• Enrique (10/5): El precio elevado para 3 dias pero el sitio vale la pena - El aoartamemto es de 10 grande limpio , perfecto para las 8 personas que hemos estado alli No me gusto la falta de hablar con una persona física no por tf i era en Italiano o en Ingles , tienes que dejar el apartamento muy pronto a las 10 de la mañana ( te llaman a la puerta para entrar a limpiarlo)

Dużo szafek w których można na spokojnie ulokować swoje rzeczy. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Lokalizacja bliska do wszelkich atrakcji. Trzeba uważać bo nawigacja się gubi ale właściciel udostępnił instrukcje jak dotrzeć. Był tylko jeden kieliszek do wina.
• GAIA (1/5): e' una truffa/it's a scam - È una truffa: le foto mostrate NON corrispondono all’appartamento che si riceve. L’alloggio è in realtà piccolissimo e privo di qualsiasi terrazzino. Inutile dire che, proseguendo con la prenotazione, se si aprono le foto appaiono chiaramente le immagini reali: questo rende l’annuncio fuorviante. Booking risulta di fatto connivente, poiché, leggendo attentamente le recensioni, emerge che la stessa situazione si è già verificata per altri utenti. It’s a scam: the photos shown do NOT match the apartment you actually get. The place is in reality extremely small and has no terrace whatsoever. Needless to say, if you continue with the booking and open the photos, the real images clearly appear—making the listing misleading. Booking appears effectively complicit, as careful reading of the reviews shows that the same situation has already happened to other users.
• Maria (6/5): Apartamento espaçoso, mas com aspetos pouco práticos e uma relação qualidade-preço abaixo da media. - O apartamento é muito espaçoso e tem várias divisões, o que foi ótimo para a nossa família. O tamanho foi, sem dúvida, o ponto mais positivo da estadia, pois permitiu que todos estivéssemos confortavelmente instalados. A pior parte foi o processo de levantamento das chaves, que teve de ser feito no lado oposto da cidade, o que foi bastante pouco prático. O mobiliário é bastante antigo e precisaria de ser renovado, especialmente as camas, já que uma delas era de ferro e pouco confortável, ao ponto de me causar dores nas costas. A localização também pode ser ruidosa, sobretudo à noite, com bastante barulho da rua, e a água quente não era suficiente para várias pessoas tomarem banho seguidas, o que tornou as manhãs pouco práticas para um grupo de cinco pessoas. Pelo preço, não considero que tenha tido uma boa relação qualidade-preço.

• Giovanni (4/5): The dirty floors and annoying reminders about check-in were bad enough to heavily influence the absolutely gorgeous apar - gorgeous apartment and location the floor was extremely dirty, the staff was way too annoying about doing the check-in online. The contacted me more than 5 times in a week asking to do the check-in. After the first time Intold them that i’ll do it in the morning of my arrival, they said that it could be done and continued to ask me to check-in 4 more times

• Simon (10/5): A delight - The location is ideal and the rooms are breathtaking - if the painted ceiling of the main reception room and the plasterwork in one of the bedrooms don't sweep you away then you're probably in the wrong town. One of the showers is small, but the kitchen is well-equipped and there's a cafe downstairs that opens early and stays open late serving good food at modest prices.
• Laura (3/5): Nicht nochmal. - ★☆☆☆☆ (1 von 5 Sternen) Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Nach einer langen Anreise kann man hier keineswegs direkt entspannen – bevor man überhaupt ins Apartment kommt, muss man erst zu einem anderen Ort (ziemlich weit entfernt von der eigentlichen Wohnung), um dort über einen Code an den Schlüssel zu gelangen. Danach heißt es erstmal: die Wohnung finden. Die Wegbeschreibung des Gastgebers war ungenau, sodass wir uns mehrfach verlaufen haben. Im Apartment selbst war es leider nicht besser: Es war nicht richtig sauber und die Heizung funktionierte nicht, obwohl eine vorhanden war. Es war so kalt, dass wir mit Pullover und mehreren Socken schlafen mussten. Der Boden aus Stein machte es noch kälter, und tatsächlich ist eine Person aus unserer Gruppe krank geworden. Wenn man einen entspannten Kurztrip nach Venedig plant, ist dieses Apartment keine gute Wahl – man hat mehr Aufwand als Erholung. Wir würden stattdessen eher ein Hotel empfehlen.
• Nancy (9/5): Excellent location, easy access to explore this magical city - The character of the apartment added to the charm of Venice. The location was central to the key attractions and easy to access the canals and explore Venice. The cafe downstairs was wonderful. The main bathroom to service 2 bedrooms was so small you couldn’t shower comfortably.
• Alejandra Estefania (4/5): Pictures are nicer than reality. - The online photos. The location of the lock box where you pick up your key is a considerable distance away from the apartment itself, especially when arriving with luggage. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a considerable amount of dust, & they don’t clean under furniture ever. We even found socks from a previous guest in a drawer. The couches that are depicted in the photo by the entrance are covered with a protective fabric that is unhygienic and very dirty, not changed between guests. The master bedroom’s AC does not cool down properly and the shower head in the master bath just hangs on the holder dropping down, making it uncomfortable for a taller person to shower. There are two restaurants downstairs and you hear music and people late into the night. If you are looking for a quiet area, this isn’t it. You also have to pay a tax on top of the already included tax, and everything is self service. The unit isn’t serviced or cleaned during your stay & you must take out our own trash to a dumpster indicated on a map. They provide a couple of trash bags but likely that you’ll have to buy more in order to properly separate the trash/ recycling. There are also random belongings, and areas that you cannot access, like the master bedroom has stairs that are blocked off & from downstairs you can see books and other things. The washer is located in an attic which is also filled with random stuff. Very strange all around. Lastly, if you are going by the photos, don’t. None of the bedding was provided the way it’s pictured- you only get the minimum: a white thin sheet, and some towels. Even the coffee machine which has a small container for coffee pods/ sugar next to it was completely empty. It’s like they half try. Oh and keep your receipts, I was asked to pay for a baby cot multiple times although I had already paid for it!

• Cristina (8/5): Nice and comfortable apartment. Right in the center of Venice! - Very clean and comfortable. Also clear instructions for check in. A bit confusing the trash take out process. Not clear where to leave it.
• Katerina (1/5): - Location is good. The place was nothing special, not very clean and very dark. The only good thing was the location. Getting the keys involved a complicated scavenger hunt with long instructions and multiple stops, which was far from ideal with a large suitcase in the heat. I asked for an invoice for my stay, as this was a business trip which I need to expense. Communication is very difficult and two weeks and many messages later, I still do not have an invoice. I don't understand why it is so difficult to issue an invoice.
• Lea (4/5): not worth the money - the location was good the apartment was not the one we booked, after a detailed observation of the photos presented, I found out, that there are probably more apartments and our was just one of them (there are just a few photos of this one). there is one king bed, that was OK. however, there is another one (sofa bed), which is very uncomfortable and it creaks so laud, that every time I changed the position I woke up. There were not the sheets on the blanket. I think, this property needs to be modernised. Additionally, there was not even one glass for wine. We were leaving very disappointed.

• Sukjoo (4/5): Need more clearance. - First of all, the key pick up box was 30 mins away from the actual property. The instruction was too vague and no signage on the door, we will struggled finding the apartment. The host was not really present and did not follow up. When we arrived, there was a used q-tip in the bathroom. The picture showing on the booking is all four apartments mixed up which i found it a bit misleading to understand what I am booking.
• Salome (10/5): Glad that i have chosen this apartment. - Location is absolutely amazing. you are near metro station and bus stops (appr. 500m), every attraction is near and you can walk. You have every brand nearby and can shop both luxury and moderate shops. Cafes and restaurants are also nearby. The flat was clean, bright, cozy and very comfortable. I would stay here again for sure! wifi signal was not strong in rooms.

• Liv (7/5): The way accommodation communicated with us was terrible, even though the apartment was beautiful. - apartment was really amazing, historical and beautiful The way the accommodation communicated with us was terrible, rude, we were obliged to take out the separated waste and wash the dishes after ourselves, even though the accommodation price includes a cleaning fee, the operators should realize that this is not how they communicate with tourists and I really don't like it, but I do not recommend this accommodation, even though the apartment was beautiful. And 17 degrees in winter is not good room temperature, all the time I was forced to write to them to raise the temperature.

• Walter (10/5): Go to Florence and enjoy an amazing stay! - A perfect place to stay! The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are excellent, and the beds are amazing. It's located near the center of Florence, very close to the Central Market. Nothing to mention.
• Emma (9/5): Wow factor - The location was amazing. The property was spectacular! Ample beds. The bath was a bonus. The nearby restaurants were very noisy right up to midnight during the week, dragging bins etc.
• Jette (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was spacious enough for eight people, and the location was good. The seating area was also very comfortable and was well-used. The dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty and needed to be washed before use. For four adults, there was only ONE wine glass in the cabinet! We were eight people, and there could have been more garbage bags and dishwasher tablets provided for a four-night stay. At least one mattress was completely sagging and definitely needed replacing, and the beds had no mattress protectors—just a sheet directly on the mattress, which is unhygienic. The seating area in the main room was comfortable, but the sofas were very dirty. Additionally, there was no mosquito repellent in the apartment, and the rooms were full of mosquitoes that bit us during the night. Sounds from the street could be heard in the room at night – but that’s inevitable, as the apartment is located next to a busy square.

Everything was clean and just as described. The bottom sheet didn’t stay on the bed and had to be adjusted to cover the mattress.
• Macleod (7/5): Good - Great location and lovely apartment on a square. We had some difficulty with obtaining the instruction to access keys to the apartment that was frustrating and time consuming, but ultimately worked out. One bedroom shares a glass wall and a loft which limits privacy. The restaurants in the square are great though the noise is a bit loud until closing time.

• Mathijs (9/5): Superb - Furniture functional but a bit outdated, all kitchen and bathroom equipment working perfectly, especially the airconditioning was very pleasant, was even on before I arrived. Located in the middle of Venice but on a relatively quiet square, no noise heard from other occupants of the building. Very fast and stable WiFi. Nice to have an elevator in the building, no need to walk stairs. Couch kept opening as you sit on it, probably only useful to fold out as extra bed and not for relaxing on.

High ceilings, beautiful view from all windows...5 minutes from Rialto and 10-15 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Only one of the furniture can be replaced, but it will not be authentic.

• Egle (8/5): Excellent location and good price/quality relationship. - Location was excellent, just in the middle of everything and close to Grand Canal. Nice old building, spacy enough, lots of closets to put your things, beautiful ceilings. Two bathrooms were advantage. Café just by the next door. Sofa in the living room was old, TV wasn't working. Although there were several lamps, it was a bit dark inside. We missed regular soap in the kitchen/bathrooms to wash hands.

• Morica (7/5): Good - We enjoyed the close location to main attractions. The studio apartment was spacious and clean. We encountered multiple mosquitoes in our room during our stay (Doors and windows were closed). We experienced an uncomfortable sleep the first 3 nights and notified housekeeping in hope that they could provide mosquito repellent. Housekeeping mentioned they would deliver repellent but it never arrived to our apartment.
• Azza (8/5): very good - the place was clean. the instructions are easy to follow (but not the easiest if you have heavy luggage but that is an issue in Venice not the apartment itself). not the best if you are a light sleeper as the sounds from the street and next door neighbors can be heard when inside the apartment. the elevator key would not work sometimes. the bathroom had a really bad odor which amplified overnight. I would suggest adding a little more amenities in the bathroom like a bar of soap.
