- Robynne (6/5): Great location and views, disappointing sleeping arrangements. - The location and view lovely.The living room was a good space with enough seating for everyone. The kitchen is small but functional and clean. There were two bathrooms with a toilet in each, always a bonus. The building was quiet. The apartment service team was very good. They sent a lot of information, including video's, for finding the lock box, getting into the apartment and for parking the car. This apartment, the way it is currently furnished, is best suited for a family of 4, with young kids. The main room just fits the double bed with side tables. Personal belongings need to be stored elsewhere (like the '3rd room'). The second room with the bunk bed, that also acts as the cleaning cupboard, has a simple pine bed with bottom of the range mattresses. It's a noisy and impracticable bed for two adults. It had a broken lamp. It does the job but feels like someone's unloved and not often used guest room. The '3rd room' is a side room off the lounge that has the pull out couch. We only had 4 people, so this wasn't set up, but I must admit, it didn't look appealing. Not sure why this room isn't set up as a bedroom, it's a lovely size with great views. The apartment feels like it could do with a little more investment by the owner. Shutter in the 'main bedroom' didn't extend all the way. We paid CHF670 for 2 nights and one of us had to sleep on a mattress on the floor in the '3rd room' to make it work for us (4 adults) - I expected better for the price of the apartment. Also, getting into the parking garage was nerve wrecking. Very tight garage entrance with limited manoeuvre room for getting your car back out. I have a Kia Sportage (size of car reference), just an FYI in case you drive something bigger.

No shampoo or soap to shower; no tea or coffee to make in morning ( extremely bare)

- Veronika (10/5): Outstanding apartment with breathtaking views. - The apartment was absolutely amazing, clean and comfortable, we felt right at home. It had everything we needed. The view was absolutely incredible, just breathtaking. The apartment is so centrally located to town. We would definitely come back again.
- Sima (7/5): Good - The apartment was of a good size, 2b/2br, although the master bedroom was only big enough to fit a full size bed, there were no space to put your luggage, nor were any closet space, however, the living room was big enough to put the luggage and there was a dresser. The view was gorgeous, the location of the apartment was within walking distance to the center of the town, supermarket, park and the trails and public transport. There were enough towels and linen. The property manager send us a video about how to check ourselves in and out the unit and would usually answer the questions within 24 hours. Bathrooms were clean, there was a hair dryer but no shampoo or soap. The kitchen had a refrigerator, coffeemaker, tea kettle, stove top, oven and a combo washer/dryer. But there was no instruction on how to use to use the oven. Again there was no lauundry detergent. And, upon inspection there was some brown colored water in one of the detergent compartments of the washer. The sink was also clogged. We let the property manager know and was told that someone would come to take a look, but nobody showed up. So, although the property was of a good size and was located in an excellent location, it didn't serve the purpose of having more freedom and convenience comparing to staying in a hotel.
