• Lara (2/5): Imposible descansar en esas camas - Elegimos este alojamiento por su cercanía con la estación central. La peor experiencia que tuve en un alojamiento. Soy una persona de viajar MUCHO. Esta vez viajamos tres. Eran dos camas matrimoniales, la habitación olía muy mal apenas llegamos. Y el departamento huele a humedad. Es un piso con 4 dormitorios y dos baños. Las duchas fatales. Un baño no tiene ni cortina se va toda el agua y el otro tiene la ducha que sale tres gotas de agua y encima tiene roto para que quede quieta la alcachofa. Te tienes que lavar el cabello con una mano . El papel de baño , había solo un rollo manchado con sangre. Las “toallas y las sábanas “ que te dan para que utilices, tienen más años que todo Milan . Incluso una era robada de un hotel. Los colchones son un solo hueco en el medio. Imposible dormir, realmente están en muy mal estado, estuvimos los dos días con dolor de cabeza. La habitación no tiene ni un hervidor eléctrico para un té. Ni un vaso. Cero hospitalidad. Realmente no lo recomiendo. Para dormir en MILÁN que ya hace frío por la noche solo te dejan esa mantita. Si vas ve con pijama bien abrigado .
• Galeano (3/5): Potential, room for improvement - The room had everything you needed. Nice big window with good light a desk and tv. The cleaning hadn't been completed. There were no linens for me upon arrival. The hot water didn't work and I took a cold shower before heading out to work that afternoon. Check-in was pretty complicated for everyone staying at Appartme that day. Could be better structured.

• Esra (2/5): An absolute nightmare from start to finish. - I would not recommend staying here. Even the worst hostel could be better than this, so please think carefully before booking. Firstly, it is very difficult to reach the landlord. They don’t speak English and insist on communicating through booking.com but then often don’t respond to messages. I lost count of how many calls and messages I made just to get the instructions to entrance. It was past 6 pm and there wasn’t even a single sheet on the bed—no sheets, no pillowcases, just an empty mattress. There was no blanket. There is no hot water! I can easily say it wasn’t even lukewarm. I couldn’t get the Wifi login details either and only got them after constantly messaging the booking.com contact. My stay here was nothing short of a nightmare. Honestly, it completely ruined my only day in Milan.

• Izabella (3/5): - Összességében elhelyezkedése nem volt rossz, 1 éjszakàt ki lehetett bírni Nehezen lehetett felvenni a szállásadóval a kapcsolatot, akkor sem volt igazán kedves. Felszereltség nagyon kevés volt, rendes ágynemű sem volt, illetve meleg víz sem. Ennyi pénzért kicsit tisztább és felszereltebb szobát vártunk.

Prezzo il più basso che si trovasse per quel weekend, senza finire negli ostelli veri e propri Io e gli altri ospiti della struttura abbiamo passato un weekend senza acqua calda; i gestori hanno risposto alle chiamate, sembrava mandassero qualcuno, ma niente è stato fatto. Inoltre, mentre dal sito sembra una guest house ben attrezzata, è una sistemazione abbastanza improvvisata. La mia camera era proprio la più brutta, se si guarda bene sul sito si vedono le foto situate agli ultimi posti, mentre le prime foto sono delle stanze più belle. Sul campanello d'ingresso non c'è nulla che riconduca alla Guest House, ho dovuto chiamare per farmi spiegare. La struttura è tutta in autogestione, non si vede un gestore neanche al momento del check-in, però potrebbero almeno specificare nelle condizioni il numero di tel da chiamare per farsi spiegare come entrare.

There was no air conditioning in the room and the electric plugs were hanging out on the wall. No hot water in the bathroom. I felt that the shared dormitory rooms are better and cheaper than booking this room.

Tijdens het telefoontje geen Engels. En leek zelfs boos te worden omdat ik naar een ingang vroeg van de locatie. Het was een bij elkaar geraapt zooitje.

The shared bathroom wasn’t so clean. There was no hot water (apparently due to the weather). There were no instructions sent as to how to access the property and I had to phone the listed number and then the person (who didn’t speak great English) sent multiple emails with how to access the room, it would have been much easier if these details had been sent automatically.

• Anonymous (1/5): Its horrible - Nothing If I could, I would give 0 stars for the disrespectful approach to the customer. From the very beginning, the owner showed a lack of class. It was difficult to communicate, find the address, when calling there he hung up. In the room it turned out that there was no kettle, which was supposed to be, no cup, glass, or some small fridge, no kitchen. The air conditioning did not work, there was no remote control. After the phone call, when the sister of a friend who knows Italian called him, it turned out that the remote control was on top of the wardrobe in the hallway and you have to reach for it standing on a chair (everyone there has a remote control, right...). During the entire stay, 2 nights, there was no hot water. I wrote several times, I was ignored, as were my questions about something, towels because we were given one each. The owner is a common liar, who promised to come check the water and did not show up, and only laughed into the receiver that there was no hot water. Other tenants were not happy either. Washing your hair in ice-cold water, no one wants to pay for it. There are no rugs or towels on the floor in the bathrooms, the floor is wet and you can slip when walking on someone else. You have to ask about everything, the wifi password is only available after writing on booking. There are no keys to the front door, you have to ring and someone opens, which means full control by the owner. We looked for the address for an hour, then difficult conversations on the phone, that we wanted to look for another place, because we lost 1.5 hours sitting by the block. Which already ruined our day

No private bathroom and no kitchen at all; as a diabetic a fridge or at least mini fridge would have been good to keep medicine cold. The communication was all in Italian and I had to repeat some questions multiple times for a decent answer. (About airconditioning, the address, entering the property…)

• Justin (1/5): Keep away from this place - I organized to meet at the property at 16.00 but nobody came. I rang the number provided but they spoke not one word of English. The property is part of a 4 tower housing complex and there was no way to find the room. After one hour I gave up, I had a job to get to and couldn’t spend the whole afternoon trying to check in. I then booked into a hotel over the road. I have been traveling 35 years and never had an experience where I couldn’t end up staying in a place I had booked.

• Giulio (6/5): Pleasant - Everything was working and I loved the private balcony. The bed was good too. There are however a few obvious things that are not okay. First of all, why would you put a white cold colored light on the ceiling of a bedroom? It was literally just a light screwed without any diffuser, and of bluish white color! Please change it to a warm light and put a diffuser. Also, there was no reading light and no control for the main light by the bed. That means that to turn on and off the light you had to guess your way through in full darkness. The other thing was no tissues in the room, only one towel with makeup of the previous renter still on.

The website did not specify that it is a shared bathroom arrangement. There is no attendant, I had to pay to call the manager. The manager claimed he would show up in 20 minutes to check me in, however, it took him over an hour to show up to check me in .

The agent who met was very approachable and hospitable in dealing with us as compared to rest of them in the country. - washroom had no soap or detergent - bathing area was too small and the shower never worked properly. - Always too much noise and sound from neighbour. Even at night making sound so could not sleep. - room had no option to hang clothes. - blankets could not even reach our height - water drainage in bathing area was not proper. We travel to many places so our ratings are comparative ratings.

The room has a shared bathroom that did not have anything mentioned in the description (finished toilet paper, empty bottle of soap and shower gel). I shared the apartment with other people. The bathroom has broken walls. The room faces the street and you can hear the trams at night as if the window is open. At check-in, you do not receive any instructions on how to get to the apartment and it is not written anywhere. I stayed in apartment 10 and on the intercom I called 92 late to gain access to the building. This is according to the instructions of the owner, with whom we could not agree anyway because of the condition in which it is. I do not recommend it at all. The host's attitude ruined my whole mood and I couldn't enjoy this experience in Milan at all!

It's an okay place if you just need to sleepover one night, but definitely not fir longer stays The room was rather small and the bed seemed queen-sized, not normal double bed. The was a socket hanging over the bed...doesn't look safe to me. The cover was simply a bedsheet and a plaid. For me it's enough in summer, but you should take it into account. Shortly - mediocre place, but with good location
