Die Betten sind seeehr bequem und wir haben richtig gut geschlafen. Es hat alles was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. • Erika (7/5): - A localização foi excelente, Perto da estação de metrô e todo o agito da noite em Tokio. O quarto é super pequeno, mas com organização, passamos 10 dias muito bem instalados. O check-in e check-out foi facilitado, sem burocracias. Gostei!

• Glenn (7/5): It was just ok for one night but I would have changed accommodation if I had been staying longer. - convenient to the station and all that Shinjuku has to offer. Room was clean and wi -fi had a strong connection. Reasonable amenities .....BUT....see below. two large beds that made it difficult to move around the room. It also meant there was no table or chair where you could sit, drink a coffee, relax, write emails etc. I am only 180cms tall and have some minor knee and back issues so the tiny elevated bathroom was very inconvenient.

• Kw (6/5): It is not suitable for 4 persons as too small, no place to move at all. - Location is good The size of room is too small for 4 persons. I noticed it could be cheaper and better to stay in a proper hotel and book 2 rooms.

• Iwan (9/5): Very satisfied. Probably will book again sometime. - The ability to self check in is an extreme plus. My flight often arrived pas midnight and not many hotels accept arrival beyond 11PM. Every facilities in the room works. Location is so close to everywhere. It would be great if we got a contact number to call for emergencies. For example if the hot water or AC wont start during night hour. However we face no problems at all during our stays.
• Eunice (5/5): Passable - Location is convenient to hot-spot area, short distance to restaurants and shopping's but a long walk from train stations, advise to carry light luggage and not suitable for old people or children. No space for children to run around, very narrow space to walk, you basically have to be on the bed to move around the room. Definitely not for family with children or old people. Lift can fit 2 people with 2 luggages. Old place. Only good thing washing detergent is provided but limited hangers and narrow balcony to dry up the clothes, very hard to even go out the balcony to dry the clothes, sunlight block by nearby tall buildings. The room is very very narrow, you got to open your luggage on the bed, no space to walk around, not suitable for family, no space to put luggages as well, very small washroom which is on elevated flooring, hard to find, you have to look for Avyss Hotel instead of T House, else you won't be able to find the place.

• Nic (8/5): T House Stay - Location was great and the apartment had everything you needed for your stay. Host was very responsive. Bed was very hard but most beds in Japan are.
