• Mitsuko (1/5): 不潔で滞在しなかった。 - 写真と雰囲気が違っていて、何も良くなかったです。 まず駅からの行き方がわかりづらかったです。 入ると、玄関が汚くてびっくりしました。 部屋が質素なのは値段的にこんなもんかな、と思いましたが、シャワー室の目立ったシミや埃はとても気になりました。それでも安いからしょうがないか、と思いましたが、洗濯しようと思ったら洗剤がほとんど空だったのと、床に使用済みの絆創膏が落ちていたのを見て、気持ち悪くなり、泊まらずに部屋を出ました。すぐにBooking.comで他の場所を探したらなんとほぼ同じ値段で駅の近くのホテルの綺麗な部屋を見つけました。我慢してGrand Hightsに泊まらなくて良かったです。元々「返金不可」だったのは承知していますが、スケジュールが変わったからキャンセルしたのではなく、写真で見た感じと違っていましたし、きちんと掃除もされていない部屋だったからキャンセルしたので、返金をして欲しかったです。施設からの返事はただ「規則に従い返金は却下」。騙された気分です。絶対にオススメしません。

• 赵 (7/5): コストパフォーマンスの高い宿泊体験でした。 - 立地がとても便利で、数分歩けば電車の駅に到着できます。 駅のすぐ近くですが、電車の走行音はほとんど気になりませんでした。 お部屋も広く、コスパも良いので、複数人での宿泊にはとても適していると思います。 お部屋はあまり清潔ではなく、特に床の汚れが気になりました。 また、使い捨てスリッパが備え付けられておらず、その点が少し不便でした。
• Diana (7/5): Good option for shin Osaka access. - The location was good not far from shin Osaka station, good directions given to find it. Convenience store next door. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery and large fridge. The bed and bedding was comfortable. No sharp knives made even cutting an apple difficult. Having the room set up as a triple meant that there was little space. It all felt a bit “tired“.
• Mei (8/5): また利用します！！ - とにかくロケーションが便利過ぎる！新大阪の東口からすぐ！隣にローソンがあるのも良い！数人で食事が出来るリビングに、寝室がふた部屋に分かれており、広々ベッド、タオル類を余分に準備されているのもめちゃめちゃ良かった！必要な家具、電子機器全て揃っている！ フローリングの掃除があまいのか、靴下で過ごしていたら靴下の底が結構汚れた😂お風呂の排水溝の流れが若干悪かった💦欲を言えば、洗濯用洗剤も備え付けだとより有り難かった！←隣のローソンで洗剤すぐ購入出来ました💯
• ka keung (10/5): 住了5晚，試了分類垃圾，體驗了日本人家。雖然整體舊，但床，房間，廁所都是新一點的。 - 床褥很舒服，冷氣足夠，地方足夠，開2個行李箱仲有位行，近新大阪東口，穿過日本語學校捷徑快2分鐘，用JR pass 去神戶京都很方便。看過評語，樓下買洗衣球300 円還好，但要買埋牙刷牙膏洗面液。這個價錢可以接受，很滿意。 wifi 第四晚連不到，要用自己網絡。

• Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - Great Stay – Spacious, Comfortable, and Convenient Location, perfect! We were very pleased with our stay at this apartment. The layout was excellent, with two separate bedrooms featuring large cupboards—perfect for storing luggage out of sight and keeping the space clutter-free. The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped, and having a separate laundry, bathroom, and toilet made it really practical for a longer stay. Although the building itself shows a bit of age and wear, it didn’t take away from how perfect the apartment was for us. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was a big plus—easy to walk to and from the nearby Shin-Osaka train station, and having a lift made getting our luggage up to the 4th floor a breeze. Just a minute’s walk away was a convenient store, and we also discovered a charming little café nearby. The man running it seemed to serve only one dish, toast.with a hard-boiled egg. and made coffee like a scientist. It was absolutely delicious and added to the whole experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a practical and well-located place to stay in Osaka. Although it was just my adult son and I, I believe there is plenty of room for a family as well. 🥰
