- Luanne (1/5): Booked 2 nights..only stayed one night - The view at night Not clean, had to ask for wine glasses
- Ross (5/5): Not bad but not great - Views and scenary. Compost toilet - as soon as its used it fills the entire tiny home with a horrid smell.
No soap provided for washing
AC took a long time to cool down

- Hortencio (7/5): - Hot water, nice and quite place, nature’s view. The tiny house was cute but really dirty. A lot of dusty , looked like no one clean there for a longe time. We took some meet with us to make a barbecue and the last person didn’t clean and the staff didn’t checked.
- Kathy (7/5): Nice location, could be a bit cleaner - Lovely, quiet spot to base ourselves to explore Tamborine Mountain. Fire pit was great. Pet friendly too. As others have mentioned, the dish washing liquid was watered down a lot which then made me feel like the whole place was perhaps a bit unclean. Would have been nice if a body wash was provided. A hatchet would be useful since there is no firewood ready to use.

- Hannah (4/5): Price inconsistent with actual experience - if you value cleanliness and hygiene steer clear. - The proximity to the theme parts was great, the outdoor fairy lights and the view of the skyline was really lovely. That said, access was via a steep hill which would've proven challenging in a non-AWD vehicle given the weather conditions. The cleanliness of the property was lacking, with dead bugs in the aircon, the blinds and a dusting and spring clean long overdue. The BBQ was so filthy that we were unable to use it. We were also given used kitchen sponges that were falling apart, watered down detergent and a less than a roll of toilet paper (with no spares provided). The overall experience felt pretty scabby and poorly cleaned and maintained. Based on the price and the above, we were very underwhelmed.
- Grace (3/5): Only thing nice about this place was the outdoor fire pit area howeve Mr it was raining so we weren’t able to escape the - Location, novelty of being a tiny home, awesome BBQ Very dirty and not clean. For such a tiny space, it was filthy! Dust and spider webs throughout, mould all over fly screens. long strands of red hair on the pillows, slimy residue all over shower floor.
Dish washing liquid bottle had been filled with water and overall just downright disappointing.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely retreat. In a perfect location. Quiet clean and cosy -
- Cathy (3/5): Property not cleaned properly and was below expectations. Would not recommend!! - Nothing The property was not cleaned properly. Dust everywhere especially under the bed. Pubic hair in the shower. BBQ not cleaned. Towels and sheets looked dirty and unwashed

- Ines (10/5): Exceptional - Grant is excellent host
- Daiana (10/5): The perfect match between tiny and peace! - Everything there is beautiful, is the perfect small place to rest! The perfect definition of tiny. I’m pretty sure I’ll be back
- Rebecca (8/5): Beautiful forest view scary when a storm comes through overall stay very positive and Grant very welcoming thank you - Beautiful bush with a view of the Gold Coast We stayed for a week and there was no cleaning supplies I.e dish washing liquid, rubbish bin/bags or soap/ shampoo etc.
- Mags4me2see (10/5): Peaceful, Comfort and Delicious Solitude, to reflect and to replenish! - The Peaceful surroundings. The bush like environment with the tall trees and the lovely breezes. The solitude! The kind host was especially welcoming and attentive to any needs, to make my stay and my little dog’s stay, an enjoyable one. This is also a very environmentally friendly accommodation. There was nothing that I did not like. Because I am a senior citizen with unfortunately, arthritis in my feet, it would be an additional benefit not only to myself, but to other visitors who are no longer Spring Chooks, to have a railing going up the steps to the veranda. Something to hold on to. Otherwise there are no suggestions whatsoever! I am more than excited to come back! Everything was ideal and peaceful!
- Tania (10/5): Lovely retreat away from city noise, close to nature, but with shops and activities close by - Loved the location, the firepit, the beautiful birds, the outdoor lights, the BBQ, the close proximity to shops for brunch and activities and the view of the city lights at night. The bed was comfortable. Grant was the perfect host with some amazing stories and adventures.
- Melissa (10/5): Tiny Homes - Host was so friendly and helpful. Accommodation was amazing.
- Luke (6/5): Clean. Inexpensive. Very limited facilities. More glamping than cabin. - Very clean. Very white. Comfy bed. From my brief discussion with the host on the phone, he seemed like a pleasant bloke. It was raining - so didn't get to use the deck/BBQ. There was no soap. No TV. Chemical Toilet was a surprise (fortunately I'd used one before but no instructions for those who hadn't). There was a coffee plunger but no coffee. A litre of almond milk in the fridge (random). Just little things that could have made things more pleasant.
- Liam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Naomi (10/5): Perfect cosy relaxing, pet friendly, location with everything we needed to unwind - Cosy little tiny home that had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. I love the balcony, fire pit and most of all the fact our dog could come too!!!! Was great to say Hi and Bye to the host on our arrival and departure but once he said hi met our dog left us to relax as we liked!!! Lovely views from all angles and peaceful and quiet! Nothing. We had everything we needed and access to the host if we’d had any issues (we didn’t)
