Thank you very much to the amazing service provided. - Amazing location, quiet at night but a short 3 minutes walk to the main road, walking distance everywhere! The toilet became blocked one evening. First thing in the morning the plumber was there fixing it straight away. All perfect!

• Jano (9/5): Could not recommend this property more. Thank you to opening up a home in the heart of Roma. - The property was located in walking distance to almost everything. Staff were super helpful & always communicating. The only thing I would say is more toilet paper required rather than 1 roll for 4 people for 4 nights.

• Laurie (10/5): Once we were moved to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom it was excellent. - None Bathroom fixtures were way too modern and too hard to figure out. The one shower was almost dangerous - you had to have a staiR or step to get up into it and you had to hold on to a bar to get in and out of it. If you were very large you might not even be able to get into it. It was very high quality but not practical at all.

Spacious apartment with amenities++, including a washing machine. Value for money. Exceptionally clean. Host easily contactable & hospitable. Pillows a bit flat.
• Georgia (9/5): Superb - Good location. Aircon in large bedroom wasn’t the best. Others were fine. Communication good. Shower wasn’t great. Shower head is a ‘water saver’, which basically makes it unusable. Baths were the best option. Comfortable beds. Kitchen amenities were good.

No house cleaning is done or offered in 10 days… what I think is not ok. So you have to start washing your towels and your bedlinnen… No information was giving about the house keeping possibility’s ?? Some items are not functioning. Needs to be fixed, in the bathrooms etc …

Entry process was a bit confusing - welcome email link worked but Vikey app did not and we did not know which level the appartment was on. Made more challenging by the traditional small lift system.

• Camila (9/5): Nice apartment in Piazza del Popolo - Location is excellent, not that busy so you get a bit of peace. The apartment looks modern, and professional clean. The codes to open the doors makes the check in easy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a homemade meal. There’s a lift. One night some neighbours went outside to smoke and talk aloud which woke us up because the bedroom window faces the other apartment and the balcony is kind of shared. The bathroom is only in suite. There was definitely smell of cigarettes so it might be a good idea to ban smoking at all.

• Aiste (10/5): The stay was perfect! - Very nice and spacious apartment. The location of the apartment is very convenient, it is possible to walk everywhere. You don't hear street noise. Very helpful hosts. I was surprised by the quality and quantity of the towels, as well as all the necessary tools for a comfortable stay of several days - shower gel, pads for makeup remover , dishwasher tablets, etc. The floor of the apartment is very cold, but slippers are left for all guests. there were only two small knives in the kitchen, at least one big knife would be great

• Kirsty (9/5): Perfectly positioned, large, luxury apartment. Glad we chose it. - The location was superb. It was right in the centre, next to everything you could need or wished to see. The beds were very comfortable. There were some nice biscuits and chocolates and a bottle of champagne and some water on arrival. The apartment is really huge and well appointed. The layout of the house is really strange. There is one enormous opulent bedroom and one good sized bedroom. The huge bathroom is an ensuite to the smaller bedroom. My sister and her husband had to go through my bedroom to get to the toilet. The balcony was tight for three people. The lift only worked sometimes and it’s a lot of stairs when it doesn’t.
• Mandy (6/5): Very stylish & situated well but focus needed on the small practical things - The location is great. 5-7 min walk to the Spanish Steps, 10+ to the Trevi fountain and if you use scooters, you can get to the Vatican in about 15 minutes. There are some lovely restaurants - especially if you go down the side streets. The decor is very eclectic and spacious. Whilst the apartment comes with all the high end tech and appliances - there were no instructions (or at least none that we could find) on how to use the TV in the lounge (it was in install mode); there was no power at all to the TV in the kitchen & we had no idea how to use the Miele Hob. There is enough wardrobe space for about 20 people and does take over the apartment a bit. There are no hooks in either bathroom for towels and the door from the hall to outside wouldn't close properly. And no hot water from main shower head in en-suite so had to use the very small hand held shower.

• Robert (10/5): Great Location, Great Apartment, Great Stay. - The location was amazing, close to all the attractions. There was a lot of space for our family with us having 2 separate bedrooms. Great facilities a kitchen with everything you needed. A bottle of sparkling wine and sweets on arrival. The apartment was decorated to a high standard. There were 3 televisions in the apartment. There are lots of nice clean, fluffy towels. Our train was not to 13;35 so we were allowed to check out late at 13:00. Everything you needed for a great stay. The water pressure was a bit low on the overhead shower.
• Karol (10/5): Explicit experience ! 😀 - Everything from the moment we did the booking was Just perfect ! Frabcesca is a great, very hispitable and always ready to assist you person. The apartament is just awesome! Very spacius and decorated in a nice and modern way. Cleanliness level master and delicious Coffee available. We coukd albo celebrate the 1st night with a bottle of cimplimemtary Asti - so nice of the owner :) The location is Best in class. Few steps from Piazza del Popolo and the subway station. Bus stop also 2 min away, cozy and cały Street 15 minutes walk from the heart of Rome. If you ever consider coming to Rome, make sure you book this gorgeous place! :)
