• Αυγή (10/5): Ξεκούραση και ηρεμία !! - Ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα σε κεντρικό σημείο της περιοχής και κοντά σε πολύ ωραίες παραλίες !!! Θα πήγαινα ξανά!! Δεν υπάρχει κάτι !! Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά !! Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός !!!

• Sorina (9/5): Good - It was a good place. Still, the humidity was very high in december, maybe teh rest of the year is better, but in the winter time it gets really wet. The location is good, it has private parking. The rooms were big enough. It's good that we had hair dryer and a washing machine (not dryer for laundry). A kettle for tea. Overall good, and very very good price. -

• Kot (6/5): - Lokalizacja!!!!, na mapie obiekt oznaczony był w samym centrum miasteczka jednak faktycznie znajduje się 3 km od centrum. Oczywiście Ani booking ani właściciel nie przyznaje się do błędu w oznaczeniu lokalizacji obiektu.
• Kiah (10/5): Very good stay. - Apartment was very clean and the bed was comfy, decent location. We came by car so was easy to get to places. 2 supermarkets very close by. Best restaurants Mangalaki and Soukris 6 mins by car. The air-conditioning took a long long time to heat up the room. Cyprus in general has cold buildings in the winter, the unit in the bedroom took much longer than the loung- but was comfortable once warmed and we slept well.

• Terri (5/5): - Apartment was freezing when I arrived. No instructions to use the aircon to heat it. Had to put the boiler switch on for hot water but in the morning, the shower was barely warm. The apartment was very sparse, very little furniture - maybe fine in summer but not so great in winter. Very basic and far from "cozy". There was also hardly any toilet paper when I arrived... had to go hunting for another toilet roll in the cupboard. No shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries on which was annoying. The location isn't great and parking space is awkward.

Zarezerwowałam apartament od 12 listopada,wysłałam prośbę o możliwość zameldowania się o 1 w nocy.Zaakceptowano ją.Właściciel w dzień naszego wylotu, wyraził zdziwienie, że chcemy zameldować się 12 listopada o godzinie 1 w nocy, tłumacząc, że to błąd bookingu i w apartmanecie są ludzie.Zameldował nas w pokoju obok, który był jego znajomych.Tamten apartament był brudny,mnóstwo czarnych włosów,balkon zalany i dano jeden komplet pościeli,mimo że zaznaczaliśmy że będzie nas4osoby(to był inny właściciel, jednak wpłynęło to na nasze nastroje).Musieliśmy zapłacić45euro dodatkowo.Kolejnego dnia przenieśliśmy sie do naszego apartamentu.To co rzuciło mi się w oczy to pleśń na ścianie przy łazience.Szafa w sypialni śmierdziała wewnątrz pleśnią, a była tam włożona pościel i prześmiardła.Musiałam ją wyprać(używać miały ją dzieci). Szafa w łazience również bardzo śmierdziała.Wieczorem gdy chcieliśmy się wykąpać, okazało się, że nie działa bojler.Właściciel zadeklarował naprawę następnego dnia i udostępnił nam inny apartament żebyśmy mogli się umyć (było to miłe ale niekomfortowe dla nas).Kolejnego dnia, gdy próbowaliśmy się wykąpac, bojler znów nie działał (mimo naprawy)...tym razem inny apartament był zajęty więc musiałam grzać wodę w garnku żeby dzieci mogły umyć się w ciepłej wodzie (w listopadzie wieczory nie są już przyjemne, więc ciepła kąpiel jest konieczna).Bojler w końcu naprawiono ale niesmak pozostał.Apartament był głośny, kilka razy w nocy obudzili mnie sąsiedzi, którzy trzaskali drzwiami.Nasze drzwi wewnętrzne do łazienki i sypialni tak piszczały, że mąż musiał je nasmarować.Ostatecznie dzień przed wyjazdem zapytałam czy możemy wymeldować się po południu, bo lot mamy w nocy-dostałam odmowę bo właściciel miał już zrobioną rezerwację i to było dla mnie w porządku.Cierpliwość jednak skończyła się, gdy w dzień wymeldowania dostałam wiadomość z przypomnieniem, o której godzinie mamy się wynieść. Po tym wszystkim co znieśliśmy, liczyliśmy na więcej wyrozumiałości dla nas.

• Alex (9/5): Perfect for our short stay - The property has been recently renovated to a very high standard. It’s comfortable, modern and well equipped. It’s well located a short walk to a strip of local restaurants and bars and a short distance from the beach. The building the apartment is located in, isn’t to the same high standard as the apartment itself. But that’s a minor point.

• Tatiana (7/5): - чисто, тихо, недалеко от моря. неудобная парковка. бассейн, который относится к номеру был грязный, но владелец сказал, что мы можем пользоваться бассейном из соседнего комплекса, но при этом надо было врать, что мы проживаем в других апартаментах. детям сделали замечание по этому поводу в бассейне. это смущало.

• Miltos (10/5): Clean and comfort stay. - The room was very comfort and clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We received clear instructions about check in. The location at first felt not very central, but everything you need is in walking distance. There is also a quiet awesome beach at walking distance. Family friendly neighbourhood, 20 minute drive from Ayia Napa for the party people. Tip: message the host before check in, so they can provide all the necessary details.

• Ac80 (10/5): Comfortable stay - We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it. The place is cosy, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location near many amenities. Great value for money – would definitely recommend it! The building is old and needs also renovation from the outside.

• Nejmi (9/5): Very pleasant and accommodating - Very clean and easy to access. Area is lovely with shops nearby. Once the heaters were on, the property warmed up quickly and it was very comfy. We had all the appliances we needed and the owner was very polite and helpful

• Demetra (6/5): Cozy and well-located, but with room for improvement. - The apartment has a great location, being close to both a supermarket and Zorbas, making it convenient for groceries and meals. It’s cozy, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for a stay. The addition of a smart TV was a nice touch, offering entertainment options after a day out. Unfortunately, the balcony door could not be locked, which felt like a security concern. The water pressure for hot water in both the sink and bathroom was almost non-existent, making it challenging to use. Additionally, the mattress was not very comfortable as the springs could be felt, which impacted sleep quality.

• Radu (9/5): A solid 9 apartment - I give this accommodation a solid 9. The apartment is as described by photos. Clean and good value for money. A decent tavern (Kanas) is meters away. If you want more options, go on Kennedy Ave, still walking distance. A bit noisy, due to the passing cars. This may have to do with the windows - only one sheet of glass, as it appears to be common in Cyprus. The mattress in the bedroom was very soft and seemed of rather low quality. Both these points are subjective, other guests may have no issue with them.

Compound with a swimming pool and parking space, everything was very convenient. Apartment was clean and we felt home during our 3 nights there. Easy communication with the owner. We really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant next door is just amazing Nothing, everything was perfect for the price we paid and the services they offer
