- Natalie (6/5): - It did not contain an elevator and there was no sign on the front so it was hard to find. The walls were very thin so you could hear neighbors and the street noise too. Not very clean.

- Agustina (1/5): DONT STAY HERE - nothing. This was a very disappointing stay. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain, which made the whole apartment uncomfortable. The bathroom ceiling height is extremely low, but this is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. There is absolutely no storage space — no closet, no shelves, nothing. Our suitcases had to stay in the hallway, blocking the passage completely. On top of that, the apartment is on the 4th floor with very steep stairs, and if you are taller than 1.80 m, you will constantly hit your head on the ceiling. There are no curtains, which affects both privacy and comfort. When we contacted the host to complain, they told us they had never received complaints about the lack of storage space, and said they could install curtains if we wanted — but no one ever came. They also try to charge a cleaning fee, but provide no tools at all — no mop, no broom, not even a trash bin for the bathroom or kitchen. When we complained about the sewage smell and the lack of cleaning supplies, and asked not to be charged the cleaning fee, they simply ignored our messages. Overall, the electrical installations also seemed questionable and not very safe. I would not recommend this place.

- FishTwix (7/5): nice, super close to station and accessible - I was insanely sceptical with staying here due to the plethora of negative reviews, but to my surprise the room was quite good. Obviously this is a very budget hotel but i was happy with it being clean, having facilities like a microwave and shampoo and showering gel alongside with it being quite clean with no smells. The bedding was quite questionable, the duvet cover wasnt put on very well so it would come off quite easily, alongside a random red sweater someone probably left behind under the bed. Although i was pretty happy with the cleanliness i may had been lucky so do be weary with other peoples reviews too

The toilet was very small there wasn't trash can and for us, the worst part was to bring all our stuff to the apartment, on 4th floor, using a very tight stairs.

The room looks nothing like the pictures - it's tiny, dirty, lots of noise from neighbouring property, the room smelled really bad and the window was stuck open. I didn't end up staying the night and left to different accommodation after entering.

Never stay here. - Nothing First, they scam you by sneaking in a 4000 yen cleaning fee right before you press pay, in the hopes that you don’t realise until you’ve already paid. They make it “non refundable” so you have no option but to stay the night there anyways. Theres mould over the shower curtains, hairs everywhere, pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, stained sheets, dust everywhere, dirty cutlery. They clearly haven’t cleaned the place at all. There’s no staff or receptionists on site. Please do not stay here for your sake. It’s a health hazard. Don’t let the beautiful photos on their page trick you. It looks nothing like those photos in real life. Booking.com isn’t allowing me to upload videos but the videos of the place show how horrible it is. Take care ❤️
- Franziska (5/5): Für Leute mit wenig Ansprüchen und beschränktem Budget geeignet. - Die Lage war super! Nur wenige Geh-Minuten zu zwei JR-Bahnstationen, eine davon liegt auf der Yamanote-Linie. Man hat also eine gute ÖPNV-Anbindung. Aus irgendeinem Grund war an meinem Anreisetag im Bad ALLES nass… Ich find‘s ja gut, dass man das Badezimmer so ausführlich geputzt hat, aber man muss auch danach nachtrocknen :( Hab ich dann alles machen müssen… Auch stimmt, was manch andere Bewertungen (teilweise auf anderen Plattformen) sagen: In meinem Zimmer (412) war’s oben an der Decke im Eck schwarz (ich schätze mal Schimmel)… :/ Ich persönlich hab mir gedacht „Augen zu und durch“, da ich auch generell weniger anfällig für Krankheiten bin. Wenn aber jemand bereits erkrankt ist oder ein schwaches Immunsystem hat, möchte ich mir nicht ausmalen, was das für Schäden hinterlassen könnte. Das WLAN, das es dazu gab, hat immer nur so semi funktioniert, weshalb ich die meiste Zeit tatsächlich meine eSIM benutzen musste. Auch verstehe ich nicht ganz, wenn explizit darauf hingewiesen wird, dass man den Müll in brennbar und nicht-brennbar trennen muss, warum die Mülltonnen im EG dann nicht beschriftet sind, was wo hineingehört? Für mich haben die alle gleich ausgesehen und dann hab ich einfach auf gut Glück geraten, was wo hinsoll.
- DAISUKE (5/5): 正直なところ、次は無い - ①部屋内は綺麗だった。 ②電子レンジ完備はありがたかった。 ③シンクに、電気一口コンロがあった。包丁、 湯呑み、プラスチック製の箸があった。 ④窓も2面開くので、外気を取りいれやすい。 ①建物内の階段照明の球切れで暗い場所があった。 ②エレベーター無しの為、4階は地味にキツイ。 ③前に使った人の残り香なのか、オッサン臭がしみついてる。その為に枕がクサイ。 シーツ、枕カバーなどは交換してありました。 ④Wi-Fiの使用説明書がないので、どう使っていいかわからないままだった。 ⑤ユニットバスにカーテンが無い為、トイレも床もびしょ濡れになる。

Piden que separes la basura en combustible y no combustible pero t dan un solo tacho diminuto (aprox de 2 litros el tacho)
- Sascha (9/5): - Sehr guter Preis wenn man Solo unterwegs ist. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Sehr nahe an 2 Bahnstationen. Etwas nördlich von Shinshuku, aber trotzdem sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Badewanne ist wirklich sehr klein, aber es gibt ein Sento in der Nähe.
- seonghun (1/5): 최악의방 - 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 심해서 5일 중에 하루 자고 나머지는 다른곳에서 잤습니다. 추운 겨울에 창문 열고 잤는데도 냄새가 안사라지고 숙소측에서 조치를 취해줬는대도 근본적으로 건물에 문제가 있는건지 콘크리트 깊숙히 곰팡이가 뿌리내리고 있는것처럼 심각해요. 제가 가져온 짐과 옷 심지어 핸드폰에서도 곰팡이 냄새가 베일 정도로 심각한 방입니다. 이걸 돈 받고 팔고 환불 불가로 내놓는것은 사기와 기만입니다. 벽지 다 뜯어내고 그 안에 있는 곰팡이 싹다 제거해야합니다. 그리고 부킹스닷컴 플렛폼은 이런 방 확인해서 대여 못하게 해야하는거 아닌가요? 금액 감안해서 청소상태는 어느정도 예상하고 갔지만 호흡기에 문제 생기고 야외에서 자는게 건강에 더 이롭겠다고 느낄정도로 심각한 방은 살면서 처음입니다. 기침 가래가 멈추지 않아서 한동안 고생했어요. 부킹즈 닷컴에 대한 신뢰가 이젠 없습니다.

We received instructions to check-in with a link to the accommodation which sent us to a completely different location. This was very annoying after a long day of travel, so be aware to manually put in the address rather than trusting the link. There were minimal amenities, including no hand soap in the bathrooms, no bins and unwashed cups. I understand that it was a budget room but could have been better.

- Mark Frederick (10/5): Good spot to stay - I liked that it was a short walk to the train station and main street and Shinjuku where the action is. Good spot to travel from and too locations. Lots of food near the place. I thought it was clean and tidy for what I paid for. Free Laundry. Small spot. no room to move around. Its just literally a place to sleep but good enough for solo traveller. A trash can in room would be nice. I found the place pretty good but I can see how people may get lost. A sign would be nice though.
- Fumi (6/5): 「自宅に帰って来た」と言う感じ - 施設に行き、オーナーの方がすぐ対応してくれた。 チェックインの方法など。12時間ぐらいの滞在だった。研修場所が近くだったので朝ゆっくりできた。 寝るだけならお得。 湯沸かしポットに前の方の水が残っていた。 タオルがイマイチ。持参した顔拭きマイタオルを使用した。

- Logan (9/5): Great and cosy stay! - Fantastic location, a really short walk from Okubo and Shin-Okubo stations which made getting around Tokyo very easy! Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby also! The room itself was great, small but it was all you need for a few days trip. Also having laundry facilities was very helpful! The only draw back is the size of the shower/bath as I am on the taller side. However, it wasn't a major issue and is perfectly workable.

- Jennifer (8/5): Great value for the location. - The location was perfect, just far away from the action but close enough to walk there in minutes. Close the go JR Yamanote line. Tons of food places nearby. Easy to check in. The hot water was inconsistent during our whole stay. Sometimes only staying on for a minute. Our door lock was malfunctioning which caused an alarm to go off a few times during our stay. The host was responsive to our concern which was appreciated.

Luego tuvieron un error y mientras estaba en la habitación entró otro un nuevo huesped con el código, porque le asignaron por error la misma habitación. Me quedé intranquilo ya que tenía todo mi equipaje allí

No nos responden, nisiquiera se dieron cuenta que hice check out, no les interesa ayudarme y me bloquearon por la parte de mensajes de esta app (booking) y se lavaron las manos del asunto (no son responsables) Altamente, recomiendo NO VENIR AQUI

The humidity of the room was a quite high. The bad was not comfortable. And there was not shading on the windows.

When I asked them (not one but 4-5 people) to not to use the noisy machines at night, the idiots were complaining. "We are going home tomorrow" I'm doing at home too". They are ______!!!!! Wifi in room 103 wasn't good. Must be checked.

- Susanne (8/5): Perfekte Base in perfekterer Lage - Es ist ein ganz einfaches Zimmer, genau wie beschrieben. Ich habe genau das gesucht, da ich 3 Wochen in Tokio war und dann von dort auch mehrtägige Ausflüge gemacht habe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, mit einem gemütlichen Bett, kleiner Küchennische und eigenem Bad mit Toilette. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert 1A, was im Juli essenziell war! Die Lage war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge und Touren durch die Stadt. In 2 Minuten fussläufig gab es den ersten 7eleven, in dem ich mir morgens schon immer erst mal den ersten Iced coffee Latte geholt habe und die leckersten Snacks. Der Eingangsbereich ins Haus und Groundfloor ist etwas ungepflegt und beim ersten ankommen bin ich erst mal erschrocken. Das Zimmer war dann aber sauber und ordentlich.
