- Bonnita (7/5): Good - Pretty house, fairly clean, fans to help circulate air since there’s no central A/C. Not fenced even though it was said to be fenced early 2024. We are over half way through the year. Camera in garage is an invasion of privacy and left us wondering where else there were cameras. Furniture is NOT child friendly. Glass tables, metal legs and metal bed frames have sharp corners. The area rug in the living room had a bad smell to it. Listing says that it’s located in Nisku which it is not. It is in Edmonton and I was told by property management that I needed to do my own research and not just believe the listing location. So I’m making sure no one else makes the same assumption that I did. It is however a fairly simple and quick drive (10-15min) to Nisku from the property but it is not in Nisku.
