• MARTA (5/5): - La amplitud y localización de la vivienda Falta de limpieza. El piso no estaba limpio. A parte de suciedad general, el suelo estaba sucio y deteriorado. La cocina y algunas habitaciones también lo estaban.

• Gianluca (4/5): Ingannevole - Posizione centrale Casa che non rispetta per niente le foto su booking che probabilmente sono di 10 anni fa quando ha aperto. Camere tutte sporche e rovinate, bagni peggio, doccia con un buco nel muro enorme (paura che uscisse qualche animale), pavimenti distrutti, soggiorno con infissi delle finestre rotti quindi si gelava, puzza di pesce sia nel palazzo che dentro la cucina e macchie sui muri di chissà cosa, peli e capelli ovunque. Difficile comunicare con il proprietario cinese.

L'appartamento è molto carino e non manca nulla, comprensivo di biancheria letto e bagno, accessori cucina, macchina caffè,bollitore microonde,forno ecc.. bagni dotati di vasca con doccia. Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili, abbiamo potuto effettuare il check_in anche prima dell'orario previsto. Noi eravamo 3 famiglie con 4 bambini di 5 anni e siamo stati veramente bene! Consigliatissimo!

• Jennifer (10/5): Superb location - Location, location , location. Very close to Sagrada Familia. Supermarket next door. Plenty of restaurants on your door step. Hop on, hop off bus just around the corner . The apartment was spacious and comfortably fit our party of 7. The owner met us on site and allowed us to leave our luggage prior to check in. He was very friendly and whilst English is not his first language he managed to provide us with all relevant information about the apartment which we appreciated. The owners were in constant contact before and during our stay . Nothing

• Meleny (10/5): Great value in the heart of Barcelona - I liked that it was centrally located and there was a market, pharmacy and restaurants all around it. There was nothing to not like. Maybe it needs some esthetic renovations but all in all the price is great value.

Not very clean apartment, especially kitchen was very dirty. Lot of product left that were partly used (I think from previous visitors). Тhe blankets that were left for use were also not very clean.

• Victor (8/5): The location and the hosts are great - The location is literally a stone-throw from the iconinc Sangrade Famalia, with a convience store next door, and all the food and drink facilities within very short walking distance. The host allowed us to check in very early in the morning as soon as we arrrived from the cruise ship. Rooms are clean and house-hold supplies are plenty. The spaces in a couple of bedrooms (the double one and single one) are quite tight. There could be more hooks in the major bathroom, and more wall plugs in the bedroom.

• Anonymous (6/5): great proximity. keep your expectations low. - Proximity to Sagrada Família was excellent. Food and grocery stores were so close. Check out was 11 but we were able to leave our bags til 11:30 to see Sagrada Familia. The owner communicated well through the booking.com app. The bedding was clean. It was hot outside and the only ventilation was to leave the balcony doors open but there were no screens so flies and bugs came in. there was only one small fan one person could use but no air conditioning. my daughter woke up with bites all over her legs. it was overall old and dingy. the pictures were deceiving.

The apartment wasn’t looking how it is in description. Maybe the photos aren’t real. It was clean, the towels and the bedsheets, but everything is old enough.
