONEY BACK. That same colleague started playing games too — telling me “I’ll check,” or “it’s on the way,” and other COMPLETE NONSENSE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT. THEY ARE LIARS WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS. PROOF IN THE PICTURES!

• PRAVEEN KUMAR (8/5): Could have been better and more comfortable if the host is attentive and thoughtful. - The apartament was clean and spacious . It is 3-4 minutes walk from Turro metro station. 1. As soon as we booked, we started getting messages from some service provider for uploading the passport and other details . Was not sure if these were authorised sites and can collect personal data from the guests . We did not have any option so had to do it . 2. The responses were mechanical. Was enquiring repeatedly if we can check in one hour before as our train reached by 1 pm . Could not get any proper response. 3. Information regarding Property details , check in process , were withheld till very last moment and were provided only around 1.30 pm . Host assumed that we would always continue to ne in network and keep checking the updates. It was completely undesirable. 4. Kitchen did not have a few necessary items such as kitchen roll, etc.

• Martin (1/5): Keine Reaktion bei Reklamation & Schimmel im Schlafzimmer) - - die Lage ist gut in der Nähe der Metro - Supermarkt ist um die Ecke - Parken am Gebäude - die Umgebung ist leider etwas „abgelebt“, die Wohnung ist aber renoviert - leider nicht wirklich gereinigt. Überall Staub in der Wohnung. - leider hatten wir Schimmel im Schlafzimmer. Das kann ja mal passieren, was mich aber zu dieser schlechten Bewertung bewegt hat ist, wie das Personal mit meiner Reklamation umgegangen ist. Zunächst wurde auf meinen Hinweis gar nicht reagiert, das ist schade. Nach 3 Tagen hat sich der Verwalter dann gemeldet und mir einen Rabatt angeboten und sich entschuldigt für die unzumutbare Situation. Das wäre für mich akzeptabel gewesen. Nachdem nun seit 4 Wochen nichts gekommen ist und mir Lorenzo, der Verwalter, nicht mehr antwortet, musste ich nun so schlecht bewerten. Sehr schade
