La camera non era pulitissima, mancava il bidet, purtroppo si sentivano moltissimi rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze e dall’esterno tali da impedire di dormire la notte.

• ann (10/5): Extraordinary, Exceptional, Incredible...book now, you will not be sorry. - This place is sensational. Maybe 200 meters from the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapels front door. The location couldn't be better. The bed (Most Important when travelling) gets 5 stars. The host was so reachable and accommodating I want to hug her as I type this. The place was so clean you could eat off the floor. Housekeeping came every day which is rare in staying in this type of accommodation. We even had a balcony to eat our pizza and drink our wine. I have been in hospitality all my life and very picky and there is not one thing they could do better. These people know their stuff!

The property itself is conveniently located which made exploring Rome very easy. However, the unit is average at best. The walls are paper thin and has very basic amenities (they do provide sample packet sizes of soaps but I do recommend bringing your own). If you're looking to start your day early and end it late, this place is perfect.

The location of the property, just steps away from the Vatican Museums, was incredibly convenient and made my visit even more enjoyable. My stay was very pleasant due to the exceptional level of service provided. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and ensured a sense of security throughout my visit. • Y (10/5): - ヴァチカン美術館の徒歩3分程の立地にあり ヴァチカン観光には最適な場所です。 バス停も徒歩1分の距離にあります。 美術館は広く疲れるため、その後交通機関に乗らずに帰って来られる立地はとても助かりました！ 何より部屋の中は清潔！日本人が過ごすには全く不快感のない清潔さと設備で居心地よく過ごせました。 コーヒーや紅茶、水のサービスもありました。 スタッフさんはとっても優しく温かい方でした。 荷物を預けられるか事前に確認をとったところ了承をいただきましたが、掃除するけど入って待っててもいいよと言われ、まさか部屋の中で休憩できるとおもっていなかったので、とても助かりました。 海外経験が浅く鍵の開け閉め方法もわからなかったのですが、何度も出来るようになるまで教えてくださいました。 こちらのサイトで連絡しても返信が早かったです。 本当に素敵な方でした！ 一泊しかしなかったので、少ししかお会いできず残念でした、、、 日本人や、ひとり旅の方にとってもおすすめしたいです！

• Camille P (7/5): Pied-à-terre de qualité pour découvrir Rome - L'emplacement était parfait, notamment pour visiter le Vatican et les quartiers alentours. Nous avons été très bien accueillis (et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service de bagagerie après le check-out). Le quartier comprend de nombreux restaurants à moins de 5mn à pied. La chambre était très propre, nettoyée au quotidien (serviettes changées très régulièrement). Un pied-à-terre parfait pour visiter Rome à pied ou en transports en commun. On entend le bruit de la circulation le long de la muraille du Vatican. Il arrive également d'entendre les occupants des chambres adjacentes (voix, télé allumée), les murs étant assez fins.

It was also like a five minute walk to the metro which made it easy to get there from the main train station. I think there was not good communication when it came to check in. At first I had no clue what door to enter and then it was hard to get a reply back through the booking portal.

Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. Nicoletta, the host, was fantastic—very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The place was spotless and well-maintained. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Vatican Museums, and very close to both the bus and metro stations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

• IVETE TEREZINHA (10/5): Ótima Acomodação próxima ao Vaticano - Ótima acomodação para quem quer ficar próximo ao Vaticano. Fica a 300 passos da entrado do Museu do Vaticano e Capela Cistina. Fomos muito bem recebidas, pudemos entrar antes do horário check-in, o quarto era grande, limpo e muito arejado. Silencioso para dormir e tinha um ótimo chuveiro, a cama também muito grande e confortável. Restaurantes e mercadinhos próximo, e muito tranquilo para ir caminhando para as atrações do Vaticano. Na entrada solicitamos um táxi para nos levar ao aeroporto e na véspera da saída havia um bilhete confirmando o táxi para o dia seguinte, e no dia da saída, na hora marca o táxi estava lá e cobrou o preço de tabela, nada mais. Super recomento esta acomodação.

• Waka (10/5): - Vaticanの観光目的で1泊しました。Vatican museum entrance の近くでアクセスが凄い良かったです。 Rome Termini駅からの経路を細かく親切に教えてくれました。私達は590番のバスに乗り、大きなスーツケースがあるので階段は使えないと話すと一つ前のOttaviano で降りたら階段がないことを教えてくれました。 施設にはリフトがあり、部屋は清潔でアメニティも揃っておりエスプレッソマシンやキャンディの無料サービスがありました。部屋は少しひんやりしていましたがエアコンが完備していたので快適に過ごせました。寝室にもバスルームにも窓があり換気ができました。 リフトは年代を感じるオールドスタイルで、初めて乗り良い経験になりました。 オーナーのNicoletta やパートナーはとても親切にサポートしてくれました。 坂道に囲まれた場所にあり、最寄りの駅にはリフトがなく、バス停からも階段がある場所に施設があるので、大きなスーツケースを運ぶ際はVatican近くまで来るバスかタクシーをお勧めします。 大きなスーツケースを運ぶ苦労以外はとても良かったです。

• John (9/5): A very enjoyable place to stay. Very close to the Vatican. - The location worked well for us. The room was clean and very comfortable. Nicoletta was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend it heartily. The bathroom is small and the toilet in our room did not work well although Nicoletta was responsive to it. Probably the biggest bummer is they provide a small packet of body soap (good for 1 shower). We were there 5 nights and it wasn’t supplied the 2nd day. We requested more and another single pack per person was supplied on day 3 and that was it.

The facilities all worked well and the staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. We would happily stay there again. Thank you for all the great service and the fantastic stay. We would really recommend new towels as they were very thin and worn. They were clean but we could smell the vinegar on them that was used as ingredient to clean them. Our recommendation would be new towels are needed.

• Alison (10/5): Exceptional - Nicoletta was a super sweet host, set me up in the room and provided all information up front. The guest house was super clean however no kitchen facilities or toaster oven unfortunately. I would love to stay again in the future! The solo room I rented was large with an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a glorious balcony. No toaster or kitchen. The cleaning lady arrived an hour earlier than check out and did not speak English, but I was able to communicate that she should return jn an hour.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Enviable location. Outstanding! The room was nice and clean. Small, yet comfortable, bathroom with a nice shower. The only flaw was the mattress. So soft that you sink into it. Kettle and teabags available. Coffee machine in the foyer.

• Andrei (7/5): Was great but for the money and location is worth to invest a little bit into the quality of the apartments. - Location is great Ac was old and hard to keep up with the heat from outside and last time when it was maintained was many years back. Even that cleaning was done daily was full of silverfish’s and ants. The door lock was an old type of key and didn’t inspire any trust.
• Gaina (8/5): Great value for money, not the best location for visting Rome. - It was clean and quiet, the basic necessities during the summer(AC, mini fridge) and a good balcony. The host was great and easy to communicate! Good wifi also! Pretty small fridge; apart from Vatican Museums and Cipro metro, quite far from everything else in the city. The neighbourhood was quiet but with strange people, especially near the accommodation(a cause might have been the secluded small piazza near it).

• Lauren (10/5): Exceptional - Due to a flight delay we didn’t arrive until very late at night, and I was worried that we would have difficulties checking in. But luckily Niccolina helped us out and it went off without a hitch. We also had a great private balcony looking up to the walls of the Vatican. 10/10 would recommend.
• Sarah (10/5): Great host and location - The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican museum. The mattresses were soft, and we used the balcony a lot. Our room didn’t have toilet paper and we messaged our host… she responded quickly, fixed the problem, and left us a free bottle of wine! Great accommodations.

• Sara (8/5): Strategic location! Clean, spacious room. - The room was very clean and spacious. The apartment building looks a bit run down from the outside but the inside was in order, clean and very cool which was great since it was very hot when we visited. The lady who greeted us was very friendly. The apartment is close to the metro and to the Vatican Museums. There were not screens on the windows and even though we were out of the city center it was noisy at night. There must be a hospital near by because we often heard ambulances drive by during the night.
• Jennifer (10/5): - Nicolette was amazing during our stay, she was very helpful with any questions, even ordered a taxi service for us. It is a clean place, walking steps to the Vatican, we will definitely be back.

• Thomas (10/5): Side trip to Rome - The host was quick to respond and gave great instructions. The location was very convenient to the Metro. The room was clean and was surprised by a mid week refresh of towels, etc. Conveniently located to all the attractions. Local food options nearby. Safe and quiet.
