La mancanza di supporti semplici per appoggiare le valigie: non servono cristallerie che abbelliscono ma supporti di funzionalità!

The hot water is hard to get; after a long day, it is disappointing. The apartment is also in a place which is quite noisy because of traffic.

• Lech (5/5): Pleasant stay, but the apartment needs some maintenance We had a very nice time at the apartment and enjoyed our stay ov - Location! Metro, railway, city transport in the proximity. The host was courteous and communication was smooth. However, there are a few maintenance issues worth mentioning that we hope will be addressed, as they would noticeably improve the quality of the stay: • The shower handle is broken • There is mold in the shower tray • The kitchen taps are difficult to turn off • The kettle does not shut off automatically • An unpleasant sewage smell comes from the bathroom These all seem like easy fixes, and resolving them would make the apartment much more comfortable for future guests.

• Urska (7/5): - The location of the apartment is very good. There are excellent metro and bus connections to Rome city centre. A parking garage is located nearby. The apartment is spacious and bright. The stay was overall satisfactory. However, several improvements could make it more pleasant. The apartment is more suitable for two people than for four. The sofa bed in the living room, when extended, significantly reduces the available space. The kitchen and bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly. There is mold spreading from the bathroom into the bedroom and hallway, which should be addressed. The apartment is quite noisy at night.

• THEOPHILE (5/5): - L emplacement pres du métro et quartier vivant La literie affaissée en son centre, le robinet de la cuisine qui fuit, colonne de douche et brosse WC tres usagées. Très peu d 'ustensiles dans une cuisine vieillotte. Peu d isolation phonique de l immeuble. Ce n est pas un etablissement hôtelier mais un studio dans un immeuble ancien d habitation .

• Alain (8/5): Logement adapté à la visite de Rome. - Logement très bien situé, proche du métro et donc toutes les parties de la ville sont facilement accessibles. Achats alimentaires proches. Le matériel de cuisine est insuffisant.
• Maria (6/5): Faltó limpieza, buena ubicación - Estaba al lado de una parada de metro que te deja en pleno centro, la cama era cómoda y estaba limpia. Tenía todo lo básico y necesario. Faltó algo de limpieza, las puertas de los muebles de la cocina estaban grasientas, había pelos por el suelo, una puerta de la cocina estaba rota y tenías que sujetarla para que no se cayera al abrirla. El baño olía de vez en cuando a cañería y teníamos que cerrarlo para que no se colase el olor en el resto del apartamento.

• Alessandro (2/5): Solo la posizione è strategica, per il resto... è da dimenticare - Unica nota davvero positiva è la posizione strategica a 2 minuti dalla metro linea A Bagno fatiscente, con perdita acqua dal radiatore, Porta di ingresso dell'appartamento mezza sfasciata con sicurezza non garantita. In generale sporco, Camera da letto principale spaziosa ma spartana. Letto abbastanza comodo ma lenzuola bucate e piumone sintetico senza rivestimento che da un senso di assoluta anti igiene. Camera senza perchè il bastone di supporto era rotto. Ma questo non influenza la funzionalità delle tapparelle che garantivano oscurità durante la notte. Il tutto dava senso di noncuranza. Secondo letto - divano letto - di fortuna. Pavimento molto sporco all'entrata ne3ll'appartamento. Chiesto check-in posticipato. Nessuno presente. Non un gran problema perchè attraverso il telefono ho ricevuto le istruzioni su come accedere all'appartamento ma senz'altro mancanza di professionalità.

• Fernanda (1/5): Péssimo atendimento/assistência!! - A localização era perto do metrô e estava organizado quando chegamos! Tinha toalhas suficientes e o sofá cama ok! Em um dos dias acabou a eletricidade e quando mandamos mensagem para o contato que tinha sido disponibilizado, a pessoa não fez NADA!! Isso era de noite, mas não deixa de ser uma urgência!! só o nosso apartamento não tinha luz, o restante do prédio tinha! A pessoa visualizou a mensagem e ficou por isso, passamos mais de 24h sem eletricidade no apartamento! Entendo que imprevistos acontecem mas ficar sem resposta em uma situação dessa é complicado!! O chuveiro é bemm fraco também

Заселення пройшло швидко, в апартаментах є все необхідне для проживання. Досить шумно, ліжко та двері сильно скриплять. За півдоби до закінчення терміну оренди зникла гаряча вода, а на повідомлення господар не відповідав.

• luz amelia (10/5): perfecta - el apartamento esta super bien situado cerca a una calle esta la parada de metro la Redi roma y te lleva a todas las atracciones por la linea A naranja a 4 paradas de la termini , el barrio super seguro , hay supermercados a 300 metros esta el pam y otros , la cama es expectacular despues de caminar y vistar tanto es perfecta , no es ruidoso el apartamento , tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar

No pudimos localizar pronto el departamento, escribimos, pues el anfitrión no contestaba, si es cierto que nos permitió ingresar 2 horas antes, pero cuando logramos hablar por teléfono con él, se molestó porque ya habíamos llegado y luego nos dejó esperando, hasta que le llamamos nuevamente y por fin nos dió las indicaciones y logramos ingresar a un departamente que no era el que estaba en la dirección inicial.

• DE HARO (5/5): - La ubicación, bien comunicado. El ruido, horrible, mucho ruido. Imposible descansar. En general descuidado.
• RICCARDO (5/5): Mediocre quality. Price too high compared to other places in the neighborhood - The location is excellent. One block away from the subway in a quiet neighborhood. The host was able to accommodate for an early check-in, which was important to us. The air conditioning system works perfectly. It is vital in the summer months, especially during a heat wave. The pictures make the apartment look bigger and more comfortable and more finished than what it actually is. The bathroom is very small. The shower is probably below minimum size for italian code, and temperature controls are erratic. The safe is unusable. The host claims that he provides toiletries, but we ran out of the little toilet paper provided after two days, asked for more, and got no answer from the host.

• Francesca (5/5): Molte pecche, pochi aspetti positivi. - Buona la posizione vicini alla fermata della metro, il condizionatore in casa era acceso al nostro arrivo. Al nostro arrivo in casa alle 23:00 del 16/08, con una temperatura esterna molto elevata, non solo non c'era una bottiglia d'acqua, ma addirittura il frigo era spento. La casa è stata affittata per 4 persone ed in casa c'erano solamente 3 sedie delle quali una rotta La doccia era inutilizzabile, doccino rotto e miscelatore che erogava o acqua bollente o gelida, inoltre il piatto doccia aveva lo scarico otturato. Le pentole, per fare anche solo una semplice pasta, erano minuscole per poter gestire un pasto normale anche solo per due persone. Per qualunque tipo di condimento abbiamo fatto acquisti il mattino successivo. Non era presente nemmeno una ciotola per un'insalata. Impianto elettrico da revisionare(alcune prese elettriche si staccano dai muri e alcuni fili volanti sono pericolosi).
• Leonardo (6/5): Well located studio with easy metro access and really close to the center, but far overpriced - Location, ease of access and coziness Quite expensive (even for jubilee year and high season), yet disappointing bed, little to no toilet paper, single towel set for the week, no mid-week cleaning (though mentioned in the welcome folder), unclear check-in procedure (digital link asks for documents but gets stuck after it does not send mandatory OTP, then no check in required at all), no option for luggage storage on day of departure, etc.

• Elizma (4/5): Not value for money. - The shower was broken. The kitchen was not clean. Not enough crockery for two people. The coffee pods provided were not the correct size for the machine. The aircon did not work. The linen had marks on it. When we arrived the lift was out of order.
• Ahmet (1/5): Bad - The bathroom sink is clogged, there’s not even a place to hang the showerhead, everything is broken and falling apart—the bathroom is in terrible condition. The bed is broken, they’ve wedged a piece of wood underneath, but it keeps slipping, so you can’t sleep at all. Some lights are white, while others are yellow, so the room is neither dim nor properly lit; you’re forced to choose between too much light or none at all. The glasses and coffee maker in the kitchen are disgustingly dirty, enough to make anyone sick. There’s not even a bottle of water in the room. The duvets are filthy, the towels smell bad, and the pillows are uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.
• Sharon (8/5): Very good - Great location with easy access to metro for all tourist spots in Rome. The apartment facilities were excellent and allowed us to do some meal preparation with the added bonus on a smart tv to watch Netflix in the evenings. Close to supermarkets and shops so plenty to see and do in the nearby area. Lovely sights close by to visit as well as we often walked into the central city rather than take the metro. The area felt very safe even in the evenings so we would highly recommend for a family of four or even four adults (with just enough space). The host was very helpful and prompt in responding to queries and questions which is always helpful.

• Kishen (7/5): Would recommend if changes made in the bathroom. - Coffee in the apartment provided. Kitchen well equipped. Could have been communicated through booking.com. We only realized a message sent to ask for phone number when we arrived at the property. THe fan in the living room was so dusty when we turned it on. And the bathroom was a major dissapointment. The shower had low power and the hot water was so difficult to get. Poor water pressure. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped. Easy to commute to the city. Could get good authentic food nearby.
• Petra (9/5): Superb - Great apartment! The only problem with the apartment was that there was no hot or warm water in the shower during our stay. We have contacted the owner via message and told the gentleman who welcomed us,who works at the building, but there was no answer. The problem was unfortunately not fixed during our stay so we only had cold water to shower with. That would be our only complaint.

• Militsa (8/5): Very good - Me and the whole group liked the proximity to the metro and bus station. Additionally, the apartment had all the necessary things to make dinner there instead of going out. Unfortunately, the apartment is located on an extremely busy boulevard, and it’s very, very difficult to sleep in the evening, especially in the living room. You can hear motorcycles, sirens, and perhaps something should be done about this issue.

• Francis (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very nice apartment with a balcony and washing machine. The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms are comfortable. The location is excellent. The bathroom window shade roller belt cannot be left in the open position as it sheds tiny bits of breathable fiberglass that will cover everything in the bathroom that looks like white dust and obviously is quite hazardous to breathe. It must be replaced as soon as possible. Sorry.
• Jane (8/5): Great location for transport links. - Good location and appreciated the air con as the weather was hot at night. Loved the lift as would have struggled up the 7 flights otherwise. We had quite a lot of ants on the draining board towards the end of the stay which were coming from under the window board. Nothing was left out so not sure why they were coming in suddenly but it meant it was difficult to prepare food around there. Could have done with a tea towel and dish scrubber as had to go out and buy something for washing up and these were available at our next property. blind kept falling down in the kitchen which wasn't great.

• Maria (6/5): It's alright. - I like the fact there was a washing machine in the apartment. Having come from another city before coming to Rome, it was very convenient. Plus points for that. But the room felt cramped with not much of a view though there are a couple of windows. Though the space is advertised for two, I think it would be more comfortable for one. The bed is a bit too low. Also, the host wanted to be reminded the day before you arrive. Even if this has been done, he still asked for a reminder thirty minutes before the guest arrives. My husband and I were coming from two different places, so it was a bit of a hassle to keep telling them we were arriving, although we had informed them already. Also, they charged a city tax of 6 euros a night per person, which probably should be 4 euros each because it's not quite a 4/5-star place. The guy who brought the key didn't have change for the tax, so we had to send it through a payment link after the stay. The rates for the city tax are online. We wouldn't have known about this had we not been charged less tax in other places that could be classified as newer/better than this apartment. Though it feels like the center, the location is not very central. From the Vatican the uber will cost you around 48 euros, about nine stops or so by train. The train station is walking distance though, so that should solve it. Nearest supermarket is near the colosseum, which is far. Maybe there's one closer but we couldn't find it. The traffic coming from this area is also something to contend with. It made for more expensive ubers and such. Just note.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Great city location - Great location for the metro, easy contact with property manager and very clean. Quiet and near to local amenities. Lift available which is a plus. Bed was not particularly comfortable?sofa bed but understandable for space saving in a city apartment. Easy to switch hot water off (very quickly fixed) but maybe helpful to label the switch.
