He helped us through every step - finding the cottage, parking, moving in, where to park in town, what sites to visit, etc. The views - OMG, absolutely gorgeous. The cottage is extremely well suited to the traveler and everything worked as hoped. The property is very old, but very well kept. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and dining. If you enjoy staying at locations with a strong history, this is the one to consider. You will encounter some steps from the front door of the property to the cottage, but they are manageable. Florences is busy, but this cottage was set back enough to take you away from the hectic center of the city. Loved it! Nothing.

Air con and WiFi worked excellently. The walk to the town center is super easy, fast, and stunning. Marco was very kind and communicative. He was always available to answer any questions and arrange tours, too. The cottage and property... wow, just WOW! You have a spectacular areal view of Florence town. Being in a very quiet area, you would never realize how close it is to the city center! Make sure to sit on the property lawn for the most spectacular sunset. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be staying again in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything, Marco and Stefania! Really nothing!
