• Azza (6/5): Could have been better if they take the effort to reply back and reimburse the deposit as promised - Location Staff and management, they didn’t refund the security deposit and don’t reply to messages.
• Rashay (1/5): Never trust them - Nothing scam scam scams This company is a scam they raised my deposit fee from £100 to £200 which is fraud as they didn’t mention any of this on the description. I ended up cancelling and was told I would get a refund the next working day which I didn’t. They refused to reply back to booking.com which took me ages to get back my money. I will not me booking them again and I do not recommend
• Harriet (10/5): Great place and great staff - Very spacious property with a garden this flat was also pet friendly. The best part was the staff and landlady. Everyone was so friendly and helpful we needed to extend our visit and they were always fast to reply and so polite they couldn’t do enough for us. I would recommend staying here Everything was great.

• Ivana (8/5): We had a great time and comfortable stay!! - Loved the comunication with the host, upon arrival we got detailed info on how to get there and access the facility.... Super friendly host. Easy access to bus... 20 min ride to the center(depending on traffic). The balcony could have been a little cleaner but otherwise great accomodation for a few days.

• Christian (1/5): Bad - n/a, there was nothing what we enjoyed. We stayed few days in flat 1C. The flat was in very bad shape. A lot of damages, e.g. laminated floor was brittle, doors between fridge and washing machine blocking, the curtain was in skew position, they didn't used rawlplug to mount it. The inventory of the kitchen was more or less not suitable, one small pan, two small pots, nothing to prepare anything for lunch as family. The terrace was very dirty, walls around, no furnitures. The whole building looks very dirty. We informed them on our first day and got following response: "Should you continue to feel unhappy with your appartment, you may check out at your own volition". Normally you would think that the owner of an Appartment will come to check and try to solve it. We never saw anybody from the ownership. We payd a lot of money (750 GBP) and got this. For me it's criminal. Be careful if you think about booking this appartment. If possible I would give less than 0 stars. And it was less than 70m2, max. appr. 50

• Fiona (8/5): Reasonably priced and comfortable modern accommodation but too much personal information required! - Booked for my son and his friend for a short trip.Property exceeded expectations (from other reviews).It was very clean and modern although quite compact like many properties in London.Property was well furnished and comfortable.Seemed a reasonably safe location and there were shops and cafes nearby.It was about 20 mins walk to nearest Tube/rail connection to the City centre.All in all it was good value and my son and his friend enjoyed their stay.Early check in was facilitated without additional payment being required and there was a follow up email on second day to ask if anything needed addressing. There is way too much paperwork following booking.I had to set up an account and provide a copy of pasport/driving licence ID as well as a utility bill.Not only that but my son and his friend had to do the same.I was somewhat uncomfortable with he amount of personal data required to be uploaded for such a short stay and it was not made apparent at the time of booking that this documentation would be required to be uploaded and since advance payment was also required at booking, I could not withdraw. A cleaning deposit of £100 was also required in advance.This is only discoverable if you seek more information on Booking.com confirmation details and doesn't feature in Property Policies and so could be more transparent.There is an automated check in process and no flexibility so code for key access is not released until all of the admin is done and deposit paid.I am currently awaiting the return of the deposit.There are several policies which appear on the letting company's site upon online registration/checkin (which is required to be done even after booking confirmed and paid via Booking.com )and where the request for all of the documentation appears which do not feature in the policies on Booking .Com when booking and paying(including restrictions on age of guests etc).That being said, once all of the many administartive requirements were met,the letting Company facilitated early check in and arranged for someone to meet my son and his friend and escort them to the property which they appreciated. The only other issue is that it is a bit of a walk to the nearest Tube/Train station but that was not really a problem for my son and his friend. All in all they enjoyed their stay in this property.

• Ihor (10/5): Exceptional - Very cool apartments for the money. There is everything you need for life, and if something is missing, you can contact the administration (they replaced the Wi-Fi router and brought a new kettle). The apartment is clean and comfortable, I recommend!)
