• Harald (1/5): Fake apartment, not as advertisement, pool not available for tourist/you - The view and the lobby and good airco;s. DO NOT BOOK. This advertisement is a fraud! You are not getting the same 2bed apartment as advertised!! You are NOT allowed to use the luxury pool, you can only watch it, sit in the courtyard. They told me that the gym and pool are only for the residences and not for airbnb guests (hence people like you and me who rent the apartment). Secondly the luxury feeling from the furniture is not there, it has different furniture. For example the thing above the bed against the wall are not there. The couch is a basic one, etc. There are no tv's in the bedrooms. There is no coffee machine. There is no private pool. There is no view on the courtyard nor garden - you get the view over the river where the busy road is. The walls can be soundproof but NOT the windows. You can still hear the noise from the street, from honking vehicles to singing people (and that on the 9th floor). Their helpdesk on whatsapp ignored me when I asked why the apartment is different. Besides that, there is no manual for the apartment. It took me 5 min to figure out just to unlock the door to the apartment. Just like that the little thing on the floor in the main bedroom is the wifi extender. You have to figure it out by yourself. Another point is that the shower only stays nice warm for 3 or 4 min max. Cutterly is basic and just enough for 2 or 3 person. I will never come back again and i regret that I booked it. Booking.com ignores my messages as well. Perhaps calling them helps This advertisement should be removed from booking.com. I made photos and videos of everything as evidence.
