• Yu (4/5): - A nice balcony with lots of sunshine All the wooden floors and doors keep creaking and cracking all the time. You can hear every step from upstairs, and even the ceiling keeps making noise as well. Some roommates were really loud in the mornings, so my sleep got messed up during my stay. Also, There’s a primary school right opposite, so it’s pretty bad for anyone who likes to sleep in. it looks like the bathroom bins aren’t being emptied every day. There were also beard trimmings all over the sink after shaving.

Kitchen had everything you need. Broken toilet lid. On my second day of stay, the toilet roll finished, and there was no replacement.

The room furniture was quite dusty. The fan in the room was extremely dusty. The mirror was dirty and sticky. Iron could have been provided. There was too much noise late at night and early hours of the morning from neighbours, including loud music being played.

I would say to access the room itself (like the locker can sometimes trick you) is not veeeery good, it is ok, but for the price, it could be better. Also the bathroom itself could have a Matt in the bathtub would be good as it is easy to fall.

Staff disponibile online a qualsiasi ora e gentile, rispondono velocemente. La struttura non è molto curata, pavimento molto rovinato e un pò sporco. Durante il nostro soggiorno, mentre noi non eravamo presenti, qualcuno dello staff è andato nel terrazzo della nostra stanza a stendere lenzuola e asciugamani.

Generelt er hele ejendommen meget lydt, så man kan høre alt der sker. Underboen var larmede og havde gæster hele tiden de sad udenfor og røg hash, så man ikke kunne have vinduet åben.

• Desiree (7/5): Decent stay - Host was great at communicating. I was able to check out late for a fee, which was appreciated. Location was mostly decent, not in a bad area at all. I was thankful to have a washing machine and fridge, even though it was all shared. Mostly a good experience. Check in was slightly confusing but thankfully the host was easy to reach. Hallway is very loud within the shared space, walls are thin. A TV would have been nice as I’m the type of person who needs a distraction to wind down. This part was probably an accident or oversight, but there was wet blankets and towels hanging all over the room when we entered.

• Eve (9/5): Great value and location - Brilliant place for the money. It feels like staying in a mate's flat. I can see why it's not for some people - if you want someplace spotless, go to a Premier Inn - but it was clean, the room was large and bed comfortable, the location great, and super affordable. I will come back here. There are three rooms in the flat, one bathroom and one kitchen. Each room locks, of course. nothing really! Check-in was delayed a bit, but they let me put my bags in the flat quite early, and didn't mind I was slightly late in getting out. So seems fair!

Also a kitchen available for cooking if needed! Unfortunately only 1 towel for 2 nights/3 days. I had asked for another towel, but it was not provided (apparently forgotten by the cleaner) The property isn't the cleanest/tidiest, but it's good enough.

I'd recommend bringing your own towels, as the ones provided look very "tired." Slippers are also useful.There's a very nice balcony, but it's cramped because of the owner's belongings.

• PANAGIOTIS (10/5): Perfect for a budget stay in London - Great price-to-amenities ratio. I rented a room with shared kitchen and bathroom, in a 3-bedroom apartment. My room was spacious with a nice balcony which was facing a small yard with grass. My morning pleasure was to have the first coffee there. Coffee and some cookies were free, provided by the house. My room had a big window, facing the balcony, so it was bright, while the curtains blocked the sun completely in the morning, without waking me up. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing tips and touristic information. The self chech-in procedure was without problems.. The shared bathroom was very clean, with free toiletries and the towels in my room were changed regularly. The Kitchen has a big refrigerator. The wifi was working perfectly. The location is very good. It's close to 2 metro stations, and it's walking distance to Tate Modern and Borough Market. I didnt use it, but there is a possibility to leave your luggage in the apartment, for a small fee (10 pounds). Everything was as expected. It's not a romantic place, it's not a luxury accomodation, and it has a shared bathroom, but it's perfect for the amount of money you pay.

Siamo 2 ragazze di 19 anni, la zona non era per nulla sicura e la struttura era molto sporca, con una terribile puzza. Nel bagno condiviso c’era solo la doccia e un lavandino, senza il gabinetto. Appena siamo arrivate ce ne siamo subito andate via, perché anche le persone non ci ispiravano affatto fiducia. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.

• Timothe (2/5): Extremely disappointing - A catastrophic experience from start to finish. The listing is misleading: it does not specify at all that the bathroom and toilets are shared. It only mentions a “shared kitchen,” which clearly gives the impression that the rest is private. A huge unpleasant surprise upon arrival. The hygiene is appalling: • bathroom with dampness, mould, and dirt • dirty kitchen • dirty bedroom • dirty common areas • dirty balcony, with a trash bin left out We had to go on a treasure hunt to find a hairdryer — nothing is organized, nothing makes sense. The bathroom is a complete mess: the shower head holder doesn’t stay in place. The view is ugly, which doesn’t help when you also have to deal with a balcony that looks like a dump. The neighbors are extremely noisy: loud noise until 10 PM, then again starting at 7 AM. Resting is impossible. In short, the place is dirty, poorly maintained, misleadingly advertised, noisy, and disrespectful to guests. I absolutely do not recommend it and completely regret this booking. 🚫 Expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. L’annonce est trompeuse : il n’est absolument pas précisé que la salle de bains et les WC sont communs. Il est simplement indiqué « cuisine en commun », ce qui laisse clairement penser que le reste est privatif. Grosse mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée. L’hygiène est déplorable : • salle de bains avec humidité, moisissures et saleté • cuisine sale • chambre sale • parties communes sales • balcon sale, avec en prime une poubelle qui traîne On a dû faire une chasse aux trésors pour trouver un sèche-cheveux, rien n’est rangé, rien n’est logique. La salle de bains est un sketch : Et le support de pomme de douche ne tient pas. La vue est laide, ce qui n’arrange rien quand on doit en plus supporter un balcon qui ressemble à une décharge. Les voisins sont extrêmement bruyants : vacarme jusqu’à 22h, puis de nouveau dès 7h du matin. Impossible de se reposer. Bref, logement sale, mal entretenu, mal décrit et bruyant.

• J (7/5): It served a purpose, and would use again if needed. - It was close to Guys Hospital as I had an early appointment 07:15 only ten minutes walk away. The room was cosy and warm. On the amenities list it states " TV lounge" but this was not the case.... only three bedrooms, very small bathroom, a toilet and a small but OK kitchen area.

• Gomez (1/5): Completely misleading listing — do NOT book this place! - This is NOT an apartment as advertised, it’s just a single room in a shared flat. The listing explicitly stated “PRIVATE bathroom”, but in reality, it is shared with others. This is blatant false advertising. The balcony mentioned was also completely unusable, filled with the host’s drying rack. The room had a horrible, unbearable smell that made it impossible to sleep. The host should deep-clean and disinfect everything before renting it out again. And the worst part: the HOST ENTERED OUR ROOM without permission while we were away. When we arrived, I noticed his laundry rack placed on the balcony connected to our room. To avoid any misunderstanding, I specifically asked if he would need to access it during our stay. He clearly promised, “No, of course not, I would never enter without your authorization. I’ll take care of it after you leave.” Yet the next day, we came back to find that he had gone into our room to hang and handle his laundry exactly what he said he wouldn’t do. We have photos as proof. This was a serious invasion of privacy and extremely disrespectful. Don’t be fooled by whatever excuse the host will post under this review ! He is dishonest, manipulative, and fully aware that his listing is false. Avoid this place at all costs.

El trato de los vecinos es fantástico y no tiene nada que ver con el dueño del piso El dueño desaparecido, poca información. Pone parking en la página.. pero no te dice que no es gratis, que has de pagar (a través de internet) y solo puede hacerlo el propietario, con lo que si aparcas... la multa es segura, pasan todos los dáas a controlar. No te informan que está en zona que si circulas con coche entre las 7:00 y las 19:00, has de pagar una tasa de 15 euros diarios. El propietario, se desentiende, y no informa de nada. Te alquilan el cuarto, y ya te apañas. Las indicaciones para recoger las llaves, confusas, escasas, y por mail.

Looks rough around the edges from the exterior but inside was comfortable, and the room was comfortable. We had a good nights sleep. Detailed instructions and contact, on entry and anything else we may need. We would happily stay again. Thank you! Bedrooms could do with a mirror for getting ready, as it’s hard when you’re sharing a bathroom and don’t want to feel like you’re hogging it.

The host communicated fast and provided all the information I needed. I missed the information about the shared bathroom.

The place was in an unacceptable condition — filthy throughout, with a balcony used as a storage area and a bathroom covered in mold, which poses serious health risks. The neighborhood also felt extremely unsafe. Your listing was misleading, especially regarding the claim of a private bathroom and balcony. I have taken photos documenting the condition of the flat, including the bathroom, balcony, and the exterior of the building. Due to the state of the accommodation, I had no choice but to book another hotel at a very late hour. This experience has caused me significant distress. I am requesting a full refund as this amounts to clear misrepresentation and is unfair to customers.
