• Wiem (9/5): Good value for money - Our host was nice, super reactive to our messages, and provided bottled water. The check in went super smoothly as well. The residence was really close to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor with plenty of places to eat. The swimming pool and the view from the 37th floor were gorgeous. The view from the room was amazing too. The room could use refreshments such as: painting, joints, and more hooks to dry the wet clothes and towels.

• Gareth (8/5): Good location and room with a few flaws - Good location, room was clean and comfortable. Gym and sauna were nice. The pool was also nice, but very busy most of the day. Rooms above us were noisy most nights with crying children and chairs scraping on the floor. The building only has 5 lifts for all of the residents to use. Getting the lift to the lobby or to your room can take a very long time depending on how busy the building is.

Also the location was perfect as it’s close to the malls for shopping, exploring Bukit bintang and getting a train as that’s only a couple minutes walk away. I wish the property had a lamp next to the bed and a fridge.

• Jesus (8/5): Overall cool! - There was some miscommunication in the beginning because the first day I was changed temporarily to another similar room and no one told me I had to make a safety deposit in cash but the rest of the trip, Nazim, the guy who was in touch with me, had an excellent communication and made sure I was OK during my stay. The facilities are OK for the price. Very nice city views from the infinite pool. Loved having a washer/dryer in the room. There is a convenient store which is part of the building. WiFi inside room works well but, once you are in the hallways or the front desk or the pool, it was very complicated to get signal. Elevators are very busy, crowded. Sometimes it takes like 10 minutes to take an elevator.

• Tahira (4/5): Disappointed - I loved the location everything was near by Terrible Staff, Rude and Unprofessional I am extremely disappointed with the staff who managed the property during my recent stay. From the moment we arrived after a long flight, the staff member was rude and judgmental, seemingly profiling us as "Arabic people." He rushed us without even allowing us to view the apartment properly and kept emphasizing that his duty finished at 12 AM, pressuring us to hurry. The staff member insisted on immediate payment and refused to provide a second key, despite our booking being for three adults. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially with lift waiting times sometimes reaching 15-20 minutes. Unlike my previous positive experience at Sleeping Lion, this residence has so much potential, but the rude and unprofessional staff completely ruin it. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. Avoid this place if you value courteous and respectful service.

• Lynne (6/5): Buyer beware - Night 1. after a terrible flight, reaching KL...we were put in a very small room, bed was like a sleeping on a rock, no fridge...After voicing my disppointment, was, at additional cost placed in an apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. The view from the room was nice, the young man who was the housekeeper was very helpful. The red beret security guard who was behind the desk on our arrival, basically ignored us....he did not stand, nor acknowledge us.. ..he was busy yarning and picking his nose....so that was first bad impression. Nazim then greeted us and took us to our room.. It was a tiny room, with a bed that was like sleeping on a rock, the facilities very basic and no fridge was a complete turnoff The elevator system, that could take 20 minutes or more to get a ride. The chaos in the lobby, with people and suitcases waiting to leave was daunting. Once in the apartment we were at least able to sleep on a firm but comfortable bed, No safe or locked draw available for documents.. UNFORTUNATELY...with a 7 day stay.....we had no live TV available...we were informed that the TV only works on utube ..and that was if the WiFi for the TV was working and that wasn't.. and unless you had a Netflix account...no TV With the pool...Axon people not allowed to have a towel. I would not ever recommend a traveller to stay at AXON...it is made out to be better than it is in the photos. We also had concerns for the fact we did not see one fire extinguisher and with the amount of people, the elevator system and the size of the building people would have no hope of escape, let alone a medical emergency. We did also witness an altercation in the lobby, of a customer with his wife and child watching and one of the young men who take people to their room. I DID feel it necessary to take photos of the room when we left incase we were accused of not leaving it in perfect condition...did leave a note to say light over bathroom basin needs replacing, and suggestion for exhaust fan for the bathroom as mould already forming in grouting in the shower.
• Sonja (9/5): Fantastische Aussicht - Das Axon liegt mitten in der Stadt, vieles kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Genial ist der Freisitz und der Pool im 37. Stock. Die Aussicht von dort oben ist mega. Im Apartment hat es nicht gut gerochen und es war auch nicht besonders sauber.

• Erzsébet (10/5): - A hely tökéletes volt. Az appartmanunkban 3 hálószoba nappali és 2 fürdőszoba volt. Tiszta, modern, tökéletesen felszerelt. Három szobából fantasztikus kilátás volt az üvegfalon keresztül a Kuala Lumpur legszebb panorámájára. A medence volt a csucs, különösen naplementekor. A tulajdonos mr. Nazim hihetelenül segítökész volt. 6 főre foglaltunk, de tányér, pohàr, csésze nem volt elegendő. Ez azért nem viselt meg minket annyira. Kevés volt a lift az appartmanokhoz képest(2 hatalmas, kb 40 emeletes ház. Sokat kellett várni rá, néha 10 meteres sorok voltak. A forgalom nagy volt, a taxik csak lépésben haladtak.
