- Θάνος (5/5): Κακή εμπειρία. Σίγουρα δεν πρόκειται για ένα πραγματικό ξενοδοχείο πέντε αστέρων - Μας επέτρεψαν να κάνουμε early check in και late check out. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και άνετο. Το προσωπικό αρκετά εξυπηρετικό. Το φαγητό ήταν κάτω του μετρίου. Ο πρωινός μπουφές της πρώτης ημέρας ήταν ο μόνος που ήταν οκ. Το πρωινό της δεύτερης μέρας καθώς και ο μπουφές του δείπνου ήταν απαράδεκτα. Πολύ μικρή ποικιλία για ξενοδοχείο, πόσο μάλλον 5 αστέρων. Τα μισά φαγητά ήταν κρύα και τα άλλα μισά άνοστα. Το χειρότερο δε ήταν ότι παρήγγειλα από το μενού δύο μερίδες σνίτσελ και στην μία από αυτές υπήρχε μια πλαστική διαφάνεια μέσα στο πιάτο! Επισκέφθηκα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο λόγω της διαφήμισης του για τις υπηρεσίες του spa. Ακόμα και εκεί απογοητεύτηκα. Ήταν γεμάτο με μωρά που έκλαιγαν και ούρλιαζαν, ενώ στους κανόνες χρήσης του τζακούζι ανέφερε ότι απαγορεύεται η είσοδος σε παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών. Επίσης το χαμάμ ήταν κλειστό χωρίς να το γνωρίζουμε πριν την επίσκεψη μας, καθώς μια κυρία μας είπε ότι είναι ανοιχτό μόνο τους χειμερινούς μήνες

- Eve Wiser (9/5): Welcoming hotel in Bansko - Regnum Hotel was a very interesting and enjoyable stay. I booked a single room and was kindly upgraded, and the room was excellent - spacious, comfortable, with a large bathroom and a breathtaking view. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, reaching over 100 Mbps, which made the stay even better. The hotel layout felt a bit confusing, and I had to use two separate elevators to reach my room in one of the sections. The receptionist was very kind, but spoke quite quickly, so it was sometimes hard to fully understand the instructions. The bathroom was modern, but the shower head was small and the water pressure was not very strong, although there was hot water.

Ранното освобождаване до 10.00 часа и късното настаняване след 16.00ч, което е условие от хотели за настаняване и освобождаване.

- Gergana (9/5): Няколко дни уют и чудесно настроение - Перфектна закуска. Нямам забележка. Персоналът бе внимателен и отзивчив. Храната - разнообразна. Особено ме впечатлиха турските продукти - колбаси, кашкавал. Впечатлиха ме и котките, които се разхождат в двора. Те са неописуемо богатство към интериора и допринасят за чудесното настроение. Няма какво да се добави повече. Нашето семейство е обиколило света - били сме във всички европейски столици, в Азия, Северна и Южна Америка. Толкова спокойно и уютно никъде не е било. Стаята - широка, чиста, топла, просторна. Дизайнът отморява. Обслужването - ненатрапчиво, перфектно. Цените - нормални. Вече препоръчахме хотела на наши роднини. При първия удобен случай ще дойдем отново.

- Violeta (10/5): Lovely hotel. - I had a really wonderful stay at your hotel. The location was perfect—very close to the ski lift, which made everything so convenient. The views were absolutely amazing, and the rooms were kept in excellent condition thanks to the fantastic housekeeping team. The restaurant staff were always smiling and provided very good service, which made every meal even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also amazing—such a great start to the day. I especially enjoyed the massage from Tony—very professional and relaxing. I would also like to highlight the lovely receptionist, Elena Mishcheva, who was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She recommended the best massages, and her warm attitude really made a difference to our stay. The soft play area for children was a great addition, and the spa was very, very nice—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you for such a memorable stay! There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. I felt that the reception team could be a bit more welcoming and provide more information to guests upon arrival. Additionally, I had to change rooms during my stay. I had initially booked three nights, but after enjoying the hotel so much, I decided to extend our stay. There was a small issue with the new room, which caused a bit of inconvenience. However, I would like to highlight that the manager responded promptly and resolved the situation, which made me feel that the hotel truly cares about its guests. Overall, these were minor points in an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Staff need to be trained properly. Asked reception for tips on hiking in the area - was told to “check internet”. Breakfast was poor. Also staff at breakfast were really not interested. Really not 5 star. Overall I’d look elsewhere

- Radoslav (7/5): Not the best choice in Bansko and not worth 5 starts hotel - The apartment we have rented was relatively spacious, clean and well furnished. There inner hotel parking is of only 30-40 places for a hotel with probably 200+ rooms. The guests should either park on the streets or nearby free terrain. The restaurant is super small with no more than 20 tables and it's very hard to find a seat to have breakfast in the morning. It's super crowded. The SPA center definitely needs renovation.

Так как отель был полный трудно было найти свободные шезлонги у бассейна. Так же в зоне спа с вентиляционных труб постоянно капал конденсат.

- Yavor (9/5): Чудесно място за престой и отдих - Стаята, а и общите помещения в хотела бяха много чисти - непрекъснато срещаш почистващ персонал навсякъде, без това да е натрапващо. Храната в ресторанта беше доволно разнообразна и вкусна. Персоналът беше много учтив. Спа зоната е много добра, детският кът е чудесен и има секции за деца на различни възрасти - от 2+ нагоре. Хотелът разполага със собствен ограден паркинг (има и подземен, но мисля, че не работеше, май имаше някакъв ремонт), но и около хотела има доволно място за паркиране. Лобито е много стилно, с малки уютни кътчета за почивка. Нашият суит С304 имаше някои дребни забележки по отношение поддръжката - крилото на балконската врата не лягаше добре върху профила и не уплътняваше - духаше и влизаше шум (хотелът е точно до реката, а тя е шумна). Самият балкон - наклонът на плочките не беше към сифона, в следствие на което вода се събираше в средата му и не се оттичаше. На места се виждаше и изронена мазилка, дървеният парапет беше олющен и на места поизгнил. В банята мивката беше необяснимо голяма и неудобна и нямаше до/над нея закачалка, където да закачиш кърпа за лице. Оставя леко горчив привкус фактът, че по-голямата част от персонала, с който предимно взаимодейства човек (рецепция, ресторант, лоби бар), при все, че са много учтиви и внимателни, са чужденци, които не говорят (почти) никакъв български. Да говориш на английски в собствената си страна е малко странно... Но при все гореизброеното, цялостното впечатление е отлично и бихме посетили пак.

- Victoria (6/5): - El hotel está muy bien, limpio y acogedor, y con una decoración contemporánea. Tuvimos upgrade de la habitación, lo que ha sido un detalle. Las camas son cómodas, el baño, completo aunque sin los típicos amenities de un 5 estrellas. Es un hotel con SPA, y es por lo que fuimos mi madre y yo. Desgraciadamente no pudimos disfrutar mucho, porque el agua de la piscina y de los jacuzzi estaba fría, como también las estancias. El baño turco no estaba suficientemente húmedo, y la sala de sales estaba fresquita. A pesar de que me quejara, no solucionaron el problema, y aunque me hicieron un descuento en la cuenta del restaurante no me compensó. El desayuno tampoco correspondía al de un 5 estrellas. Una pena.

- Borislav (9/5): Very good hotel with lot of options for families with kids - Clean, big rooms, nice breakfast. The SPA is also very good. The kids play area is very nice too. The building has strange design. You need to walk through floors and change elevators to get to the SPA or to the restaurant. Not very comfortable if you are with baby stroller.

- ILIYA SAEV (5/5): Приключение - размера на стаята, детския кът. - водата в СПА центъра беше прекалено силно хлорирана - закуската не отговаря на хотел 5 звезди - вечерята на блок маса беше под всякаква критика - не се спазваше обявения график на транспорта до ски зоната - ски гардероба вонеше отвратително и шкафчетата далеч не отговарят на ниво хотел 5 звезди. - да не продължавам...

- Chrysa (8/5): - Ευχάριστο προσωπικό καλή τοποθεσία και όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με ωραία διακόσμηση! Η πρόσβαση στο κτίριο που μέναμε ήτανε λίγο δύσκολη και μας ταλαιπώρησε καθώς είχαμε και ένα μικρό παιδί μας και δεν ήταν πλήρως προσβάσιμο με καρότσι !

- Kristina (9/5): despite some missing details and facilities. I will highly recommend Hotel Regnum - We spent the weekend during Easter. Very rich and various breakfast. Accommodated in Block C (the same building where the reception, the bar, and the lobby are). Extremely pleasant staff (girls) at the reception. Complementary basket of fruits and bottle of water. Spacious suite with two terraces and a modern (on the other hand, warm) and very functional interior. Nice Easter decoration in the hotel with Easter baskets and eggs . Small toilet compared to the apartment. a lack of complete hygiene in the toilet and toilet sets. It seems that the water in the pool and the Jacuzzi was not so clean

- Bazhe (9/5): Premium stay in Regnum - 1. Room was excellent with view on the mountains, toilet with a lot of amenities and great size. 2. Excellent choices for breakfast. Everything is warm and resupplied constantly. 3. Good spa and pool but crowded. Individual massages a bit on the expensive side. 4. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 5.Big parking lot. One thing that this stay doesn't deserve 10/10 is the dinner buffet option, we paid 2x31 eur for cold food and not really good choices. If you plan to eat dinner here don't make our mistake and just order things from the menu , it will warmer and better value. Really big waste of money

Храната в ресторанта беше под всякаква критика – кашкавалът на закуска беше мухлясал, а карбонарата приличаше повече на рядка супа, отколкото на паста. Това е недопустимо за място, което претендира за качество. Басейнът и джакузитата са добри като съоръжения, но миризмата на хлор е много силна, а след ползването им с мъжа ми получихме обрив, което буди сериозни притеснения относно поддръжката и хигиената. Като цяло – не си заслужава и не бихме посетили отново.

- Elena (10/5): - Хотелът беше много хубав, модерно обзаведен и чист. Закуската беше много богата и разнообразна. Спа зоната е много приятна и разполага с всичко необходимо. Прекарахме си чудесно и пак бихме отседнали в този хотел.

- Nikolay (8/5): It was ok - Rooms are nice and spacious The receptionist was smoking while we were waiting at the reception desk although she saw us standing with a new born. Also the spa Center does not meet the 5* expectations - the last day there were no towels at the desk!
- Konstantinos (9/5): - Τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα και πολύ ζεστά. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστερο και το πρωινό, παρά πολύ πλούσιο. Θα προτιμούσα την πισίνα στα σπα, πιο ζεστή.
