• Barbara (8/5): Gemütlich. Gute Lage. Garage. - Sehr einfacher Zugang mit Code. Schnelle, einfache Kommunikation. Tiefgarage top. Ruhiges Appartment-Haus. 2. Etage. Lage zur 3. Straße 5 Min und zum Pier/Promenade 10 Min. Eisskating/Weihnachtsmarkt 5 Min (November). Supermärkte 2 Min. Verschiedene Restaurants fussläufig. Ausstattung der Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine. Toaster. 2 Bäder mit ausreichend Handtüchern. WLAN TV. Kleiner Balkon zur Strasse. Die Duschkabinen könnten mal erneuert werden. Aber sonst ist die Wohnung wirklich gemütlich.

• Kate (7/5): Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. - Great location, security, free secure parking, apartment size good for 3 -4 people. Appreciated free washing powder, built in laundry facilities and coffee. Needs blackout blinds in bedrooms- streetlights and daylight streamed in, affecting sleep. Bath towels could use updating- very scratchy and thin in master bath. Also, the couch was sagging so much and uncomfortable that we had to use cushions and pillows to sit on it; suggest it needs replacement.

• Julia (8/5): The apartment was as advertised: it was cute, well located and very comfortable. - There was no breakfast; but the kitchen did have a coffee maker and toaster. The furniture and beds were comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer onsite. In addition, the parking was excellent, and very safe. To be honest, this may sound picky, but if you're asking for our sincere opinions, we have a few comments. There was a TON of lint in the dryer filter when we opened it; it may have been a safety hazard but we cleaned it prior to using. The TV was difficult to maneuver, with no instructions to access live/local channels (for weather, local news, etc.). The kitchen is not well equipped if guests intend to cook meals. Also, there were no instructions as to what to do when leaving- should we leave dishes in the dishwasher, what to do with the sheets/towels, etc. A brief summary of expectations would have been helpful.

• Linda (9/5): Great Location and Convenient Secure Garage Parking! - We very enjoyed the extremely convenient location of this apartment, with the metro, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The parking garage was excellent. The apartment was very close to downtown Santa Monica and easy to get on and off the freeway. The common areas could use a bit more cleanliness.
