• Brandon (10/5): Great place to bring your significant other. - *This is a "LOVE HOTEL". Not suitable for children!* The room I booked had several great amenities. A huge wet room with shower and jacuzzi, a spacious vanity room, a large comfortable bed, a karaoke room, and a massage chair. The room also included other spicy amenities for you and your significant other, if you know what I mean. Then of course the necessities: Soap, toothbrush, kettle, microwave, and minifridge. Stayed there for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The room had a panel by the bed to control all the lights and even play music. The TV was pretty big, which was nice, and the walls were soundproof--didn’t hear any local trains or next door neighbors. Had no issues coming and going as we pleased, and daily room service was available. Overall, great experience, had a lot of fun here. There was a surprising lack of windows. I guess considering this is a love hotel, privacy and noise isolation is the number one priority.

Initially smelt a little bit smokey in the room but this soon cleared. Some noise in the room when the room above was being cleaned.

• Melisa (10/5): Great Expereince - The Hotel is well located close to Otsuka station. The staff is friendly and the room has everything you may need. The Karaoke, the massage sofa and the Bathtub are amazing! I wished the receptionist would have talked to me in english, since I made the reservation and was completely ignored for not speaking japanese. But overall they were kind and friendly.

• Fish (9/5): Great amenities and very spacious!! - Extremely spacious!! My first time at a love hotel!! It's a little old but not bad at all. They have ktv ! The dressing table is amazing !! The jacuzzi WAS VERY BIG!! They gave lots a of amenities like masks for all parts , hair mask , foot mask, bubble bath etc. I'm spoiled The towels and jacuzzi's hygiene might be questionable .

• David (9/5): Our first Love Hotel Experience - Firstly, as stated on various websites, this is an adults only "Love Hotel". So if you are a prude you might be better staying elsewhere. The hotel itself is close to Otsuka station on the Yamanote line which allows access to most of Tokyo with only one change of train for most locations. There is a selection of restaurants, bars and shops close by as well. The woman on reception spoke a little English and was polite, although it is recommended to have a translation app handy just in case. The room itself, while a little expensive, was beautiful, clean and huge in comparison to the other hotels we had stayed in during our Japan holiday. For us (an openminded couple), the jacuzzi bath was amazing. Karaoke, movies (including adult movies), an adult toy all made our stay more romantic and special. You are asked to give you key in at reception when you go out, but they do give you a card with your room number which is good (and ensures you don't lose the key I think). In all, we loved the love hotel experience and would definitely stay here again. Nothing. We enjoyed the whole stay.

We booked the nicest room we could get for our honeymoon, and we were surprised with all the freebies and facilities offered. We had a real jacuzzi, massage chair, karaoke machine, and netflix in the bedroom. The whole experience was pure luxury. The food we ordered to the room was incredibly inexpensive and delicious! They do not speak any English but were very patient and happy to use Google Translate. I can't say anything negative, truly a fantastic experience throughout, even though we stayed one night.
