• Vaibhav (7/5): - Refurbished old property. Rooms were big as compared to other hotels. Has kitchen. Beds were big. Mattresses could be better.

• Ángela (8/5): Apartamento muy práctico para ser utilizado como base en Osaka y hacer excursiones alrededor - Ubicación excelente, apenas 7 minutos andando de la estación de Shin-Osaka. Anfitrión muy atento para solventar cualquier duda. La limpieza. Estaban limpias las partes más visibles del apartamento y el baño. Pero se notaba que no han hecho una limpieza en profundidad desde hace tiempo.

• Heine (8/5): - God plads i forhold til på et hotel Vaskemaskine på værelset. Gode senge Lå lidt lang væk fra det hele Rengøringen kan godt være bedre
• Peter (8/5): Preis/Leistung passt! - Schöne und recht große Unterkunft in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Shin-Osaka mit zahlreichen Restaurants in der Nähe. Supermarkt 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. In der Wohnung alles da, was man braucht. (Küche, Waschmaschine, WiFi, Dusche & Klimaanlage). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieteter ging völlig problemlos. Preis/Leistung echt super. Platz für 4 Personen, aber mit großen Koffern muss man etwas improvisieren.
• MARTA (6/5): Apartament funcional però una mica desactualitzat - Apartament ampli i ben equipat, còmode. Els gestors ens van contestar ràpid i amablement als dubtes. L'apartament està una mica tronat. Proper a Shin-Osaka però allunyat del centre de la ciutat. No s'inclou sabó per la roba. La selecció de residus és molt complexa
• atsuko (7/5): 駅に割と近く、便利でした。 - 部屋は綺麗に掃除してありました。 給湯器がうまく使えなく、シャワー中途中で水になり大変でした。 箱ティッシュの残量の確認が出来て無く、連絡して補充してもらいました。 TVが小さいのはいいのですが、壁にかけてあると見やすいと思いました。
• Aude (8/5): Chouette appartement à côté de la gare à Osaka - La localisation, l’appartement bien sue petit est très bien conçu et pratique. Pas de linges de maison à notre arrivée mais vite corrigé par les hôtes très réactifs à nos messages.
• Martijn (6/5): Teleurstellend klein apartement zonder warme douche. - Centrale ligging bij Shin Osaka Recenties van alle andere gasten kloppen. Tijdens ons verblijf werkte de warme douche niet. Na twee dagen en uitchecken was de conclusie van de eigenaar dat wij als gasten de gasleiding dicht hadden gezet terwijl warm water vanaf moment 1 niet beschikbaar was. Lastig als de buitentemperatuur 35C is. Alternatief om via de lift in een ander appartement te boeken was geen haalbare optie aangezien dat via een vieze warme lift ging. Vervolgens was de compensatie minimaal. Zeker geen aanrader war ons betreft.

• 三島 (6/5): 管理人との連絡が取りづらい。 - ・4人に1人ずつ立派なベッドがあった ・冷蔵庫が大きく使いやすかった ・二重サッシで防音・断熱効果があった ・給湯器が壊れておりお湯が出ず。管理人が問題の深刻度を理解しておらず強めに言ってやっと対応してもらえた。別の部屋が空いていなければ詰んでいた ・まな板がない ・電子レンジが時間設定できない ・掛け時計がない ・601の風呂の排水が悪い
• Grigori (8/5): - Die Bahnhof nahe Lage ist optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden.
• Jagdeep (8/5): Very good - Quiet Location, 5 min walk from the train station. Close to restaurants and shops near station. Some pots in the kitchen were not fully clean. Couldn't use.
• Wui (8/5): Good Stay - Pro: Location is about 7 min easy walk from Shin-Osaka East exit, so is convenient for us. Communication is good and check in/out is easy and instructions are clear. Owner is kind to let us stored our luggage before check in time. Apt is clean with 4 comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood so we slept well. Cons : Apt becomes not so spacious with the 4 square tables in the center, make it hard for us to open our luggage and walk around. Air is dry, it will be nice to add a humidifier and provide some bottle waters.

• Rina (9/5): Nice two-bedrooms apt near east exit Shin-Osaka Station - We enjoyed our stay. The apartment location is walkable and super clean. The rules booklet pretty much gives clear insight of the function of all appliances. The segregation of the waste still needs further explanation, and indoor slippers will be a good addition.
