Oleksandra (1/5): terrible conditions! - Booked this hotel with a friend for 1 night. On the day of check-in, we were informed that there were problems with the water supply in the hotel and we were given another accommodation. It was an apartment in a great location, in the city center, but there were 7 other people in the apartment besides us!! The room had a dirty bed with (black dog fur), a fabric closet. We were also not provided with bed linen!! We had no other choice, so we spent the night. Without a sheet! although the owner promised to bring it to us! To say that we are in shock is an understatement.
