• Sarah (10/5): Agréable studio avec une magnifique vue - La vue !! La propreté et l’aménagement du studio. Le parking privé. Les échanges avec l’hôte. Vigilance pour monter/descendre au lit car il n’y a pas de rampes mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

• Anton (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr schön. Direkt am See und mit Blick auf die Berge. Es liegt direkt ein kleines Skigebiet vor der Tür. Wenn der See geforen ist, kann man auch Schlittschuhlaufen gehen. Ebenfalls kann auch gut wandern gehen. Es ist viel Natur ringsrum. Die Fahrtdauer in das größere Skigebiet Verbier dauert ca. 30 min und ist vertretbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, trotz einiger Kritikpunkte. Trotz des schönen Kamins fehlen Brand- und Kohlenmonoxidmelder. Im Flurbereich ist auch nichts vorhanden. Im ganzen Gebäude sind mehrere Kaminanlagen. Feuerlöscher waren im 3. Obergeschoß ebenfalls keine. Meines Erachtens ist das lebensgefährlich und auch nicht zulässig. Hier wäre Verbesserungspotential vorhanden. Unangenehm empfanden wir den Wohnungsgeruch. Es roch nach kalten Zigarettenrauch, der auch nach mehrmaligen lüften nicht fortging. Scheinbar ist dieser in den Möbilar eingezogen. Das Apartment befindet sich ganz oben und ist nur sehr umständlich zu erreichen. Man muss erst durch drei Treppenhäuser in den dritten Stock, um die Wohnung zu erreichen. Das war etwas nervig und man verläuft sich schnell. Die Wohnung hätte für Urlauber, die mehrere Tage dort verbringen, etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Es waren keine Mülltütten vorhanden. Es wurde nur 1x Toilettenpapier Rolle hinterlassen und Spülmittel waren auch nicht vorhanden.

The person we contacted was friendly and tried to guide us on the phone to reach the apartment To get into the apartment was rather complicated and difficult. To enter one has to go to one of the two entrances (which one?), then up one floor after walking along gangways, then walk upstairs to get to the apartment. It is rather difficult for elderly people with languages. The bed is above the room and needs to take a small lather, as shown in one of the pics
• Penny (8/5): Lovely location, but not for anyone but the very agile. - Lovely view from balcony. Good shower. The bed was dangerous to climb down from as there is no hand rail or post to hold on to as you turn round.

• Paola (9/5): Superb view of Champex lake. A real treat after a long hike. - View from balcony over the lake. Kitchen facilities. Cleanliness. Having to climb up a ladder to the bed.
• Wenshu (10/5): - 舒適的空間規劃，正對湖景，可以方便使用的廚房與配備良好的調料、鍋具與碗盤等，冰箱與吹風機、電熨斗、電視機都具備，陽台與晾衣架也有，離可以採買的超市也不遠！ 重點是還有浴缸可以泡澡，對於累了一天的旅人可以得到很好的舒緩！ 而且房東非常客氣與有方法，提前在我們抵達前傳送如何取得鑰匙與走入公寓的影片，讓幾次入住公寓不得其門而入的我們感覺非常方便！
• Sarah (8/5): Gorgeous apartment right on Champex-Lac - Lovely small apartment with excellent kitchen, bathroom and living space. Beautiful balcony overlooking Champex-Lac, excellent location. Very cosy and inviting. Mezzanine bedroom was difficult to access, and as we were there when there was a heat wave, sleeping in the mezzanine was very hot.
• Sophie (8/5): Un séjour très agréable, calme et au frais. - L'emplacement de l'hébergement, le calme, le balcon avec vue sur le lac. Le studio moderne est pensé avec soin et joliment décoré, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Idéal avec un enfant. Peut-être juste l'odeur de l'adoucissant pour le linge, qui est personnellement trop forte pour nous.

• Gemini_ms (10/5): A charming "little Canada" home-away-from-home, perfect place to get away from it all - First ever visit to Champex-Lac and this is a top spot -- self-contained self-catering apartment on what is effectively the top floor of a beautiful period building literally across the road from the lake itself, free on-site parking, wifi, balcony with endless views south, south-west, and west looking over the lake at La Breya mountain and forests - a small kitchenette with fridge, stove and all usual amenities - comfy enough double bed (suspended, accessed by ladder - which was fun for us) - and extra sofa/seating area, separate high table/eating spot, and of course the balcony -- I would 100% stay here again (if not buy the place) :P

• Sheila (9/5): Fabulous location, spotless apartment, recommended if you're fit! - The videos explaining how to find the building, and then the key, and then the apartment, were very helpful. The flat is lovely and bright, with view over the lake and a balcony. A pleasure to wake up to! Champex-Lac was a first for me, and I fell in love with it immediatley. The apartment is compact but well-equipped. The kitchen utensils, crockery and cookware is good quality. The bed is very comfortable. The WIFI is good, there is a sound system that works via Bluetooth. There is a shower in a bathtub, which is quite rare for an apartment of this size. And everything was absolutely spotless. Martine was very responsive for the small questions I had. I would point out, however, that this is not an apartment for people with mobility issues. There is a lift in the building, but there are still stairs involved to reach it, and there are two floors of circular staircase afterwards before reaching the apartment. Also, the bed is accessed by a ladder.
