• GEORGIA (9/5): - Perfect location near metro station. Very clean and spacious apartment. Coffee caps provided were appreciated. Second floor without elevator. The bed was not stable and made too much noise.

• Oshri (6/5): Ok nothing more. - Roomy apartment Elevator not reaching ground floor, we had to carry up the stairs the luggage and stroller. The bath is uncomfortable. The towels had a bad smell.

• Waldemar Lazzarini (9/5): Localização e conforto ótimos, com exceção do acesso por escadas e de pequenos reparos. - A localização é excelente, sendo ao mesmo tempo tranquila, segura e muito próxima do metrô. O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo e o anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso, nos atendendo muito bem e tornando a estadia agradável. A experiência foi muito boa, mas houve dois pequenos inconvenientes: o acesso ao apartamento é feito por escadas, o que dificultou um pouco a subida e descida com a bagagem pesada. Além disso, a ducha estava com problemas, com pouca pressão de água por estar parcialmente entupida.
• Kevin (8/5): Wonderful appartment in a very central and nice neighborhood - Very nice location, spacious and well-equipped apartment! Very responsive and friendly owner. Everything was perfect, except for the toilet that didn’t flush very well and the cleanliness that had room for improvement.
• Sood (9/5): Good owners, centrally located near metro. - Owner was very responsive and let us drop the bags earlier while the cleaning was going on. Cups weren’t clean, bathroom door requires fixing - it appears to be broken. Had a hard time flushing the toilet
• Justyna (10/5): - Pierwszy raz mogę z przekonaniem napisać - nieskazitelnie czyste! Ponadto bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, super lokalizacja (rewelacyjny sklep tuż za rogiem, blisko stacji metra). Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, było naprawdę wszystko czego potrzeba. Dla mnie 10/10.

• Torsten (1/5): Schlimmer geht es nicht. - Es wurde ein Brotkorb mit Croissants und ein paar Marmeladen am Anreisetag bereitgestellt. Die vorlaufende Kommunikation war gut und freundlich. Diese Unterkunft ist eine Bruchbude im klassischen Sinne des Wortes. Man findet ein höheres Niveau in der letzten denkbaren Studenten-WG. Die Türen zum Bad und zu den Räumen sind Falttüren und nicht vollständig schließbar. In der Küche sitzt man auf ungepolsterten Gartenstühlen aus Holz und das ist so unbequem, dass man kaum sitzen kann. Was allerdings auch OK ist, weil man sich in einer solchen Küche eh nicht aufhalten will. Das Bad des Grauens: Der Klodeckel ist nicht richtig fest gewesen. Wenn man sich nicht sehr aufs Hinsetzen konzentriert, ist die Gefahr groß, einfach seitlich mit der ganzen Konstruktion abzurutschen. Sehr gefährlich! Die Dusche besteht aus einer Badewanne, die unten so derart schmal zuläuft, dass man sich nicht mal mit Schuhgröße 40 zur Dusche ausgerichtet hineinstellen kann. Durch die schmale Konstruktion hat man permanent vollen Körperkontakt mit dem in die Jahre gekommenen Duschvorhang. Die Dusche selbst hat zwar einen Rainshower Aufsatz, jedoch zischt das Wasser nur durch 5 Löcher mit derart hohem Druck, dass man es darunter kaum aushält. Die Rohre hat jemand braun gestrichen und dabei alles vollgesaut. Überall finden sich braune Tropfen und Sprenkeln, welches die fehlende Hygiene noch unterstreicht. Auf dem Thermostat lag fingerdicker Staub und über die ganz fiesen Stellen wurde in Küche und Bad so eine Art Rasenmatte genagelt. Der Putz bröckelte von den Rohren und unterstreicht ebenfalls, dass hier nie ein Lappen zum Einsatz gekommen ist. In unserem Schlafzimmer war neben dem Bett eine Art Sessel, der von den Flecken her so aussah, als wäre dort gerade ein Tier niedergekommen und von den noch vorhandenen Haaren und dem Geruch her, könnte man auf einen Hund tippen.

Beaucoup de parking sécurisés, nous étions garé devant pour 20 euros la journée (2euros/h) . Je recommande grandement pour un séjour et une visite de Milan sereine 👌

• Dominic (9/5): - Excellent location, great communication for check in and check out - allowed an extended check out time if an extra hour, which helped us a lot
• Audrey (9/5): Good. - The apartment was super clean, double bed super comfortable, very quiet area. It’s not super big but good for 3/4 persons. We woke a bit late before to check out at 10:00am which we didn’t need more than additional 15/20mins, at 10:01 heard a knock on the door to check if we checked out. In spare room only 1 power supply next to the door, the toilet flushing was getting stuck.

There are 2 hotels named Dea Dreams in Milan, we got lost trying to find the correct accommodation ... not a fault of the hotel just something to be mindful of when you stay

• Roland (7/5): Good - The communication was good and the ability to unluck the door with a keypad worked well. The rooms were laid out nicely and had good space. The AC didn’t work during our stay which made it pretty uncomfortable during the heat of the summer. The towels were uncomfortable hard and musky, the shower/ bath didn’t feel too clean and you can hear the neighbors flush the toilet.
• Brian (9/5): Great Great location to arrive from Malpensa and get around Milan - Check-in was made easy as communication was done well. Instructions were clear and focused on the important stuff. The place was very well prepared for arrival, taking stress away to just get started and head out into Milan. The apartment was fine for me, but older people might feel a little wobbly standing in a bathtub for a shower. It's probably as described, so it is not a problem 👌
• Kate (7/5): Good - Convenient location We did not notice the price did not include parking and city tax, I.e. ultimately +34 Eur. The place as such was clean (bathroom, beds...), but the dishes were not, which did not make a good impression. Also, only one of us managed to get a hot shower, the rest of us showered in cold water (we are very careful about excessive water consumption so it was not because of the first one to go using up the hot water).

• Tamar (8/5): Great location, nice apartment. Needs a bathroom door - The location is great- nice neighborhood, close to the metro and shops. The apartment is cute and comfortable. The facilities were good and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the bathroom- the door is a sliding light door with no lock- it did not close all the way; the toilet did not flush easily ; there are no curtains on the window- so not very private.
• Irene (9/5): Great place to stay in Milan with family - We stayed in Milan with the whole family (1 child 4 years old and 1 child 4 months old) for my husband’s work. We loved the location, it is one of the best places to stay in Milan in my opinion, very close to City Life district and very close to Pagano metro station and parking area (M1, Red metro). The apartment is suitable for a family of 4 and more (up to 5 people). It has everything necessary for a pleasant stay, including a washing machine if you are staying longer than a couple days. Keys are needed to use the elevator and they were not provided. So if you are using a stroller it needs to be left downstairs. We took it up to the apartment for extra security, although I feel we could have safely left it downstairs.

See you next time 🙏 The only thing is that there is no elevator, A little bit hard with suitcase to go up to the second floor.
