- Sarah (8/5): Excellent location, quite and lovely appartment - The apparent was clean and well equipped. The host was quick to respond and accommodate our requests for an early check in and a late check out. The second bathroom was a bit smelly of mould, it did not have a window. We only had one set of keys and we were not successful opening the building door electronically, this was a little bit inconvenient as we went out at different times.

- Angela (8/5): Very good - very convenient location and had everything we needed we arrived late and the light in the hallway wasnt sufficient to show up the step immediately inside the door.
- Ian (3/5): Construction works never mentioned - Decent size with 2 bathrooms, has A/C that was good in main bedroom but not working as well elsewhere. Apartment block may also have been nice if not completely covered by scaffolding Had workers on scaffolding right outside the windows on 2 of 3 mornings of our stay noisily banging and drilling for hours (Sat/Sun/Mon stay). The scaffolding made the apartment much darker and the intrusion/lack of privacy were both unexpected and unenjoyable. When I took it up with the owner (and Booking.com as the booking agent) the owner said that meant I was blackmailing her?!? Also, the kettle seemed to be an advanced science experiment and the fridge was heading that way.
- Gary (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a great part of the city - The apartment is very nice, with high-end finishes and really comfortable beds. It is located in a great part of Milan, in walking distance to many good restaurants and cool shopping areas, as well as easy access to public transportation. The check-in process was very convenient using the internet-based system - just make sure your cell phone is charged to be able to open the doors. Just a few little things to improve: the AC didn't cool the main living area very well, but it worked effectively in the bedrooms. The master bathroom in-ceiling shower head was leaking and there was water damage to the ceiling and it appeared to have a mold issue.

The private bathrooms in each bedroom and especially the quality of the bathroom’s construction 2. Its location. - Carmin (9/5): Fantastic apartment in a great part of town. - A gorgeous apartment In a great part of town. We parked our car in an underground parking lot 2 blocks away and used public transportation to get to the sites. The apartment is fabulous, comfortable and spacious with modern conveniences. Great shower in the master bathroom. Had a bit of trouble with our shower controls but managed to get it to work. But all else was top notch.
- Anonymous (10/5): A home away from home with great host - This is such a lovely home with a great host. Easy to contact and beyond friendly and helpful. The place is on a very quiet street and has lots of space. It had everything we needed. They even provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was a washer/dryer and drying rack that worked perfectly. There's also Apple TV and a play station. The place has a small lift which was helpful to bring our bags up to the room. Very happy with this home. Felt comfortable. Tip: Getting into the apartment was tricky at first, but I was able to contact the host and he sent a video that was super helpful. Would definitely stay again! Grazie Mille!
