Guest Reviews

- Jony (10/5): A great place to stay at the heart of Cancun - Everything. The check in staff was so helpful. Great facilities. None
- Lelacheur (8/5): Very good - Desk staff very helpful. Dorm room layout and bunk bed design/construction was ideal, curtains were a great addition. Property was a short safe walk from ADO bus station. I could feel the odd spring in my bed mattress. It was firm without a big sag in the middle, which is always a disappointment.
- Gemma (10/5): A perfect little stay - It was clean, cool, and felt very safe - well beyond what I was expecting from a hostel. The all-female dorm was quiet and secure, the shower was hot with decent water pressure (best on my trip so far!), and staff were amazing too!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Todo bien en general.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - The hostel has good beds with curtains, lamp, socket, locker, towel included, like every good hostel should, feels very safe in the room. It has AC which is great cause Cancun is hot, great shower, very clean overall, free drinking water is provided and never empty, I did the whaleshark tour with them which I was very skeptical about but the company they worked with did a great job and it was a great experience, they offer a lot of activities even free once, so great for solo travelers. Met some nice people. It‘s very big and dark on the inside, there‘s pretty much no windows anywhere, not in the coworking area, not in the kitchen, feels like a hotel, this feeling gets worse cause you can‘t really chill on the rooftop as there‘s always loud music and you‘re kind of expected to consume something from their bar, problem is there‘s no other nice space to hang out, just the lobby and a tiny dark kitchen. There‘s loud music that you can hear in the room, but fine with ear plugs. Our AC couldn‘t be controlled/turned off by the people in the room, so everyone was freezing… If it‘s really hot the pool is kinda useless cause it‘s also boiling haha
- Juho (10/5): Exceptional - No complaints the place was perfect. The latin salsa night happened right above me, not much sleeping before it was over
- Agamawy (1/5): Terrible experience do not go - Nothing Nomad hotel with no internet and cost me 50$ and no coffee kettle in room
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (9/5): Superb -
- Bremilts (10/5): unforgettable moment - Unforgettable Stay at Nomade Party!
If you’re looking for the perfect mix of fun, great vibes, and comfort in Cancún, Nomade Party Hostel is the place to be! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and part of the family. The common areas are super chill and social — ideal for meeting fellow travelers, playing games, or just relaxing with a drink.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned — a real treat after a day under the Mexican sun! But the highlight? The parties. Every night is something different, always well organized and full of good energy, without ever feeling overwhelming or unsafe.
The location is also perfect — close to the beach, public transport, and Cancún’s nightlife.
This hostel made my trip truly unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to the whole Nomade Party team for the amazing memories!
- Dessery (10/5): I was there during 4 nights. They peoposes so many tours like whale shark tour, catamaran tour, Chichen itza…. I slept v - It was very clean !! Nothing
- Morad (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff, love the rooftop and handy co-working space.
- Daniel (10/5): Clean. Quiet. Accurate Depiction of Property Online - The photos are accurate to what the property was actually like. No surprises. We had a private room and it did not feel like we were staying in a hostal.
- Caspar (8/5): Great hotel close to the bus station - Great location good vibe, lovely rooftop bar! Bathroom a bit outdated, simple rooms
- Ivanna (10/5): Exceptional - A good budget hostel.
- Ivanna (10/5): Exceptional - A good budget hostel.
- Lehlohonolo (8/5): Very good - Rooftop bar, they also had a salsa night. The pool table just needs a bit of a refresh.
- Samuel (2/5): Frustration - Loction and 2 reseption guys was good 1) They take more money than its writing on my booking. I booked with Mxn Peso. They told me usd and thay change the money usd to peso from 21. But i booked it with pesos. It was writing clear in my booking and i showed even… 2) i was smoking tabacco in the street in front of the hostal. 1 responsable guy came from hostal and say i cant smoke here i said im in street. Its forbiden he said ok i can go far no problem. He threat me calling police and i have to pay it. If he said me nicely i could go friendly. He was extremly rude i ddnt understand this. We never behave visitors like this in our country. It was my last day of Mexico I already left Mexico with a bad feelings that i love Mexico a lot.
- Ninon (8/5): Very good -
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, has everything you need. The beds are a bit hard but not too bad.
- Damian (10/5): Exceptional - All perfect, helpful staff, good location, clean facility and a range of activities offered.
- Dafna (6/5): I will not come back - Good location, they provide towel, each bed has a socket The elevator did not work, small bed, uncomfortable, the bed curtain do not cover. Very small room, no place to hang and put your stuff.
- Scott (5/5): Stayed one day instead of 15. - The rooftop bar. They treat me like family. I was given a top bunk and slipped off the later going up. I was kicked out the next day. Totally disgusted with the decision they made.
- Shan (9/5): Well run hostel in Cancun - Near the main bus station, each bed has its own curtains for privacy. Nothing
- Mauricio (7/5): Relaxation - Mostly the cleaning and comfort of my room and common areas. Noisy because of the parties in the rooftop. Mainly in the evening when I arrived tired from the tours I dealt.
- Olivia (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable dorms. Quiet despite it being a party hostel. - Near the bus station and el parque de las palapas. Amazing rooftop and quiet and clean dorms despite it being a Party hostel. De bed bods are great and the air conditioning is a relief. A bit more expensive than other hostels but for 1 night between 2 flights it was worth the money.
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ninon (7/5): Good -
- Soledad (10/5): Exceptional - The location and the activities that they offer like yoga, themed parties, etc The kitchen
- Sandra (10/5): Clean, convenient and fun! - The hostal is suuuper clean, the staff were lovely and super helpful, and the general vibe is great for a solo traveller. They have activities you can join to meet other people and the upstairs bar is really nice and close, especially if you like latin music! It may be a little loud if you are only looking to have a night's sleep, but nothing earplugs wouldn't solve. For me, ot encouraged me to just walk upstairs and have some fun 😅.. I was only going to stay foe a few days and ended up stretching it to 2 weeks... so.. yah!
- Scott (7/5): Great location and the rooftop bar was the highlight of the establishment. Rooftop staff were great - The rooftop bar was exceptional especially the staff!!!! No discount for a long stay. I stayed two months and in January they increased the price 25%. As well the renovations were extremely loud.
- Russell (10/5): Exceptional - Helpful staff, clean, close to bus station
- Cleiton (10/5): Muito bom - Muito bom pra viagem tipo muchileiros
- Tomasz (8/5): - Great bunch of staff, welcomed me to Mexico and helped to get around the place. Have not tried basketball court though…
- Martha (1/5): Worst Hostel I had in Cancun - Location Don't book if you want to get sleep, the name co- living is Misleading..it is a Party Hostel.
The Music in the Rooftop Bar was extremely loud until 3 Am() . Even with earplugs we couldnt get sleep.
Sheets were stained. Receptionist weren't friendly and not interested in finding solutions.
- Jesus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (7/5): Good -
- Benedetta (9/5): Superb - The position is good for everyone who likes to stay in the center, avoiding the hotel zone. Good both for a long and short stay. 30 mins from the airport, 5 mins walking from the bus terminal
The private room was very nice and comfortable. I unfortunately didn't enjoy the activities, as I stayed only one night,
I arrived before the check-in time and they let me in, as the room was ready. The staff was very friendly and informative
- Kristina (9/5): Good place in downtown Cancún - I literally just stayed for my first night in Mexico, arriving from an evening flight and leaving the next morning. So did not check / use their whole facilities. In distance of the ADO bus station (10 min). It is a Party hostel, but then pretty mich every hostel in Cancun is.
- Martinez (4/5): Disappointing - The bed The staff and their hidden fees.
- Rou (9/5): Superb - Air conditioner is cold and wifi is excellent! The staff is not friendly, no smile.
- Jacqueline (7/5): clean & affordable - housekeeping is awesome
- Daniela (8/5): Very good -
- Kim (7/5): Good - Nice that they offer yoga classes and there’s space to hang out on the rooftop. Be aware that there’s loud music everyday, definitely more of a party vibe. The staff definitely could have been friendlier and more welcoming. The other nomad hostel in Cancun is much nicer, I’d recommend to stay there instead!
The coworking area doesn’t have booths, just be aware of that.
- Pato (7/5): Good -
- Peter (10/5): - Co-working space for remote work is excellent! Dorms & Restrooms are super clean! I loved their free Taco Tour & tons of free activities offered! I highly recommend u to join Carlos who takes you for tacos tour around the neighborhood. Carlos is a foodie and likes to talk about richness of Mexican food & culture!
- Gabriella (10/5): Amazing stay! Fully recommend! - Absolutely looooooved our stay. Cool people! The rooftop bar is awesome! Loved the location. Also, we enjoyed the tours and activities that the place offered. They have laundry too which was very convenient. The beds were super comfortable.
- Smith (10/5): Exceptional - The environment of this hostel was great, staff/volunteers are very kind. They offer super fun tours & activities for all the hostels! I had a great time staying at Nomads CoLiving. The location was perfect for me & the whole place is kept very clean.
- Sergei (10/5): Special thanks to all cleaning crew - Bravo - I would like to thank all hard working staff at Nomads. Particularly, hard working cleaning crew and All wonderful ladies who keep the place always clean. Everyday they made sure that every room is spotless including kitchen and all common areas. And that’s a very difficult job. I also want to acknowledge the work of Ray who not only cleaned the place spotlessly daily but helped guests with all different requests. Always smiling and always welcoming. People like these are the ones that hold the fort and their relentless effort must be acknowledged and greatly appreciated. Thanks the wonderful crew. I will be back again
- Pieter (9/5): Superb -
- Charlotte (9/5): Superb - This hostel is great. Staff amazing. Clean rooms.
Loved doing the tours with Carlos. Very knowledgeable and fun My food got stolen a couple times. Not the hostels fault but it really did put a downer on things.
- Javier (10/5): - Staff was great very attent to cleanning and making sure all was well.
The pool was well kept and fun for just chilling.
Raymundo was a great host helping out in all aspects. From directions to suggestions and ofgreat service.
All around à great hostel.
- Audrey (9/5): Superb - I recently stayed at this amazing hostel in Cancún, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! A huge thank you to Gibran, Pedro, and Brit who made my stay exceptional.
From the moment I arrived, Brit greeted me with the warmest welcome and made me feel right at home. Her friendly nature set the perfect tone for my entire visit.
Pedro was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond. His dedication and willingness to help truly stood out.
Gibran was always available whenever I needed assistance or advice. He shared valuable tips and information.
The team at this hostel made my trip unforgettable, and I am so grateful for their hospitality and kindness. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cancún!
- Ethan (8/5): Recommended HOSTEL - Staff (both front desk and cleaning) were incredibly nice, they gave great tips and were overall very helpful. The place was very clean and welcoming, and with ongoing renovations I could only imagine this will improve.
Dorms are clean, privacy curtains and plugs in bed is perfect. However, this is becoming the standard for hostels.
Location is amazing for the price, not the best in cancun but you are right next to so much affordable food and less than a 5 minute walk from the bus (R1 and R2) that take you to beach hotel zone for 12 pesos.
This hostel gives you access to their other properties, I enjoyed being able to have access across multiple locations, especially for the Coworking as I was doing a minor amount of work while traveling. The mattresses were very stiff/firm in the dorms. For some this is not an issue, but this isn't my preference. Not a deal breaker
Common area existed, but none were overall comfortable for just hanging out in evening if you wanted silence. There are a couple of couches but always were full (one on main floor, often by volunteers with tour information). The rooftop is excellent but if you are noise sensitive and don't want to be around a "party" it's essentially unusable after 6pm as the music is very loud and it's a fully functioning bar.
Advertising as a coliving is not true in what I would imagine as a coliving personally. The coworking and kitchen were nice and usable, but this is the exact same building as the Nomads Party Hostel though I couldn't confirm i believe i was in a dorm with only people who booked the coliving. This is a standard hostel, that happens to include a coworking, which is fine and fit my needs.
Out of the properties control but I did have a few nights with inconsiderate roommates, where people showered in middle of night ( the shower is not a fully closed room and is very loud in dorm), turned all lights on and left them on in middle of night, and talked to each other during middle of night. What the hostel could do to help with these issues is to add signage to state to use only common shared bathroom hallway showers after 11pm and set the lights on a timer so that if they are left on they auto turn off. Suggestions but this is very common issues in hostels from my experiences.
- Muhamed (9/5): Superb -
- Serena (6/5): Pleasant - Big hostel, clean facilities, privacy curtains, equipped kitchen, comfy bed. There was a swimming pool I didn't get a chance to see. Laundry facilities available! I've never been to a hostel with such rude guests. I understand it's targeted to younger people but this doesn't mean guests should be loud in the dorm at 12 am and after. Reception should enforce the rules around rest hours.
Avoid if you're not a party person (and if you're a light sleeper)
- Nicole (8/5): Great location. - Well organised Hostal. Staff welcoming and helpful. Great location near ADO bus terminal and restaurants. Really lound music till midnight. The shuttle driver did not know where the hostal was, first took me to another "Nomad" hostal. I arrived MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT so I asked the driver to wait until I confirmed that I was at the right place and it was not. After getting directions from the wrong hostal he then drove to the right place.
- Jadranko (9/5): Great hostel in central part od Cancun - Location Rooftop bar
- Kaye (6/5): Pleasant -
- Hossein (7/5): Party Hostel - The bed was comfortable and shower was really nice. They also have different plans during the day which helps for socializing with others. First of all it’s called NoMad Party Hostel, in booking is named NoMad Coliving which is misleading. The hostel was so noisy during the day because of a construction work. They also played loud music till 11pm-Midnight everyday on the rooftop.
- Tremblay (6/5): Beautiful place but not too restful - The location was walking distance from the Ado bus station and the reception is very nice. The bed space is very cleaned and large lockers are available for everyone. There’s also activities plan all day and it seems like a great place to meet other people. I didn’t like that there was a lot of extra taxes in the small prints which resulted to the room being almost twice as much as advertise. I believe it added up to an extra 9$USD. It would be great to simply add all those extra hidden costs into the original price (the place is nice and would still sell good)! The light also went out between 12 am and 2 am. I spent a night there as I needed a good rest and assumed the place would be quite on a Thursday as it seemed to target digital nomads but it ended up being a party hostel. This being said, if I would seek to party, this is place seemed great for that!
- Penelope (6/5): The bed made me leave - The bathrooms were kept clean. The WIFI worked well. I went in a street art walking tour and it was very good. They have lockers and can hold your bag for a couple of hours before and after check-out. The location was also great because I could just walk if I wanted to get a quick bite. The bed was really hard. I had to change to another accommodation. The room also felt very humid and it smelled a little odd, I am assuming because of the humidity. I also don’t like how the beds are separated into enclosed concrete spaces. The place is also a little loud. I did not mind the music, since it is the same music I listen to on my own. However, hearing the music from my room when there’s not a party going on seemed a bit excessive.
- Louann (10/5): My stay was Amazing the staff was good everyone was nice - It was clean the lobby the laundry everything was clean
- Ankit (8/5): Very good -
- Cheyenne (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay if you’re working remote. It’s clean, workspaces available and a good vibe. Close to restaurants and the ADO.
- Martin (9/5): Superb - nice comfy beds with curtains and power outlet, big lockers, clean bathrooms and showers, perfectly close to ADO and right in the center of Cancun. Wouldn't stay for longer, but for 1 or 2 nights it's perfect
- Timothy (9/5): Natalie fantastic! Hostel not so fantastic. - I liked Natalie. She is the new administrator. She tried her best to accommodate me. She is trying to improve this hostel, however, she has a big job ahead of her. The previous administration neglected the hostel, and there are many repairs that must be done immediately. I have faith that Natalie will accomplish this task. 😊 There were issues with the electricity and water during my entire visit. This was very frustrating. You never knew from one minute to the next if you would be able to cook, take a shower, or charge your devices. Definitely an issue that Natalie needs to address IMMEDIATELY. Hopefully, she has already done so.
- Timothy (9/5): Natalie fantastic! Hostel not so fantastic! - I especially liked Natalie. She was extremly helpful and friendly. She is the new administrator, and is trying to turn this place around. She has a big job ahead of her, but I am confident she can breathe new life into this failing hostel. Unfortunately, the previous administration almost ran this hostel into the ground, but I think Natalie can bring it back to life! As already mentioned, this was a failing hostel. The previous administration did not maintain the property as they should have. Natalie, the new administrator, is attempting to resuscitate this dying business. Look at the low rated reviews fromthepast, and you will see what I am talking about. There were issues with the electricity and water during my entire stay. Natalie was attempting to remedy these issues, but unfortunately, she was left with a mess! She is expecting to have the place ungraded and up to par in January. Natalie seems very motivated to make this place thrive, and I think she can do it. She's really working hard to get the place back up to its true potential. I am confident that when I return, Natalie will have completed her goal of making this the best hostel to stay at in this area.
- Yi (9/5): Superb - Helpful and friendly staff, central location Air con is tooooooo strong
- Reece (7/5): Good -
- Jesus (3/5): Scam - The location is good, 5 minutes away from rhe terminal The personal specially a short skinny girl at the front desk was really rude. Not to mention with "taxes" they almost doubled up the price of the stay from 30 to 50 dollars, insane.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (5/5): Disappointing experience overall not really worth it. - Solid bunk beds with privacy curtains.
Quite a big room that felt spacious.
Met some cool people. Room was directly below bar with pumping music so couldn’t sleep until that stopped around midnight.
Air con unit was broken so making a lot of noise.
Wasn’t offered a blanket on arrival so didn’t think it was something available and froze the first night.
Shower/toilet/sink inside the room so people showering at midnight.
Building works going on so very noisy.
- Dusan (9/5): Superb - Great value for what you pay. The rooms are large, and are kept very clean. A nice touch was the variety of personal care products available. My room also had a kitchenette with a fridge, so it was more like a studio apartment. Staff was very helpful, I had lost my key bracelets while swimming and they were able to replace it at no cost. No signage in front of the property, use Google maps to find it. The Wi-Fi isn’t the best, my call got repeatedly interrupted. The water in the rooftop pool is greenish, which didn’t matter to me, as I’m not a fan of pools anyway.
- Jadranko (8/5): Very nice hotel at great location. - Cleanliness Running an air conditioner too cold
- Bianca (10/5): Defitenely recommend it! - Great location! Easy to get around. Grocery stores nearby. Nothing, everything was great.
- Daria (7/5): Good - Price
Activities Badly isolated rooms vs bar upstairs, especially the basketball field, you can hear everything in the room
- Prinz-eugen (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean;
Main room light timer a great idea. Sterile, corporate, extractive.
- Rene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional - The location, the facilities and cleanliness were all great, but what really makes the hostel stand out in the activities Carlos and the other guides organise. A highlight was the bike tour, where Carlos shared the interesting history of how Cancun came to be. He also introduced me to marquesitas. Another plus for me was the workout area on the roof. I had a great stay and would choose the place again. Highly recommended.
- Cheyenne (10/5): Will come back!! - Fantastic location in the center of Cancun. Close to ADO station, restaurants, shops. Hostel itself is nice, relaxed atmosphere and privacy curtains in the dorm are great. Staff was friendly. Will come back!
- C (8/5): Very good - lack of hot water supply in showers
- Alvaro (9/5): Great! - I liked the privacy of the beds; they include a curtain, and you certainly feel in your own little room.
In general, everything was awesome! The coworking area had 2 air conditioners but only one worked and it used to be a very hot place.
The kitchen also has an air conditioner, but it is not enough, it's always hot there.
Not all the showers have hot water at all times.
- Victoria (8/5): - I stayed in the shared female dormitory. It’s a hostel. Clean, friendly people, a bit noisy.
- Kate (7/5): Good -
- Samantha (10/5): Everything you need - This is probably the coolest co living spot in Cancun. The whole place is super spacious. You have everything that you need here like the laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, cinema, a rooftop pool, basketball court, sauna, etc. There is always something going on with the community like beach days and tours and evening activities on the rooftop such beer pong and billiard tournaments. You literally don’t even need to leave the place because they have a restaurant and bar upstairs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location is solid too, there’s a supermarket nearby, some cheap local food spots, and the bus station is about 5 minutes away. It’s a good time here. Will def come back.
- Fouady (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katerina (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was very clean, the staff was helpful, it was great that you can watch movies, they have a small private cinema and offer various activities. And it is in an ideal location, close to the bus station, so everything is available around, including a large supermarket.
- Pablo (7/5): Good -
- Rita (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in a shared room with 12 beds and a private bathroom and everything was perfect! It's very clean and the facilities are very good. Each bed has its own curtains, lamp, charger and locker. Much appreciated! I would stay there again for sure. The rooftop does not belong to the hotel and the prices are expensive. In case they are more accessible it would promote more talk and fun among guests
