• Marshall (4/5): Disappointed - The air conditioning was a bonus and there was a nice kebab shop next door. The apartment was generally dirty and tatty. There was thick mould all around the shower. The bathroom floor downstairs was lifted. Very dangerous. There was one small uncomfortable couch with ripped cushions in an apartment which sleeps 10. There were multiple fans but none of them worked. The outside area was dirty and in need of a makeover. The BBQ was dirty and rusty. The beds were ok.
• Emeline (3/5): Quelle déception.... - La localisation est top Sur les photos, le logement est top. En vrai, on sent qu'il a vécu et pas bien entretenu: lit canapé cassé et impossible a ouvrir. Logement prévu pour 10 personnes mais seulement 4 chaises (les autres sont cassées et mises sur la terrasse, depuis un moment vu la poussière dessus), 4 fourchettes, quelques verres). La salle de bain du bas est limite, moisi dans la douche etc... congélateur impossible a ouvrir a cause du givre.... dommage, avec un peu d'entretien, le logement serait bien. Mais notre séjour a ete clairement gâché (propriétaire contacté mais il ne nous a pas ramener de couverts, matelas etc)
• Antoine (6/5): Bien mais peut faire mieux - Très bon emplacement. A proximité a pieds des lieux touristiques (Palais de Buckingham, Westminster), des transports et des commerces. Photos non contractuelles. Le logement n'était pas sale a proprement parlé mais il y a tout de même des points d'amélioration a effectuer. Pour une capacité de 8 personnes, il n’y a que 4 chaises dans le salon, la douche du bas et dans un état catastrophique. Les lits du bas et oreillers ne sont pas du tout confortables. Beaucoup de traces sur les murs, portes et plafonds. Manque de couverts, certaines étagères de la cuisine encore grasses. Ce n’est pas un mauvais logement loin de la mais il serait judicieux d’y apporter quelques modifications afin qu'il puisse parfaitement correspondre a l'annonce et aux photos. Ça éviterai une petite déception lorsqu'on arrive dedans.

Vi måtte finne et annet overnattingssted uten å ha fått refundert noe. - Hele leien måtte betales på forhånd, nå vet vi hvorfor. - Nøkkelboks mot hovedgaten virket veldig utrygt - var ikke mulig å komme i kontakt med utleier via telefon, kun via booking.com så via What's appen etter hvert.
• Kam (6/5): Well located accommodation, with hygiene improvements to make - The place is well located, offers good value for money with comfortable amenities. However, I have to mention that we were unpleasantly surprised by the presence of unexpected “extra guests” coming out from underneath the kitchen countertop every nights to make errands in the facility. We would have liked to be informed of this matter ahead of our booking, thankfully as our stay was short we didn’t feel the need to report it and just kept it going with our program. Some improvement in hygiene will definitely help the space for future reference by past customer. Other than that the rest was completely fine.

The bathroom downstairs floor needs some repairs. A paper left with instructions on how to turn things on or how to work would be helpful.

• Carmen (1/5): LA CASA DEL TERROR: APARTAMENTO COMPRATIDO CON RATONES - Al principio el apartamento parecía estar bien, pero TODO SE FUE AL INFIERNO en segundos. El sofá es sofá cama, así que imaginaos la situación: DE DEBAJO DEL SOFÁ SALIERON TRES RATONES y se metieron tranquilamente DENTRO DEL LAVAVAJILLAS. Si alguien hubiera tenido que dormir ahí, SE ENCUENTRA CON LOS RATONES EN LA CARA. La escena fue DIGNA DE UNA PELÍCULA DE TERROR. Acabamos SUBIDAS ENCIMA DE LAS SILLAS, gritando y tratando de huir de los ratones porque era absolutamente ASQUEROSO e INACEPTABLE. Una sensación de suciedad y abandono total. Vamos a adjuntar fotos de uno de los ratones y de las caquitas que había por toda la parte de la cocina. Nosotras vimos solo a tres, pero seguro que el resto de la familia de ratones también compartió apartamento con nosotras. NO ES NORMAL, NO ES SEGURO y NO ES HIGIÉNICO. Esta experiencia arruinó completamente la estancia. NO LO RECOMENDAMOS BAJO NINGÚN CONCEPTO. Hasta que no solucionen el problema de plagas, este sitio NO DEBERÍA ALQUILARSE.

• Mateo (7/5): - El apartamento está muy bien situado y era realmente fácil llegar a cualquier lado rápidamente. Estaba bien equipado tanto en la cocina con sartenes como en los baños con toallas y geles. Lo encontramos todo muy limpio. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Las únicas cosas negativas que destacaría son las malas horas de entrada y salida (muy tarde una y muy pronto la otra), que faltaba algún que otro trapo en la cocina y que se nos acabó el papel higiénico. La calefacción no funcionaba bien en algunas habitaciones. Por último, una par de veces vimos pasar ratones pero muy pequeñitos e inofensivos

• Read (1/5): Do not stay here. You can't contact them and I don't think a mouse in property is acceptable - Easy to get the key We arrived and within 15/20 minutes we saw a mouse in the bedroom. I called the contact number that stated 24/7 and no answer. I messaged to say we have a mouse. No reply untill the next day when it was "passed to management" but I am now being ignored

Lack of glasses, tumblers and wine! Dining chairs very wobbly need some tlc. The downstairs shower the controls were faulty.

• joanna (3/5): Good location apartment not so good. cold , dirty and in need of son TLC and in - The location was great The property was dirty , the toilet downstairs clearly hadn’t been cleaned and we could actually use it . There were crisp packets on the floor in the lounge area and washing in the washing Machine. There were no dish towels available. The properly says it sleeps ten but didn’t even have enough seating for 8 , we had to take turns sitting on the floor . The two seater couch ( the only lounge seating) was dilapidated and very uncomfortable and there was only 5 dining chairs so as I said we had to take turns sitting in the floor . The radiators did not heat up and while there is underfloor heating in the kitchen area the bedrooms were freezing- I would not advise staying at this accommodation, it does not look like the photos . Another trying note , the carbon monoxide alarm was stored in a drawer and bleeped the who time we were there , quite clearly needing replacing and not sure it’s quite legal to store in a kitchen drawer either

• Maria Rhea (3/5): Dont expect too much - The place is not crowded. Just 10min walk in victoria underground. The bed was not comfortable. The heater didnt worked well. The local channels was scramled and the owner has nothing to do with it. We washed our clothes and the washing machine didnt opened and the owner wants us to pay for the damage.

• Lulia (4/5): - Easy to collect keys There was no WiFi whatsoever, the host did not communicate this to me and refused to give me a response or assist after being contacted. The bathroom door upstairs didn’t work and the main bed was broken. I think it’s important to note how inefficient it is when a host is unresponsive. Additionally, he asked for the id’s of the guests 20 minutes before check in which is purely inconvenient.

• Kaitlyn (1/5): So Easy to Improve, and Yet... - Decent location. This property has so much potential to work with a few easy fixes, but instead it feels obvious from the moment you walk in that the owner has absolutely no care or pride about the place - they're just looking to earn as much money as possible from this rental until it's in such poor shape that they'll be forced to invest the bare minimum to start the process over again. Seemingly small things - broken tiles, broken shower handles, broken toilet paper holders, old food left in corners, horrendously dirty walls, etc. could easily be fixed and make this place feel downright pleasant, but instead it's just disrepair everywhere you look. See photos for examples - a thorough cleaning and an hour of a handyman's time is all it would take. As a cherry on top, the hot water heater went out on day 2 of our stay (something that seems common from other reviews - the heater displayed a code indicating low water pressure, so again, seems like an outstanding issue that they don't really care about fixing). The host quickly responded and said that because it was a Sunday, he wouldn't be able to reach out to someone until the next day - not ideal, but fair. However, the next day, total crickets, no communication. When I reached out mid-day for an update, I got a vague response about "still waiting to hear from the repair person". I never heard another word until I got the message with instructions for check-out. It's fine if you can't get someone, but to leave us all wondering if we're going to be able to shower and not communicate is totally unacceptable in my opinion. I really cannot recommend this place - our entire group was more than ready to move on.

I did let them know but they didnt fix the problem. - The washing machine didnt work - The Gaz to cook needed a lighter to work - The oven didnt work - The toaster didnt work and was a safety hazard as it made the whole electricity go off. - The door of the bathroom upstairs was extremely hard to open from inside and impossible for kids to open - You could feel this flat had been used a lot

Paid for 2 bathroom and only 1 was available. I am Owed a partial refund for this per booking policy, which I have not received. Room was not given to tenant as advertised. The door to the 1 bathroom left people locked in and someone from the outside had to open the door so person could get out. Two rooms did NOT have air conditioner and were hot.

• Nicole (4/5): We came to just family for our wedding. It was a much bigger headache than we needed for the week - Location was okay. Size for our group was good. Upon entering, holes in the wall. Scuffs all over walls. Freezer was left open by prior person and was so frozen over the door couldn’t close and freezer unusable. No toilet paper or paper towels. No laundry detergent. Seems like mold around some extractor fans. Lots of dust. Half drank open can of monster energy in kitchen when we arrived. No direction in how to use wifi or where to put garbage and recycling. Tv never worked. Fitted sheet didn’t fit mattress. Unusable chair at table. One set of keys for a three bedroom Airbnb was nearly impossible to coordinate.

The property stank of bleach so strongly upon entering that’s all you could smell to later we realised there was mould in the walls as to why so much bleach was used in the house the smell was so overwhelming gave most of us a headache, to the point I actually had a skin reaction and broke out in a rash from this place DO NOT STAY HERE staff now refuse to refund me after putting me in the hospital

The linen smelled lovely and it was clean and comfortable. 1) the walls are in a desperate need of a makeover. Very battered. 2) the water in the shower downstairs was scalding and none of the buttons worked. All you could do was turn it on, you couldn’t change the temperature at all as the handles came away from the wall when you touched them. None of us could shower properly as a result as we were at risk of burning. 3) we had to figure it out ourselves how to work the heating, tv. There were no instructions with anything and the apartment was pretty cold when we arrived. One bedroom was freezing.
• Sanjay (1/5): Horrible stay wouldn't recommend it to anyone. - everything could have been better. when we entered the property the heater was faulty and the whole apartment was cold. messaged the owners of the property very cold reply that the handy man may come in, so we had to spend the night in the cold. the door knobs in the bathroom hurt my family members thrice. the knobs were very close to the frame and would hurt if someone tried to close the door. so we had to use the bathroom keeping the doors open. the toilet taps all broken. The railing on stair broken. yes the bed covers and towels were fresh.

The location was fab as we could access the tubes and buses very easily. Communication with staff was excellent. It was great place and in a nice location within - The property is in a good location, local to some shops and the Victoria station. Good size for 10 people, nice facilities. No parking but that’s expected I guess, there is parking spots in the local area. I would have preferred if check in was slightly later than 10am, with check in being at 3pm you would expect you have 24hrs at least. WiFi wasn’t great and one of the TV wasn’t working.

• Luke (5/5): Ideal location and property a great size but wouldn’t stay again as communication and finding out check in details came - A great location and was spacious for a family. Key not in the key box ready to let ourselves in at 3pm check in (cleaner still at property cleaning and didn’t come to the door until 3.20pm to let us in despite very loudly knocking multiple times) The apartment needs a bit of maintenance (especially downstairs bathroom) some of the pillows on bed very stained! Also a random mattress in one of the bedrooms against the window - very odd!

• Gigi (9/5): good value for money, location and facilities. - location was fantastic for our purpose of visit. it was good walking distance to tube stations. the house was big and the airconditioning was good. the kitchen was lovely. the house was quiet inside although located on a busy road. for a 1 night stay it was good value for money and booked at last minute. we would like to stay here again in the future. we had a problem with the lighting in the living room which would not switch off. the shower on the first level was not adjustable enough to give cold shower. we just had to endure the hot water lol. there was also a slightly unpleasant sewage smell in the house when we first came in.. hopefully these little things can be rectified as we wish to book this accomodation again in the future.

Quite noisy as on a very busy road & not very clean. One bathroom was out of action when we arrived & there was no handle on another door but these were fixed the following day.

Flat itself was lovely and has a lot of potential if it was looked after. Set up within the property was perfect. Place was very dirty. Fridge was disgusting. Microwave had mould. Was expecting 2 bathrooms but one was unusable due to the toilet and shower blockage and the floor was flooded to the brim. It was disgusting and smelly, which effected the bedroom as it was an en-suite. Dirty used t shirt was left on radiator. Mice found in the kitchen. Had difficulty connecting to the wifi too. Owner / agent was not very responsive and eventually when they did, they were not very helpful. I had my 3 children staying with me to celebrate christmas with. One of them is disabled. So it was not a pleasant stay to say the least 😞
• Nair (9/5): Clean and neat property,but didnt trust there promises and message's about the arrivals and vacating - Break fast wasn't served by the lodge.The property was very clean and tidy. On 25/10/2023 i checked with the property by email and text message they agreed the check-in will be fine in between 6.00am and 7.00am,based on that we book the bus ticket. But on arrival they change the mind and they told we can get the key only on 3.00pm. That will make us really down and struggled a lot on that day. Even they didn't allow us to use the clock room for punting our luggage's on arrival. We took a clock room on other hotel and paid around £20.00 for that.Also they are really strict on there vacating timing too. If we late every half an hour they charge money based on it. On the check-out day only they sent the message about it.

We stayed for 2 nights with no response to the problem after trying to contact them several times so had paid for lack of facilities. Bannister was off form the wall, kitchen door off and inbthe courtyard, loads of rubbish out of the front downstairs window... Needs some serious tlc!

It’s a decent size apartment and clean We couldn’t find any Wi-Fi and I messaged the owner direct and they didn’t respond. With 2 people staying over from Spain they needed wi- fi connection . Also we stayed in November and it got cold we realised the heating wasn’t coming on and there was no hot water, I again messaged owner direct to be told check the boiler. We checked the boiler and there was an error coming up which I again told the owner and got no further correspondence. So 8 girls had cold showers for two days this isn’t acceptable . The sofa bed in the bedroom is so hard was like a board with a mattress topper on top , so two had a very uncomfy sleep

• Pavel (10/5): Great place to stay! - Spatious rooms with enough facilities to accommodate group of ten with ease. Location is king here, with walking distance from Victoria and to city centre. Self check-in is easy. The host was very friendly and reached out during our stay to make sure we are happy with the flat. Should I need accommodation for any group, I will definitely choose this place. Nothing to say.

• Toluwalope (7/5): Good - The space of the flat and the provision of extra sheets for the extra mattress and sofa bed. Wi-Fi was good. Overall nice property and would book again if small changes are made. The bathrooms especially weren’t the cleanest, one toilet was completely dirty as we found stuff in the toilet bowl. Fridge/freezer took forever to get things cool.
