- Kylie (4/5): Disappointing - The bed was saggy and low. There was only 1 pillow and 1 blanket. There is no extra blanket as we both froze. Toilet was squashy with the shelving in the toilet. No parking other then on street. I have a disability so was not convenient for me.

- Charmaine (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing I was emailed room 1 key, on arrival only room 3 key in lock box. Entered room and overcome by body odour smell :( Bedding had not been washed. I washed bedding myself in the morning. Room still smelt bad of body odour. Only air freshner helped after I had purchased some. Tea and coffee available, no sugar no milk. Other guest cooking smell overpowering the house. Dishes left out drying for more than 1 day. Toilet is in bathroom. So if someone is showering you do not have access to use the bathroom. Bins overflowing. Only emptied on day of departure. Lawns overgrown only mowed day of departure. Painter handyman almost came in to my room. Until another resident told him it's not allowed. House has an inconveniently steep driveway. Doesn't help with suitcases.
