• Miesha (3/5): Better fine other place - Proses check in n out mudah Peti kecil gila, nak letak makanan pun susah, dh la peti tu diletaknya dlm kabinet, dlm gmbr nmpk peti besar. Ni peti kecil je. Microwave not working, xpanas. Dah try semua temp. And time, but still x function. Pastu dryer dia letak ats washer machine. Nak guna dryer pun risau. Kang buat nya terbalik..cas kena ke kita. Pastu washer machine xleh guna, sebab pipe air tercabut. Dan panggil suruh dtg check sebab baju saya dh terlock dalam washer machine tu, dia datang and kata, esok pg kami dtg baiki and x cakap pun macam mana nak bawa keluar baju tu td...pastu keesokkan nya xdtg pun. Bila cakap baju saya ada dalam washer machine xleh keluar sbb pintu lock, dia cakap xpe tunggu 5 minit, boleh la keluar kan.. aku be like " why not tell me earlier? Why need 1 day to tell me " ni memang last la nak datang sini. Staff not function. Bilik pun berbau. Sofa rosak. Harap diaorg fix la apa yg problem tu

• Parthepan (1/5): At last minutes during travelling to KL we were informed to choose to another apartment (Ampang Arte plus) which is far - We were not stayed at Dua Sentral 2km to KL Sentral! At last minutes during travelling to KL we were informed to choose to another apartment (Ampang Arte plus) which is far away from KL. They informed a reason like water leaking! The first day of our tour, planning and enjoyment were disrupted. We choose that option as we can’t find other location/hotel at last minute. High frustration!! That apartment (Ampang)was far away from KL. Everyday We sent more than one hour and additional cost to travel from that apartment to KL. That apartment(Ampang Arte plus) was smell like long days no body use it. Master bed room Bath room switch was triped. They informed us to send our time to repair it in the day time! We didn’t use that bathroom. In the advertisement they show Dua Sentral and well planed to move to other apartment. Almost like cheating!! At last minutes during travelling to KL we were informed to choose to another apartment (Ampang Arte plus) which is far away from KL.

• Kimberly (2/5): See above - Bed was soft Loud bang in living room every 10 minutes throughout my entire stay. Too difficult to turn on the water.. bedroom TV did not work. No clothes dryer. No bathroom rug no shower curtain no bathroom door small oven. Food warmer did not work. My food was ice cold very difficult to turn on the TV in the living room.. I had to pay a fee for an extra towel to wash my hair.. too many rules and instructions. The place was dirty grungy and needed an overall The place was dirty, grungy and needed paint. There was a large carpet, rolled up and leaned up against the window blocking my view of the city I hated the property and will never return.!!!!!!
• Sakura (9/5): A big 2 rooms apartment with delicious mamak dishes - I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and bigggg exactly as described. The location is convenient walking distance to Nu Sentral and very peaceful - perfect for a relaxing break or business meetings. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The unit has 1 free covered parking space, two comfortable bedrooms - 1 with queen-size bed + private bathroom; another bedroom with 2 queen size beds + private bathroom + big bathtub. All beds and living room comes with a smart. The unit has 3 AC + Wifi - everything worked perfectly. The place is very quiet during the day and at night, which I really appreciated. The kitchen had simple cutleries, cookware, and dishes, which was perfect for a short stay. Downstairs at the lobby, there’s a mamak and two mini shops. The mamak is open 24/7, which is super convenient. I tried the nasi lemak bungkus served on a banana leaf - OMG, it was so delicious! The sambal wasn’t too spicy, just perfect. I also tried some of their other dishes like lauk and goreng-goreng.. everything was amazing. The food made me really miss it already and definitely makes me want to stay here again. The prices are very affordable too! 1) It would be perfect if the unit came with a Netflix account, so guests wouldn’t need to log in with their own account to watch TV. 2) The access card for the lift only worked for the right-side lifts, which was quite frustrating. When you press the button to go up or down, both the left and right lifts arrive, so you often have to wait until the right lift opens. It would be great if the host could look into this seriously, as it would make using the lifts much smoother.

• Jibah (6/5): Good value for the room. The view was just nice - This place not too far from the city and it is accessible via grab and its easy to get transport at anytime. The bed was just nice & the aircond and iron works well too. The staff were very responsive with good manner. I really like Jennifer, she is alwayas patient and try her best to accomodate. Especially travelling with baby. Thank you for the complimentary late check out, it gave us some extra time to manage our baby. Need to improve on the cleanliness of the toilet. Some small corner in the room still got dust when we came in on the first day. But overall not that dirty. The staff also provide extra plastic for the trash when i ask from them.

• Geria (10/5): Dua Sentral is now home. I’ll always stay here on my Malaysian trips. - Walking distance to a number places like grocery stores, malls, train station. Beautiful view of KL’s skyscrapers. Very responsive customer care. High speed wifi. The apartment was a bit old so some parts of the walls were peeling. It was hard to always shower in the bathtub because the washing machine was in the shower room. One of the chairs almost threw me down but it was fixed almost immediately.

It is clean The watsap number is a chatbot, therefore very difficult to get a human being and a lot of useless messages. I don't like it, it does not feel safe in case of trouble (fortunately I did not face trouble in collecting the key). No drink water, no tissues in room, no amenities in bathroom, minimum service upon arrival, fortunately there is a 24/7 shop in the lobby The room is on a highway therefore very noisy.

It was painful to look all the traces of bad quality refreshing painting of the walls, with paint leaks over interior elements, scratches on the furniture, repaired bad, lamps standing crooked on one side. If this designer apartment could talk, it would scream in pain. It needs renovation.

• Karlsson (4/5): Worst two nights ever - The view and the customer service First of all they charged me double charge just for cleaning and tourism fees, the room was 32$ but they charged me 60$. And I tried to cancel but also costed 32$. So be careful about that. Second thing the shower hand is low, not hanging on the wall so was difficult to take a shower. Later I got a problem with washing machine, they sent maintenance for that but the maintenance fixed the washer and destroyed the electricity so AC and heat water and internet didn’t work . 2 nights with a lot of problems, the good thing was at the costumer service reply fast. Location was not good , you have to walk 15 minutes to get supermarket or food. Nothing around. Just hotel cafe and it was expensive. I hope that my review helps
• Ilya (6/5): Not great, but OK if you need this location - Spacious apartment, nice large working table. Surprise that bed was very small for such large bedroom. Power plant next building. I could hear high frequency noise, so window was closed at night. Windows was not clean. Apartment is a bit warn, many things could have been fixed. There is indian and local street food nearby. But it is not very convenient to walk around.
• Cindy (9/5): Comfy stay, great view, easy self-check-in/out - Excellent: view, spacious, nice style/decoration, safe/secure, comfortable to work, has washing machine, netflix, A/C. Good: easy self-check in and check-out, good internet to work, swimming pool (a bit noisy, but not crowded), has a small kiosk in the lobby to buy essentials and some meals, a bit pricey but still cheap for European standards. In general it was a nice stay. The organizers respond fast via whatsapp (there is no reception at hotel). What to improve: provide bottled water (at least 2 liters per day/person as tap water is not drinkable), offer to change towels/sheets and take out trash after a few days (I did not request this), some spots could be further cleaned/renovated (rust in sink), cluttery could be more uniform. Mixed feelings: the hotel is 20 min walking from different metro/train/monorail options, but the way to get to those places is not easily walkable (a general problem in KL is the lack of pedestrian paths). Taking a grab to Chinatown or KL Sentral is very cheap (2-3 EUR), but in rush hour it takes forever as the hotel is surrounded by highways and there's lots of traffic.

The moment I stepped into the room, I was struck by the stunning views of KL's iconic towers from both the living room and bedroom. The apartment was clean, fresh sheets and a clean bathroom. As a solo traveler, I found the space to be more than ample, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with the MRT station just a 15 minute walk away. Security was top-notch, with a reassuring presence that made me feel completely safe throughout my stay. But what truly impressed me was the exceptional customer care. The team was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that any issues I had were promptly resolved. WiFi was fast and reliable, making it easy for me to stay connected and productive during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in KL. I spotted two adult roaches and a baby roach during my stay although the apartment provided insecticide spray. The bathroom was also not cleaned thoroughly, with fluff accumulating in some corners. The shower floor had stubborn white stains that seemed difficult to remove. It noisy due to its proximity to the road and train tracks. The washing machine also malfunctioned, but to the customer care team's credit, they sent maintenance to fix the issue promptly. It was a difficult-to-use keyhole and the finicky key card system. I often had to remove the key card from its casing to use it in the lift.
