• Agata (10/5): Wonderful neighborhood, close to Kuromon Market yet on the side where it's calm and quiet. - Spacious room, localization, balcony. It's close to Yamato luggage forwarding center.

• Morten (8/5): - Large room, aircon worked very well. Beds were quite comfortable. Location is decent. Size is bigger than most rooms in Japan. Pillow was a bit uncomfortable, pretty standard for Japan unfortunately.

• Glen (8/5): - First time using this concept. Liked the kitchenette and clothes washer. Small space but was sufficient for what we needed. It was dark outside and our Taxi dropped us off outside the 7-11 so it took us several minutes to find it in the dark down the street. That was on us as I should have had more pictures so I knew what we were looking for.
• Genma (7/5): Buena ubicación, difícil comunicación - Ubicación Difícil acceder y lavadora sin ningún tipo de instrucciones. Tampoco puedes hacer una colada porque no hay donde tender.
• Willeke (7/5): Fijne locatie, maar niet comfortabel - Locatie was top, goede uitvalsbasis om Osaka te verkennen. Accommodatie was schoon en inchecken en online communicatie gingen makkelijk. Ik vond de bedden niet comfortabel. De tweepersoonsbedden stonden tegen de wand, waardoor 1 persoon niet handig uit bed kon stappen. Kussens waren slecht (geen idee wat voor materiaal er in zat, maar we vonden ze alle vier onprettig en geen steun geven). De ruimte voelde krap voor 4 personen. Lag wellicht ook aan de indeling.
• TRI DUNG (9/5): Osaka nhộn nhịp. Namba đông đúc, sầm uất. - Vị trí thuận tiện, gần ga, taxi vào tận nơi, đầu đường có Family mart. Khu căn hộ yên tĩnh, gần chợ Koromon thuận tiện mua sắm, ăn uống. Tôi ở 4 đêm nhưng không có dọn phòng.

• Denise (4/5): Difficult, no human help, tiny room. - The location We just arrived in Japan and had issues with the internet, and couldn't check in. This meant we couldn't get the code to the lockbox. We tried to call the emergency numbers - no response at all. We ended up having to harrass a guest who let us get onto his room wifi, then finally found it. Not having a number to call in an emergency is a disgrace. Not enough hot water for 4 people to shower, room was very small. Not having simple things like wifi details visible - and always relying to be online and finding it in the check in link is silly. Make it easy for people! You offered an airport transfer - and then after going on chat, downloading the app, more mucking around, I found out there is no transfer after 5:30pm.

• Lynda (10/5): Throughly enjoyed our 8 nights at this hotel apartment. Will definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Osaka H - Perfect location. In a very quiet street but less than 8 mins walk to Namba Station and shopping streets, Dotonbori etc Modern clean apartments in a secured block with plenty of amenities including washing machine , air con, balcony etc. We washed our clothes and then took them to the laundromat across the road to use the dryers but you can also hang some clothes out on the balcony to dry. Loved having a balcony with sliding screen door - lets the fresh air in ! Beds comfortable. No noise from other rooms. Familymart 1 min walk away. Heaps of local food places to choose from. No onsite staff but very helpful and quick to reply to messages . The pillows. We ended up going to Daiso and buying alternative ones.

• DeVico (10/5): Wonderful apartment in the city - Clean, larger than expected. Having the washer was a bonus (it was about halfway through our trip, so it was time for some clean laundry). Great location to the area as well as to Namba Station. Even though staff is not on-site, they are very responsive through email. Not really anything we didn't like, but one suggestion is to add directions for the washer in English. That would be very helpful to us. We did figure everything out through Google translate. So, all was good

• 薪為 (9/5): 就在黑門市場旁 - 乾淨，自行入住，若住宿超過一晚，可在一樓自行拿取毛巾，就在黑門市場旁，可以買食物回去烹調或清洗食用，很方便。離千日前道頓堀心齋橋等逛街吃飯的鬧區很近，走路就可到，也有便利商店。 若住超過一晚要自行清理垃圾、換毛巾。 房間感覺沒有表示的大 房間內插頭、可以充電的地方超少。

• Stephanie (10/5): Excellent - The space was great for a family of 4, it was made better with a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge, with utensils to cook and clean), there is a toilet and a bathroom with a washing machine and clothes hanger externally on the balcony overlooking the other apartments, there is also a show cabinet and the location is just a minute or so from Kuromon market. Family mart is a few doors down, a lundretter also at the corner, many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were able to walk to Shinsekai, Namba, Animate, Dotonburi, Americamura. But if you’d prefer to take a train, there is one just 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There are amenities at the lobby for us to help ourselves with. It was a lovely location, lovely quaint place and even better the service from the moment I made booking to check out, the staff has been amazing. They are attentive and timely in their replies via messages. I was traveling with 2 young children and they were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you so much for such a comfortable and lovely stay. We would definitely come back.

About 5min walk to Nipponbashi Subway. 2 family mart just nearby and laundry shop just around the corner. Cozy apartment. Very clear instruction was given for self service. The response from the responsible was fast 👍 Is a bit small for me with 4pax + 4 luggage

• Lau (7/5): Value for money, my second time stay in this hotel. - The location is good, walkable to shinsaibashi, train direct to Nara and near to nakkai namba around 9 mins walk. Namba city is good with everything, there are a big Uniqlo can do customised printing T- shirts. Good for family although the room is small. There is no drying function for washing machine. I request for clothes pegs unfortunately they don’t have. Limited hanger but lucky they manage to pass me some after request. There is a laundry shop around 2 mins walk with drying facilities.

• Pakkardd (10/5): - Honestly, this is the best-value hotel I've ever booked on Booking.com! I traveled to Osaka with my family of three for 5 days and 4 nights in November 2025. The room was spacious enough for all of us. The electric toilet was clean and comfortable, the shower had reliable hot water, and the bathroom mirror was very practical. The beds were cozy—one large bed and one standard bed, both very comfortable. The location is excellent: just steps away from Kuromon Market and within walking distance to Namba, yet surprisingly quiet at night. There are also two FamilyMart convenience stores nearby, which was super convenient. Check-in instructions were a bit tricky at first, but the support staff responded to my messages promptly and helped me through it. The hairdryer in my room seemed slightly burnt, but when I requested a replacement, they handled it quickly—even though I never met any staff in person (except the cleaning lady). Please pass along my sincere appreciation to the hotel’s customer service team. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable! They also kindly gave us a voucher for free ramen at a partner restaurant. There are two branches—one in Shinsekai and one in Nipponbashi, which is closer to the hotel. Unfortunately, we only realized the Nipponbashi branch was closed the day before we left, and we didn’t have plans to visit Shinsekai again, so we missed the chance to use the voucher. It might have been a misunderstanding on our part, but we still appreciated the thoughtful gesture!

Location was so convenient, near Kuromon markets and 2 Family Mart. Just a 5-6min walk to the nearest train station. We were located in between Namba and Dotonbori, which was walkable. The property itself was comfy and spacious enough for a family of 4 with 6 luggage. It was handy to wash our clothes with the provided washer. We dried our clothing at the laundromat (payable) next door. They gave us a pdf with amenities and instructions on how to use appliances, rubbish handling etc. Everything was very thought through.

• GVV (10/5): Perfecto! - El apartamento estaba muy bien. Tal como se ve en las imágenes. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro. Las camas son muy cómodas. Todo estaba muy limpio. El apartamento dispone de lavadora. No hay secadora, pero en caso necesario, en la misma calle hay lavanderías. Todo perfecto! Todo fue genial, por lo que no tengo ningún comentario negativo.

• YI CHIEN (7/5): CP值算蠻高的住宿，交通便利、房間乾淨，但空間不大。 - 1.地點位在黑門市場旁邊 、不到100公尺也有一間全家、離日本橋站很近交通方便。 2.房間內有落塵區、陽台、鞋櫃、洗衣機、浴缸、小廚房、微波爐、各種鍋碗瓢盆，另外冰箱蠻大台的。 3.床跟枕頭很舒適。 4.晚上安靜不吵鬧。 1.四人房空間太小，一次訂多兩個大行李箱同時打開就沒位置可以走路，兩人住可能比較剛好。 2.最後一天遇到的房務人員態度不太友善。 3.房間內插座蠻少的，床頭旁沒有小桌子可以放東西，房間內唯一的桌子尺寸也很小。

• DIVINA (9/5): - El apartamento está muy bien equipado y limpio. La ubicación perfecta, la calle silenciosa y tranquila.Tiene una terraza muy limpia. Es luminoso.Habia lavadora y detergente. Pusimos la lavadora, todos los botones estaban en japonés y no había ningún papel en inglés explicando como debíamos ponerla. Lo solucionamos usando el traductor del móvil, pero creo que podía haber una pequeña aclaración de los mandos.
