• Lynette (10/5): This property had high quality inclusions to make our stay comfortable - The breakfast supplied was ample and a good assortment of cereals, breads and spreads. Milk was was readily available for the coffee machine which I made use of. There were no ceiling fans however there were portable fans which came in handy.

• Umamaheswari (9/5): Family vacation at Bowral - The place was very lovely to stay in and it was very homely. Appreciate all that kitchen and bathroom facilities along with the utensils and toiletries. I loved the kitchen especially as our whole family needs to cook food due to dietary restrictions. The hosts were very gentle and promptly replied to my questions. There is nothing to dislike. It would have been great if there were pedestal fans in the bedroom as the rooms got very warm around 3:00 a.m. in the mornings.

• Alexandra (10/5): Great spot, perfect for what we wanted and easy walking distance to everything. - Loved the location and character of the house. Perfect for visiting "Tulip Time" which was the purpose of our visit. Central to everything.
• Kate (10/5): Gem to discover - Beautifully set out clean and tidy 2 BDR home, including lots of little thoughtful extras. Quiet but central location, ample street parking with off-street available if required. Easy 5min gentle walking distance to the main streets of Bowral. Comfy and warm beds (no electric blanket but didn't need it). Ample heating is available in all rooms. The shower had great water pressure. Fully kitted out kitchen if you want to cook. Breakfast/snack supplies and fresh milk was a lovely extra touch. Nice covered back verandah to enjoy outside time especially in the mid afternoon. Friendly cockatoos and magpies which sang beautifully but kept a respectful distance too added to the experience. Nothing, except having to leave 😉

We had everything we needed as well as the very generous snack platter left for us by the owners. The location is also perfect far enough off the main street to be quiet yet close enough to walk and grab a coffee in the morning.

We had been in Australia for 3 weeks travelling by car and stopping different places every night and we both agreed this was the best place we stopped. Could not complain about anything at all.

Large comfortable living area, well equipped kitchen and all facilities were of a high standard. Very comfortable beds and adequate heating as well as extra blankets if needed. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Ngoc (10/5): 💚 Sweet & relaxing escape from a busy city life 💚 - We love everything about Araluen. Beautiful house with vintage vibe and fully equipped. It was surrounded by sensational scenery and close to the centre of Bowral. Will definitely recommend this place to other people 👍🏻
• Penelope (10/5): Perfect. - Bread, milk, biscuits and condiments were amazing. We were walking the next day, so we were able to make a packed lunch. Lovely and handy to town. There was an outdoor food court down the road where we had Vietnamese food for dinner.
• Margaret (9/5): A truly, relaxed, enjoyable stay - This house is very conveniently located a short walk to the centre of Bowral and many restaurants, cafes, galleries, gardens etc. It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is great should you want to cook and eat in. Breakfast, tea/coffee making facilities and supplies are ample. We had a choice of fruit, cereals, breads and crumpets, spreads, coffee pods for a Nespresso machine and tea bags. We loved the comfort of the lounge area to relax and enjoy the sun streaming in. Highly recommend this for a stay in the Southern Highlands and we will stay again.

The kitchen was well stocked with quality ingredients to satisfy the most fussy (which wasn’t us), we appreciated it.

• Sophie (10/5): A beautiful, peaceful stay! Would recommend! - A beautiful property that was a lot larger than expected! It was a very quick walk into Bowral Main Street. The street itself was very quiet and the backyard was lovely. Really appreciated all the groceries the host had left for us! If I was being nit picky, the double beds were a little small but that’s a personal preference! Otherwise couldn’t fault a thing :)

Hosts provided fresh milk, fruit and a generous choice of cereals etc. There was a great heater that warmed the house in no time. The only thing that might have improved on perfection were electric blankets so the beds were cosy to hop into. The bedrooms were a little cold but we were warm all night once the beds warmed up and we used the extra blankets provided.

The fruit basket and substantial breakfast tray was greatly appreciated. There is an outdoor dining setting overlooking a small backyard which was also lovely.
