• Veronika (10/5): - The apartment is centrally located, the old town, train station are within 15 minutes walking range. The room and bathroom were both clean. The host is very helpful, she always replied to my messages within seconds. We arrived very early in the morning and we could drop off our bags and take a shower in the common bathroom which was great too.

• CHUNCHIEH (9/5): 麻雀雖小五臟俱全，冷氣熱水電梯，附近吃喝方便。 - 就在火車鐵道旁邊，樓下非常熱鬧有很多吃的，糖水甜品跟火鍋水果應有盡有，房間很小，也在一個很特別的地方，但有電梯，還提供免費洗衣烘衣，主人很好溝通也很樂於提供資訊，房間裡面什麼都有，還免費提供Netflix，我覺得很棒！ 唯一可以挑梯的是位置，在老城區的邊緣。

• Iaroslav (6/5): - Мне лично понравился номер, сам по себе и его изюминка - лифт прямо в номер (правда, моей девушке это не пришлось по вкусу, но это субъективно). Довольно уютно, всё в наличии, и кухня есть на этаже, и гостиная, приятно! По расположению довольно удобно, всё близко. Несмотря на дистанционное заселение, хозяин очень дружелюбно к нам относился, и был на связи. В общем-то, поставил бы я ему 8 баллов, но нам сильно, очень сильно не повезло, о чем в напишу в минусах. Если начать с мелочей, то я бы выделил сантехнику. Ещё не было в нашей поездке по Вьетнаму крана, которого было бы приятно касаться. Вроде чисто, но, уверен, что если его серьезно отмыть, или вообще поменять, на те, гладкие, что мы везде видели в Таиланде, будет ещё лучше. В целом, в номере по углам было кое-где пыльно. Немного не понравилось, что в стиральной машинке, которая, вроде бы предполагалась для нас, уже лежали отельные простыни, соответственно, мы ей не воспользовались. Свет на кухне слегка моргает. Но это всё мелочи и легко исправить. Теперь про наше невезение. Итак, отель расположен в узком дворе похожем на лабиринт, за двумя кодовыми замками. Посмотрите видео с инструкциями по доступу в номер заранее, а не как мы! Но это ладно, подумали и разобрались. А вот когда уезжали, нам надо было выйти в четыре с чем-то утра и успеть к месту трансфера. В это время внешние ворота двора ещё закрыты на ночь, и по инструкции нужно было взять из неприметного локбокса ключ и открыть ворота изнутри. Чего мы не ожидали, так это того, что всю ночь будет идти ливень, и весь двор затопит, буквально затопит. Ладно, пробрался я к воротам и выяснилось, что навесной замок на воротах висит с внешней стороны решетки. Итак, я стараюсь дотянуться, чтобы его открыть в темноте, в одной руке фонарик, в другой - ключ, и вдруг роняю его, естественно с другой стороны ворот, естественно куда-то в воду. И не видно куда. Пытаюсь выгнуть руку, чтобы нащупать его вслепую, но прутья мешают. Представили картину? Незнакомая страна, ночь, темный узкий двор, мы по колено в сточной воде, под ливнем, с плавающими рядом чемоданами, запертые, с обратным отсчётом времени до дорогого трансфера, пытаемся кричать, чтобы привлечь внимание, но никто не отзывается, ни внутри двора, ни снаружи. Пришлось перелезть через забор, чудом найти ключ и побежать на автобус. Но зато теперь есть интересная история :) Знаю, что это стечение обстоятельств, но что-то точно можно придумать, например кодовый замок.

• Lloyd (10/5): Cozy and great location! - Third time staying here as it’s conveniently located and so cozy! Slept so well every night as the bed is comfy and the AC is good!

It really has the comfort of home we haven’t been able to get from hotels and the bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in while being away. The free coffee and laundry facilities are a great bonus and the host’s quick responses, friendliness, and ability to accommodate us when we extended by a night made it one of our best stays.

The owner is super helpful and friendly made everything very easy. The owner helps with our bus journey and gave advice about local places. The room is comfortable and clean and good value all round. I would recommend.

The bed is very comfy and the host is so kind. It’s also in a great location, close to shops, old quarter and right next to train street! The WiFi is good too.

• Isabelle (9/5): A very comfortable stay in Hanoi, in an ideal central location in the heart of the city. - We only had one night but very much enjoyed our stay here. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in and the shower was very good! The room was very clean, with water, snacks, slippers, towels and shower toiletries provided. The location was also very central, close to many bars, cafes and restaurants. We were able to leave our luggage safely in the lobby after check-out as well, which was useful. Our only small criticisms would be that there isn’t much natural light in the room as there is just one narrow window in the corner. Also, the light from the elevator can sometimes be a little disturbing to your sleep if someone uses it late at night to go up a floor above.

• Akb (10/5): Beautiful experience in Hanoi City centre. - It exceeded my expectations in all front and the host extended her support and help beyond my expectations. This was my second visit to this property and I would love to come back here again. The host also helped me by providing many meaningful insights about the city’s landscapes and memorials, which made my planning easier than thought of. I’ll give five star for the entire property including the beautiful location, which is just outside the Old Town but two minutes from the Train Street, the main attraction of Old Town. May be more intense monitoring of the cleaning staff will further make this place better.

• Maine (10/5): Very Comfortable Place to Stay - The room is exactly like the pictures. It's very cheap and yet it has everything you need esp. hot and cold showers, strong water pressure, smart TV, hair blower, clothes iron, washing machine and kitchen. Very close to attractions and food places we plan to visit (train street, tam vi, Cong caphe, temple of literature, Vietnam military museum, Lenin park, Hanoi flag tower, thang long citadel, bac son monument, HCMM and museum, Ba dinh square, Presidential palace, One pillar pagoda and Phan Ding Phung street) The host is very friendly and would reply promptly to my queries. Due to our bus schedule we had to arrive around 4 AM and because the main gate is not yet open she offered a 24/7 cafes nearby that we can stay until 5:20AM. We chose Xofa cafe. It was very cozy and there were a lot of students pulling an all nighter so it's safe haha. We went there and other travelers from our bus came with us because they had nowhere to stay and still waiting for a reply from their host. We were lucky we had an amazing host. The host really went above and beyond given that she also allowed us to check in early at 5:20AM for free. And even if there's a guest and we will not be able to check in early there's a living room in the first floor that we can still stay on and rest for a while. There's also free welcome snacks in the room. Although it's a self service check-in and was not able to meet the host we were super pampered hehehe. We were super thankful and happy with our experience. By the way, there's a window too but don't expect on the view. This is fine with us because we are mostly outside and the room is spacious enough that we don't feel stuffy without a view on the window. The bed though is very very comfy. NONE
