• Viatcheslav (10/5): - Great place in an excellent location - very close to the Spanish Steps. In addition it has many good restaurant around, one is just in the same building. It also has some 24/7 minimarkets nearby where you can buy water etc, if needed. Overall, great stay!

• Магдалена (10/5): An exceptional stay — truly a gem in Rome! - This apartment exceeded all our expectations. It's incredibly spacious, tastefully decorated, and full of character, with high ceilings and large, bright rooms. Spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished, it made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. The location is perfect — just a short 10-minute walk to both Barberini and Repubblica metro stations, and only 2 minutes from multiple bus stops. It made getting around the city effortless. The host's hospitality was outstanding — warm, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. We had a wonderful time in Rome and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended for families or friends looking for comfort, charm, and convenience. We’ll definitely be back! A small note for light sleepers: Two of the bedrooms faces the street, so there may be some traffic noise at night. It wasn’t an issue for most of us — out of four people, only one had difficulty falling asleep — but it’s something to keep in mind if you're a particularly light sleeper.

The hosts, Rosa and Antony, are amazing - they were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, The apartment is incredible - in terms of location, cleanliness and amenities provided - and also huge and extremely comfortable. We really felt like we were home! We received a complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in and an extra one because we were celebrating our daughter's 15th anniversary during our stay - these details show how they wanted us to have a great time - and we did! Thank you, we hope to be back in Rome in the future and we would stay here again, no question about it! Nothing
• Rebecca (10/5): Super spacious apartment - highly recommended - This apartment is simply amazing! The space is unreal, beds were super comfy, the extra touches from Rosa were just lovely too - complementary toiletries, coffee, wine, biscuits. The location is good for all the sights and there are many great restaurants nearby. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone. Nothing - it was amazing!
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed with a couple of friends and we loved it. Very spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Also, Anthony was really great helping with check-in, booking taxis for us and explaining everything. Really thankful for his help all the way through. Complimentary wine was also a great gesture although we don’t drink alcohol so we didn’t have it. Only downside, the day we were checking out the cleaner showed up to the door 5 min before check out time (10am). She didn’t speak a word of English which is fine but then she pulled a face on that we didn’t speak Italian, used Google translate to tell me she needs to clean and then walked straight in before we even walked out. I mean I understand that the place needs to be cleaned for the next guests but we were just about to leave, our bags were piled at the entrance and we’re doing the last round on the house tidying up the last bits and making sure we got everything. It would be nice to allow 5-10min after check out time before the cleaner shows up with a grumpy face on.
• Bargainhunter70 (9/5): Comfortable stay. - Nice location for restaurants etc . Well furnished. Host very attentive to needs. Walking distance from train station. The lock on the building outside door requires attention as it was not straight forward to open with key. I understand this is being looked at. The third bathroom in the apartment is up a flight of stairs off the kitchen and not near the bedrooms
• Jane (10/5): Perfectly located apartment with a luxurious feel. - The location was walking distance from the centre of the city and all the sites, yet the neighbourhood was quiet and just a short walk away from Borghese Park. The apartment was very well-equipped and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Also, Antony, the concierge, was always on hand for anything we needed. There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment or the location.

• Sejal (10/5): Beautiful place and great location - The property was soo beautiful. From when we walked in the decor was lovely & the rooms were really nice. The small touches like setting up the towels with a little pouch with some little Toileteries for each person was soo nice. The whole apartment was immaculate. We loved the dining & sitting area too. It was really nice to have the space as we were 6 people. The touch of getting us some snacks was really appreciated too and made us feel soo welcome! The welcome also from Anthony was really good and he was soo helpful. The location was great! Walking distance to all major attractions. Rosa was soo helpful even before we got there by contacting me and also sending me clear instructions of who will be meeting us. She also sent a big list of recommendations for restaurants. If I visit Rome again I will definitely be contacting Rosa again and book her amazing property We loved everything

• Филипп (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic property, very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location is perfect - a quiet area in close proximity to the city centre and villa Borghese. The landlord is very friendly and responsive. Property access instructions were accurate and clear.

It was a bit off-putting to see posted signs everywhere about the cleaning, expectations to keep everything in order and the need to keep towels clean, etc…
• Minakshi (8/5): Fantastic property. - Well located. with plenty of restaurants and shops around in a short walk. Our hosts gave us a bottle of red wine to welcome us. The concierge was waiting for us with the keys to the apartment and showed us around. very friendly and helpful. We were there for a week. They could have provided extra towels

• Sumant (10/5): Nice luxury apartment for large family or 3 couples. - Beautiful apartment. AC works well. Small elevator but was not a problem. Has washer. Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and excellent gelato place near by. Away from the really crowded tourist areas. We took Uber or taxis to go to see sights. Bathrooms are updated and modern. An issue with the AC unit in one of the bedrooms which leaked water. Told “ it happens when run it too much” but no solution or fix offered.
