• Boichuk (1/5): - I could not check in. Booking com still sorting out the way to return the money. The Host was very rude Working with lawyers regarding this case First and hopefully last experience, hope Boone else will get in such situation. After this I would not recommend booking com to anyone. As well as this Appartments. That's indeed. And the guy wanted also some fees)) Besides cleaning. Interesting, and see at the Cort) I didn't like that the host used in conversation not only ruse. But wirds like"f..." Horrible, that booking doesn't follow any rules. And this "Host" never provided the info how to check in. So payment for almost 1000, and booking did nothing regarding it!
• Susanne (1/5): Wahrscheinlich schöne Wohnung, wenn man denn das Glück hat, dass man einen Schlüssel bekommt. - Schlüssel sollte an einer anderen Adresse (paar Straßen weiter) abgeholt werden. Schlüsselbox war dort draußen an einem Müllplatzbegrenzungszaun befestigt. Leider kein Schlüssel in Box vorhanden, so dass Wohnung nicht bezogen werden konnte und wir nachts da standen. Vermieter zwar tel. erreichbar, aber nur bedingt lösungsorientiert! Die Aussage, dies sei ihm erst 2x passiert, dass der Schlüssel nicht drin war, ist m.M. 2x Zuviel. Da sollte ein anderes System gefunden werden! Nachts noch ein freies Hotel zu finden, wenn große Messe in der Stadt ist eine Zumutung.

• Melanie (4/5): - Strassenbahnhaltestelle gleich um die Ecke um in die stadt zukommen. Kommunikation des Vermieters war gut. Parkplatz inbegriffen stimmt nicht ganz man muss an der Straße parken das sollte man ändern. Ersatzmüllbeutel, Wischweg, Geschirrhandtücher haben gefehlt. Kleine Handtücher im Bad wären auch empfehlenswert.
• Reimar (9/5): Schöne, große und praktische Wohnung. - Geräumige, sauber Wohnung, mit gut augerüsteter Küche, gemütliches Bett, schnelles Internet. Die Fenster sind an der Straße, so dass im geöffneten Zustand Lärm eindringt.

• Alan (8/5): We enjoyed it very much. - Great location and nice apartment The kettle was broken. There was only one roll of toilet paper. There were no proper pillows ( this was a major failing) and there was no soap in the bathroom. The procedure for getting the key was poorly explained ( it was at another property across the street)
• Malina (8/5): Just good for a day or two - the apartment was nice, big enough, clean, with nice deco touches. It is close to tram that goes to city center. Collecting the key was a really hyde and seek game. The owner did not provide accurate information. The key box was on the ground, full of dust near a garbage lot. The entrance in the building was unfriendly with bad smell from garbage bins. The pillows need to be change, they are just a bag of balls.
