• Giovanna (8/5): Ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualita' - Appartamento accogliente, luminoso e pulito. Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana Lo scaldabagno è un po' risotto per il fabbisogno di 4 persone. Evitare di fare 4 docce di seguito. Padelle in cucina un po' usurate.

• Robinson (10/5): Would certainly stay there again. - Location was perfect. Short walk to Ladbroke Grove railway. Nothing. It was wonderful.a lovely unit. Very warm and comfortable.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Amazing location, bright spot, mostly quiet neighborhood. - Lots of windows, fabulous location, one decent-sized bedroom, comfy living room. Clean in all rooms except little bedroom. Pleasant decoration. Near Underground and buses. Extra charge for sheets to use advertised sofa bed, although we complained and that was reversed. One bedroom is teeny. Can’t get out on either side. Have to crawl from foot of bed. Hallway toilet flushes poorly. One night our key to apartment door failed to work so we had to disturb neighbors to get in. Hosts gave us new key next morning. Were pleasant. Price was quite steep, tho perhaps normal for London?

• Chiara_milano❤️ (9/5): Bello e comodo, da rivivere! - Appartamento molto grande e comodo, cucina attrezzata di tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno ma soprattutto…è davvero pulito! Ottima posizione, vicino a mezzi come metro e bus, a pochi passi si trovano tutti i servizi come locali, supermercati, negozi vintage, negozi souvenir, c’è veramente tutto e la zona è tranquilla. Se proprio va trovato qualcosa i letti sono un po’ piccoli, ma suppongo rientrino nello standard locale, in compenso il divano presente in cucina è comodo ed è enorme! Per l’utilizzo al massimo del secondo bagno bisogna seguire le istruzioni che vengono fornite, è comunque una grande comodità se, come noi, si viaggia in quattro.

• Ivana (7/5): Good - Location is good, close to Portobello market. Spacious. Neighborhood is loud, and we didn’t feel safe going back to apartment. Both nights people were arguing in front of the building next door.
• Christopher (9/5): Highly recommended for a city break in London - Beautiful large appt in an amazing location really close to shops, restaurants, bars, markets and two tube stations. We had a minor issue that the host helped sort immediately. Highly recommended. The double beds are on the small side for two adults. the kids loved the beds though, the comfort is fine, they're just a bit smaller than I'm used to.
• Myra (10/5): fabulous apartment near portobello market - two bedrooms and 2 baths were very comfortable. big fridge and everything we needed to eat at home. great location near portobello market and coffee houses and restaurants. Ellie our hostess was very available and there were books to read, recommendations about places to eat and visit and detailed instructions for use of home appliances. Was fabulous and totally recommend! comfortable beds. little bedroom was perfect for one. would be challenging for a couple.
• Pamela (10/5): We loved everything about this trip - including the convenience and comfort of this flat! - The location was fantastic. We loved shopping and eating at Portobello Road Market, but the flat was also conveniently located very close to the Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park tube stations. We were able to get around very easily and to see a lot of London (including some off-the-beaten-path places that were a highlight of our trip)! It would have been helpful to have written instructions for some of the kitchen appliances (microwave, oven/stove), which have totally different symbols than those in the U.S. But this was only a minor inconvenience and the owner is incredibly friendly, kind, responsive and helpful! I asked a lot of questions before and during our trip and she always responded (without fail) within a few minutes. Great vacation and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
• Jéssica (9/5): A Very Pleasant Stay (would stay again!) - Comfort; Quiet neighbourhood; Very good communication with the host; Very clean; Wonderful balconies; Dishwasher, which was very useful; Plug adapters available; The "user guide" was very useful! Shampoo, hand soap and other toiletries available; Accessible by lift. The kitchen was missing some important supplies, such as utensils (knives, for instance) or kitchen towels; The smoke detector was hyper sensitive, and it went off when we were simply making toasts; The balconies' floor needs some renovation.

• Melinda (7/5): Portobello - The communication was excellent, the key pickup could be a way better with a simple lockbox, we could not give it back as the shopkeeper forgot to open the shop. The accomodation is not as new as in the pictures. The kitchen is very good. The neighbourhood is not for families at all. Unless you want to show to your kids what drugs can make to people. The streets are full of junk and dog poo and waisted people.
• Palitha (8/5): Palitha's experience in London apartment - Good location. All facilities were available as described, and equipment was of high quality. Collection and returning of the keys were difficult as the key lockbox was located within the garbage room, which we found difficult to access when returning the keys.
