The room, bathroom and beds are not clean. The room smells bad. The behavior of the staff at front office was very rude and unprofessional and unhelpful. The bed covers were dirty and damaged.

Déjà à l'entrée de l'hôtel c'est insalubre je ne parle pas de ce qui ce passe dans l'hôtel . Endroit vraiment insalubre équipement ancien qui ne fonctionne même pas . C'est vraiment sale , dans la chambre des cafards de partout et je n'ai jamais vu des cafards aussi gros que s'a. (Photo a l'appui du cafard dans la salle de bain ) . Final de l'histoire j'ai fait demi tour après avoir constaté que c'était envahi de cafard . On ne pas rembourser alors que j'ai même pas dormi j'ai eu la chambre 1h

Hrgtd (1/5): Possibly the worst hotel for the price point in Bangkok - The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaner was doing his/her best. How can they be expected to improve the obvious lack of care from management? Everything else apart from the staff, was atrocious. - Room decor was exhausted - carpets were worn and filthy - bathroom plumbing was poorly maintained - mattress was burnt with cigarettes - window did not latch The management and owners should be ashamed of themselves. Their staff deserve better.

And definitely DON'T be misled by the hotel's own images. - The hotel had only two saving graces - its location, and the size of the room (not the bathroom, which was too small). Everything else. Crappy infrastructure/lighting, badly maintained/appointed rooms, furniture that was old and falling apart, old and shitty towels/bedlinen/pillows etc. Worst of all? The bathroom was NEVER cleaned, outside of the obligatory changing of old and tattered towels for towels just as old and tattered.

As soon as I stepped into my room, the carpet was all dirty, the bed sheets stained, trash was still in the bin to be dumped, a cockroach was walking on the bed, there was such a strong and bed smoking smell and a creepy tv show was on the tv when I got in. I left immediately, I check out and found another place for the night. The area it was also not ideal, full of prostitutes who were waiting right in front of the hotel entrance and going up in the rooms with their clients. Honestly not recommended.

We checked in this hotel on 9th November 24 with two rooms.From 12th November 24, the hotel air-conditioning is not working up today.Loots of times contacted booking.com and hotel reception for early check out but finally no body allowed me. We contacted tourist police in Bangkok, and they said you should contact booking.com.We all people now are sick.
