Juliano (1/5): Pessimo - Prezados, Venho por meio desta registrar uma reclamação formal referente à minha reserva realizada antecipadamente para hospedagem em São Paulo. No ato da contratação, efetuei o pagamento de dois quartos para quatro pessoas, sendo que um deles deveria possuir cama king size, conforme descrito na oferta. Ressalto que houve pagamento de valor superior justamente por essa condição. Entretanto, ao chegar ao local, foi constatado que o quarto disponibilizado não correspondia ao contratado, pois não possuía cama king size. Ao solicitar a correção, fui informada de que não havia disponibilidade, sem qualquer alternativa para solucionar o problema. Dessa forma, fica evidente que paguei por um serviço de categoria superior que não foi entregue, caracterizando descumprimento da oferta e cobrança indevida. De acordo com o Código de Defesa do Consumidor (art. 30 e art. 35), o fornecedor é obrigado a cumprir exatamente o que foi ofertado, sendo direito do consumidor exigir o cumprimento da oferta, a substituição por serviço equivalente ou o abatimento proporcional do valor pago. Diante disso, solicito: reembolso parcial do valor pago pela diferença do serviço não entregue; ou compensação financeira adequada; ou outra solução justa que repare o prejuízo causado. Caso não haja retorno satisfatório, tomarei as medidas cabíveis junto aos órgãos de defesa do consumidor. Aguardo retorno com urgência.

Gabrielli (5/5): Razoável - A localização é maravilhosa! O prédio está em um dos melhores bairros de São Paulo, cercado por ótimas lojas, restaurantes e opções de lazer. Além disso, fica a poucos minutos da estação de metrô Oscar Freire, o que facilita muito a locomoção pela cidade. Outro destaque é a vista da piscina, que é de tirar o fôlego! Lá de cima, é possível apreciar uma vista panorâmica incrível de São Paulo, realmente um dos pontos altos da estadia. Tivemos um inconveniente logo no início da estadia: o quarto não estava pronto no horário combinado, o que atrasou nosso check-in em duas horas. Para piorar, fomos informados de que a reserva havia sido alterada para as 23h, embora o horário original fosse às 15h, o que foi bastante frustrante de resolver. Pelo menos, a equipe do Prime foi compreensiva e conseguiu flexibilizar nosso check-out, o que ajudou a minimizar o transtorno. Outro ponto negativo foi o atendimento do porteiro, que se mostrou extremamente grosseiro em mais de um momento. No check-in, ele foi ríspido ao nos passar as informações de acesso ao prédio, transmitindo um certo desdém, como se o atraso na liberação do quarto tivesse sido culpa nossa. Mais tarde, ao sairmos para jantar, enfrentamos outro contratempo: a facial (necessária para liberar o acesso das portas do prédio) do meu parceiro não estava funcionando, e novamente o porteiro demonstrou pouca disposição em ajudar, tornando a situação ainda mais desagradável. A limpeza do apartamento também deixou um pouco a desejar, especialmente considerando que o atraso no check-in ocorreu justamente por conta da higienização do espaço. Além disso, durante nossa estadia, o Skybar e o espaço de coworking permaneceram fechados, o que foi decepcionante, já que esperávamos aproveitar essas áreas. Em relação à estrutura, vale mencionar que a piscina não é aquecida e o andar é aberto, o que, devido aos ventos fortes por ser um andar alto, torna praticamente inviável o uso da piscina.

I am outfitting a new apartment in the neighborhood so it was very convenient. I used the gym and the laundry. Very convenient. Being right on Rebouças the traffic noise never stops. It is my second time staying there, however, and I knew what to expect.

The bathrooms are so small and no towels enough.
