• Andre (1/5): Cuidado! Não é um hotel. Reserva foi cancelada unilateralmente após a chegada. - Cuidado. Não é um hotel. Recomendo o Ibis Styles Wien. A reserva foi cancelada após minha chegada em sem aviso!! Somente porque cheguei às 00:15 devido a atraso no deslocamento do aeroporto. Tive que procurar outra hospedagem de última hora. O local não é um hotel! É um prédio residencial escuro e sem pessoas para recepção ou comunicação. Cuidado, pois se apresentam como hotel no Booking. Neste momento, início a longa briga para conseguir reembolso indenizatório. O filtro do Booking falhou para este caso. Me hospedei de última hora no Ibis Styles Wien. Fuja de Sophie's, pois é enganoso.

• Ana (7/5): In Ordnung - Die Lage war super. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war nichz weit weg vom Apartment. Ambiente war sehr schön. Leider war es nicht richtig sauber. Flecken am Vorhang beim Himmelbett und der Boden bzw. Teppiche.

• Katherine (9/5): A romantic treat. - Beautiful place with amazing attention to detail in the decor and facilities. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant on the nearby square and the Vietnamese food just one tram stop away. The only issues were minor, like the soap bottle in the shower being a little bit broken and hard to use/empty. The host was very quick to respond to anything that needed urgent attention.

• Vlad (6/5): Interesting idea, pretty good room. Seems really not too honest. - The TV was great. And the general vibe of the room. The staf was very passive aggressive. Wanted to charge me an extra tax. Check out was at 10 (not 12) The security codes, don't seem very secure. The table was not stable and seems to be on purpose so the guest would break something and then have to pay a lot of money. The bedroom smells really bad of smoke. What the heck is with the split toilet? Alsomfor this extra charge they asked my card details (huge security risk)
• Alisa (7/5): Good - nice and clean, everything as on the photos. The glass top of the dining table isn’t attached to the leg. Do NOT LEAN on it. I almost overturned it together with glasses and my mac. That was not nice. The staff (or host) was a bit rude, didn’t like the tone.

• Irina (1/5): Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience - As a result - nothing I stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was ruined by how my belongings were handled. One of my expensive items — a bag — was damaged by water from a leak caused by the air conditioner to the sofa (an to my outerwear and bag). At first, the staff seemed willing to address the issue and promised to resolve it. However, after several attempts to follow up, they completely stopped responding to my communications. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values their belongings and expects proper customer service.

• Vesna (10/5): Spectacular Apartment!!! - What a fabulous apartment. The best way to describe it would be to call it incredibly sexy.. I was inspired by the photos on the wall and took plenty myself (sorry not for public viewing 😈) It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. Every detail in it was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. I loved it here and will stay again when in Vienna! The staff was helpful and checked in on me. The neighborhood was safe and I felt comfortable walking around by myself. Thank you for making my stay in Vienna a memorable one 💖

The bedroom is a true ,,love,, place, comfortable bed and many small additions for romantic weekend. For sure the best place to have romantic getaway! Everything was perfect
