• William (10/5): Ephraim was a very good host, met me at the door and even carried my bag up to the apartment! He answered some questions - It was in a good spot. Not in the middle of the old city, but only about a 20 minute walk, and there were busses and trams very close by for those that prefer to take transportation. Can’t think of anything. It was clean, pleasant, and stocked with various food items!

• Taisiia (10/5): Absolutely beautiful apartment - The apartment is excellently designed- the colors, the furniture, the details everywhere in the flat were beautiful. The location is very convenient- it is 5 mins to the main railway station. It would be nice to have a clothes hanger near the entrance door so the outside clothes is bot in the bedroom.
• Man (10/5): If there’s a place that can describe perfection, it’s here. - We booked this place after looking at the reviews and a poor experience from another accommodation. From checking in to checking out, this place is perfection. The host Ephraim was so nice, communication was fantastic, he was very informative about all the touristy things we could do, he also gave some information about himself which made it feel like he is more of a close friend than a business transaction. There was also WiFi available which is very convenient since I had limited roaming data. When he greeted us and took us to the accomodation, I was very surprised. I did think for the price it was too good to be true but in this case it was actually true. It’s quite obvious that Ephraim looks after his accomodation and treats it like his own personal home and he also makes sure his guests have the best time of their stay. The accomodation was immaculate and I actually felt bad using some of the equipment given how nice they were. The accommodation was well decorated, making it feel like I’m home and in a cosy space. We were surprised in addition to the basics such as a bathroom and bedroom there was also plenty of kitchen equipment, utensils and washing machine, which was ideal so we could make our own food and wash our own clothes (we got soaked so this was great for us). Ephraim also left us with plenty of food including fruit, bread and beer and even brung us more bread the next day. If I’m back in Prague, I will book this place again, and I recommend everyone does as well.

• Natalia (10/5): Fell a Little in Love with This Place - You know those rare places where you instantly feel at home and secretly start planning how to move in? This is one of them. Spotless, comfy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host is ridiculously kind and welcoming. And the details? Morning espresso in cute ceramics, a balcony bursting with flowers, and art books waiting by the bed. Cozy, stylish, and peaceful… what more could you want?
• MZW (10/5): Superb hospitality and great accomodation - Comfortable space for 2 with nicely decorated and super clean apartment. Host really went above and beyond preparing things for his guests — not only with the usual amenities like clean and comfortable thick towels, well functioning washing machine, complete kitchen but he also added a well stocked fridge with eggs, milk, yogurt, bottled water, smoothies, butter etc, freshly baked bread, fruits and pastries. Host also included an iron which is a rare and pleasant find. Not to mention he is so hospitable, he even offered us to put our luggages and hang around at his house while waiting for our night train. We felt so at ease and comfortable at his house and will recommend it to everyone going to Prague to stay here. We couldnt pick even the smallest thing even if we wanted to.

It reflects the hosts friendliness and thoughtfulness. This is for sure the best lodging I’ve booked so far (and I am quite old). I go to Prague regularly and will from now on always check if this apartment is available. There isn’t anything not to like.

• Kaiyi (10/5): Tremendous Joy (My Honour) to Be Here Again - As a picky, sitting in the Prague Hlavni Nadrazi train station, this colorful flat had come into eyes many times during 3hrs browsing BOOKING, AGODA, AIRBNB etc to search for a proper accomodation. Like it at the first glance, but told myself this must be after filter. The more attractive, the more disappointed. After struggling for long time, ok, try 1 night first. That’s my first time meeting it, which was in 2023. Come again this Autumn, and stayed in it by great luck again. 1) Unbelievable that, everywhere keep like brand new after 1 year. How can it be so spotless and tidy like last year?! Even the floor towel in the bathroom keeps the same direction. 2) Entering inside, full of lemon smell, so fresh and lovely 3) Cute green and red cakes on the table (Ephi cooked.), tasty and not very sweet 4) A big new picture on the wall in the dinning room, a small bench as a shoe’s shelf(?), a new dandelion aromatherapy holder,a new flower pot and decoration…new changings and new surprise time by time 5) Full of food in the fridge, cabinet, and lots of fruits on the kitchen table 6) Nice balcony with good backyard view, convenient traffic, supermarkets and restaurants around 7) Different delighting color of bed sheet, quilt cover, cushions… 8) Best of the best, same considerate, gentleman, sincere, kind-hearted Ephi with same wonderful taste … Thanks for all, I can be here again. Any instructions I needed - from directions to apps to download - were very clear. The place was extremely clean and fully equipped. The fridge and cupboard were stocked with things that I may need during my stay. Of all the places I have stayed in Booking.com, Ephi's place genuinely sets the standard. In his spare time, Ephi likes to bake and I was a happy recipient of his cakes! Exceptional! None.

• Ricardo (10/5): Couldn't recommend more ! - From the first moment we felt really special staying at this property. In the first place, the apartment owner was sending us information before we arrived (e.g. which public transport was the best to get there, history of the neighborhood, etc). Once there, we realized that the apartment was even better than the pics. You could tell that everything was relatively new. We particularly loved the bed and decoration. The location is very central and have public transport to get you anywhere you want to go in less than 10 minutes. Neighborhood gave us a very historical and safe feeling. Something we feel is worthy to highlight is that the host completely stacked the apartment with food for breakfast (fruits, cereals, bread, jam, eggs, juice and even a few beers). We didn't have to spend anything in the mornings. This is something we have not experienced anywhere else we have stayed. All in all we couldn't recommend you this place enough. Everything was perfect! Thank you again to our host. Nothing. Everything completed exceeded our expectations.

He did his best to make my staying in the apartment comfy and enjoyable. I can definitely recommend Ephraïm as a host. The apartment is clean and tidy. There is everything you need for a short or long stay: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, oven, electric kettle and even a toaster. I think there's many more things but I did not notice them because I didn't use them. The bed is big and comfortable. Bed window is facing inner yard so with you can open it and you won't hear much noise. Location of the apartment was great for me. It's not in the ciry center but it's walkable. There are a lot of small shops, bars and cafes around. You don't want to leave this place. That's the only problem 🥲

There are trams and buses nearby (3~5min. by walking). And it's only 2kms from Prague main train station 3. Great apartment with all furnitures/equitments you need (and even more), including all kitchenwares, microwave, coffee machine, toast machine, washing machine etc, even the dish washing machine 4. Artist designs/taste like colors matching, classic furnitures, paintings, small accessories 5. The bed and pillow are so comfortable. Maybe because of this, I couldnt get into sleep for next 2 days after checking out. 6. There's dinning room with a dining table +chairs missing in pictures 7. Quiet surrounding with a pretty balcony and backyard view 8. No idea why the price on the BOOKING.COM is so cheap. Actually it deserves at least 50% more or double 9. Most most important: Great host much more beyone what you expect, he's 1 of the angel in the world. 1) traditional curtecy: welcome you from the entrance of the building 2) always reachable and quick response 3) very considerate, like introducing how the apartment is in a fast way in order to save any minute to you, like telling you how to use remotes for each lighting (and even adjust the warm light for you), like preparing food for you even though it's not included in the service... too much to say all 4) very helpful and gentleman (or should say very angel), drove me to the hospital(I broke my leg before arriving Prague) when I only asked whether there's any hospital around, and delivered me to the correct position (tried to let me walk as little as possible), and even tried to pick me up from the hospital. Leaving the light for my back from hospitable in order not to let go into dark. Even busy, still rushed back to help me for the luggage for checking out to another place...He's really 1 of the best guy in the world which you cant image 5) extra parts: umbrella&books are prepared. The host and the apartment are too good to leave from. I dont know what can be expected more
