• Diana (8/5): Restful and enjoyed the easy access to the outside, close to beach and cafes - Lay House layout, was good, nice gardens looking out at the front, good showers, 2 showers and toilets on each side of the basins, liked the coffee pod
• Jill (9/5): Chilled, at home feels, suitable for family with teens or kids, handy and spacious. - The water frontage and the at home feel. Close to the shops also was so handy. The yard isnt closed off for the dog. It would have been great to have known that. We also wanted and did arrive at 12 noon as we stated when signing up to the place on a few occasions but it wasnt until we were there that we were told we couldnt access the property until 3pm... Otherwise no issues.
• Adam (10/5): Perfect place for a family getaway to Culburra - Excellent location, an easy stroll to the shops, cafes, Woolies and close to the beach and parks. Great living spaces and bbq alfresco, with a massive yard for the kids to play.

I wanted to take my wife away close by to see if we could manage - Beds were comfortable, The view from the back and when the sun went down was exceptional. Everything was so comfortable and easy to access. Nothing, We loved it!
• Steven (1/5): Bad - Culburra is beautiful. Beware of SCAM. The very first interaction was a direct communication asking how many people would be staying and claiming an additional charge per person which not clear on the ad, and seemed like an underhanded way to gouge the customer. Why did they call me to confirm number of people right away. A clever way to SCAM more money outside the booking.com platform. After we left the apartment we cleaned everything thoroughly as there were signs throughout the house warning of all the possible extra charges. It did not really feel like a holiday, I kept worrying I would breach one of the policies and have an unsolicited charge. Little did I know, a week or two later, the cleaners stated the metal sink had a crack in it. I did not even know a metal sink could be cracked. But the property manager claimed I needed to provide a date stamped photo to prove it was broken when I got there. I asked if they could supply a photo of before and after, but the email fell silent and then I saw an unauthorised charge on my credit card for $500. This feels very much like a SCAM to get money out of customers. Has anyone else been SCAMED by these guys. Such a source taste after what should have been a relaxing holiday. Also claimed to be pet friendly, but the fences were a picture of the neighbours fence and actually it backed onto a swamp with no fence at all. Maybe when they say pet friendly they mean goldfish friendly??
