Guest Reviews
- Delfin Jr (5/5): Please ensure the safety of the costumers. Some broken glass found on the carpet and my daughter hurts on her foot. - Good location Cleanliness,
- Moeahu (10/5): 100% the feel of being home away from home…..having everything you need on holiday right there or easily accessible bein - Very spacious with accommodating areas for large families of all age groups. Surprisingly unexpected extra entertaining equipment on site for indoor & outdoor use making a family holiday proceed as smooth as possible. Definitely a win located directly across from beach & park. Lovely, friendly, hassle free neighbours all around the building. Self check in & out instructions with pictures making the process easy to follow. Only some areas requiring maintenance updating which the host was very appreciative when provided feedback. Possibly an information pack onsite re check out rather than hunting emails or providing information pack of facilities in the area would have been handy.
Car parking not the easiest to access, however plenty of on street parking available especially for larger vehicles.
Apart from that nope no complaints from a family of 12.
- Bernadette (8/5): Spacious unit in a great location - The location was great. The unit was spacious and served the needs of our extended family holiday well. Whilst well maintained it was evident it was an older unit with some wear and tear. However we felt it was fairly priced for an older style unit

- Imogen (5/5): - Location suited us. Lots of info prior about finding the place and the keys. Apartment had been ‘surface level’ cleaned but not to a great standard and sheets on the beds were dirty. Lots of small issues that made the stay less comfortable - not enough glasses to drink from and those that were there weren’t clean. Paint flaking off walls in both bathrooms. Bathroom bin covered in rust. Had a random assortment of lots of unnecessary furniture eg. dusty lamps just for decoration that didn’t work or weren’t situated near plugs. Air con in only some of the bedrooms.

- Amber (7/5): Good place, a little to expensive for what you got. Was about 2-3 stars - Plenty of space You had to be quiet walking around because people lived underneath us and was hard with little ons and the place was quiet run down and a lot broken doors peeling paint
- Trent (10/5): Great value for money, plenty of beds, location second to none. - Apartment was great, location was perfect.
- Benjamin (9/5): Great for our large group, room and individual beds, great location for Southport and Labrador - Location, size
- Chantelle (7/5): - Location
- Christina (7/5): The place needs some TLC and maintenance - The place was big enough for us all to be together and close to landmarks we wanted to go. Price was really good. Not enough seating, chairs were broken, one of the fold out beds were broken, the place needs some maintenance and some TLC. Air conditioners need to be serviced there was a smell coming out of one of them. The address needs to be changed on the booking.com website.
- Jessica (8/5): It was an excellent stay - How spacious it was A couple broken things
- Sze (8/5): Very good -
- Mireka (8/5): Very good -
- Quyen (5/5): Passable - The apartment was extremely roomy as it was 2x apartments joined into one. We stayed in Apartment 35/36. Upon arrival the apartment was clean, neat and tidy. Location was good - we were only a short distance from beach, petrol station, Mcondalds and parks. Honest opinion, we had a great stay but a few things def need attending to:
> The pillows were super soft and flat - everyone ended up having sore necks as pillow did not provide support.
> My husband found a bug on the bed which we flicked away.
> The shower head in the bathroom in Apartment 35 - its more like a hose than a showerhead.
> In most hotels / apartments the host would usually provide shampoo/conditioner in either tiny bottles enough for 2 night stay or have refillable pump bottles. Apartment 35 had left over bottle of body wash & shampoo
> Only 1 hair dryer was provided even though there was 2x bathrooms
> We were provided with 4 rolls of toilet paper for 2night stay with 16 people.
> We attempted to use the oven however could not turn it on or locate a main switch to turn it on.
> only 2x big pots & 1 small pot. No fry pan was provided for the stove BUT there was plenty of plug in pans and pots.
> No tissues boxes provided in any of the living rooms, dining rooms etc.
> A few paint chips/cracks in bathroom and living room
> Elevator is super scary it come to a rough stop when it reaches the level.
> Parking under the building was super tight spot as it was right behind the a wall - difficult for bigger cars like utes and people movers to get in and out.
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (7/5): The unit was what we needed for a group of sporting families. The location was good as close everything. - The open plan in kitchen dining and lounge areas was great for a group of 11. One of the parking spaces was only suitable for a small car and difficult to access. There are only two car spaces for this unit, and although there was street parking available - it can difficult to find a car carpark.
