Key wouldn’t work for the car park until it was fixed.
Lounge had stains all over it and was filthy .
Mattresses and bedding were disgusting not clean, uncomfortable we barely got any sleep.
Key was difficult to retrieve out of the door .
There was mould and water damage on the roof of the ensuite .
We were instructed to leave the keys at the convenience store upon leaving, and the store was not yet open yet .

Apt size Couldn't access the carpark with the fob so Couldn't use our car while in the city. Notified on first day of 4 day stay never got fixed
Couch was very badly stained
Main bed mattress was upside down so slept the first night on springs
No hot water in the mornings

- Jame (1/5): Do not stay here and booking.com needs to remove their property. - Good location and close to shops and the train. I messaged the owner 45 mins before 3pm check in, advising we were on the train headed for the apartment and if we could please get in early as we had travelling all day. They responded saying they would check with the cleaners if it was ready. 3pm came and went and there was no update. We waited at the gate for 50 minutes before then getting a message advising that they key is actually at a convenient store and the room was now ready at 3.50pm. Bear in mind Sydney was cold that day so wasn't a pleasant experience waiting around with no communication. There was no explanation or excuse for a room not to be ready when I've paid for it from 3pm.
The beds are terrible as are the pillows, and the towels are cheap/horrible. One morning there was no hot water at all. There was no instruction how to use the Wifi, had to continually ask questions of the owner. Here's a hint - go and print some instructions and notes about your apartment and leave them in a handy place.
But wait it gets better....part way through the stay there is a knock on the door and then the door proceeds to be opened by an older gentlemen with a key. I asked the owner what was going on and she had nothing she could say, but we felt like the apartment was compromised which is the last thing you want when you have all your belongings and passports etc.
Leaving - well there was no instructions and had to ask as well. They said to take the key to the convenient store....well we were out at 6.30am so its not open. They they said to leave key on the kitchen bench.
To be honest, Sydney was great but this stay is the worst I've had in a long time. If you don't know how to run an apartment don't attempt to. And why was someone opening the door with a key while we were in it??
- Sung (1/5): Dirty, low-volume towels and blankets, dirty sofas, bad attitude and manners of the owner to check in. - There are many shopping centers and restaurants around Check-in for this accommodation is until midnight. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and the owner of the accommodation messaged me to take the key to the convenience store, but it closed. The owner didn't even call me, just chatted on the app, slowing down the time very much. My family waited in front of the hotel for over an hour, called customer center booking.com to protest, and received the key an hour later, but the staff didn't apologize and asked for $50 instead. It was ridiculous. My family only had four towels and blankets for five people, and they were covered in dirty dust. I asked for more towels and blankets, but the owner didn't give me. And it was uncomfortable when I took a shower because of poor drainage. And the rusty old laundry drying rack and dirty liquid-stained couch were a shock. I am very angry with the owner who was fooled by the clean pictures of the accommodation, who was not friendly and lacked toiletries and didn't help us kindly. The most important thing about the trip was the accommodation. However, I felt tremendously offended and the employee's attitude of asking me for money without apologizing was the worst. I would never recommend this accommodation. It was the worst of all my trips abroad. Other reviews are lies. The owner needs reflection
